Alicia, who originally swam for Guildford City and now trains over in California for Cal Golden Bears, was an Olympic Finalist in Tokyo in the 200m Individual Medley.

We speak to Alicia about her experience of the Olympic Games, how hard it was to cope with morning finals, who she'd pick as her standout teammates, and what ingredients were needed to make this the most successful British Swimming team on record!!
