After three months plan auto renews at $12.99 a month terms apply.

Zootopia 2, now available on Disney Plus rated PG. I feel like she's been pretty quiet. I feel like I haven't seen her around. Lexus Raptus, has it been two years? Two years since she's been on the show? Can that be possible? Gabby, good to see you. Rambert, good to see you. This is going to be a good one. It's been a minute since we've heard from Lexus. I think a lot has changed. Oh no, she was on a year ago. I think she was on a year ago. Holy cow. Oh my goodness. That doesn't even look like that. Hi. Lexus, look, that doesn't even look like that. That doesn't even look like that. What?

That's us a year ago. Oh, yeah, yeah, I remember that. One year ago. One year ago today? No, I don't know. Let me see. Maybe it doesn't give a day. Let me see. Is it our anniversary? Maybe. It says one year. I said, oh, January 30th, 2000, holy shit. It's pretty close. Two months. Month, a month and like six days. Yeah, like kind of a sense. Because when you were texting, yeah, good, good. When you texted me, I was like looking back and it was last year kind of around this time. I'm like, we kind of have a trend. Yeah, crazy. You know what's good? Nuts is, you used to be on my radar like a ton, a ton, a ton, a ton. And then I feel like you fell off my radar. And then I saw your post with B. Sagafi and Alex Kazan starting the podcast. Oh, yeah. And that made me giddy. Hey, dude, you guys really did a good, that was incredible. That was an incredible show for Instagram.

Oh, really? You watched it. Yes. Oh, thank you. Yeah, incredible show. The fact that there was a vagina topic concurrently four topics in a row. I was like, wow, there, these girls aren't, these are girls are unscared. That was crazy. I was like, wow. It was, yeah, it was interesting because we were going to do it on Thursday right after the open announcement and talk about it. And then some things had come up and we were like, okay, let's just talk about it after we all do the open. And that was pretty much all we had said. We didn't have a plan of what we were going to really talk about or anything. And it just flowed for like 45 minutes. And after we were like, dang, this is going to be so fun. Like, it's not hard to talk to them. It's very easy with all three of us or friends. So it's fun and enjoyable. But it's also like three different people, but all similar. Like, we all have similar like beliefs and values.

And we all are like similar ish but have a different personality in the same way. So I think coming together, like, it's going to be a really good podcast. I'm excited. I don't want to sound too goofy out there in outer space, but yeah, you guys have all completely different vibes and energies. But it is interesting that you guys collide on values. Like when you said you guys all had a faith, a faith. And I thought, oh, that's really cool. Yeah, um, we share a lot of this similar, yeah, similar things that are big in our lives, our faith, crossfit. I feel like being humble and that's kind of like somewhat of what we wanted to take for the name, where it's like we work really, really hard, but we're very, we want to be like viewed as more humble and just like, you know, nice girls who also want to win at the same time.

And especially with Fian Alex, every time I'm competing with them, it's so cool because it's like even just being next to each other, like it pushes, it pushes us at the same time, we want to beat each other. But then after it's like, oh my gosh, like that was so hard or my legs are killing me. It's not like there's like this fake little thing going on because that's kind of how it is with a lot of girls at the games. It's like everyone kind of puts on this face of like, I'm tough, I'm fine, I'm not sore, I'm not tired. And with certain girls, um, Fian Alex, especially, we're just like so real with each other and I just appreciate that so much. Hey, I like, I'm going to be frank with you. I do not like the word T is being in the title. How do you down? No, I don't like key and I don't like confessions. Confessions is probably a trigger word for me. I didn't like, I didn't like either, but I do like the word humble, like some paradox of humble savages or, um, uh, um,

it's something that's whatever the opposite of humble is, have that juxtaposed with it. So it's kind of like, we're humble, but we bite. You know what I mean? Like the humble lion or there's some either, I like the thought of the humility, but like, hey, don't like, don't think on game day. Yeah, I don't want to fucking run you over. Yeah. So why don't you like the T1? I'm just I don't maybe it's just I maybe it's just I mean, you know, maybe I would get used to it. I hated the Seban podcast. I hated boys and erupted. You know what I mean? And now I like that name. Yeah. You know what I mean? I thought Hillary fit was cheese dick. And now it's like, okay, it works. Do you know what I mean? Yeah. We haven't we haven't come up with a name. So I don't know what we're going to call it. We haven't all decided or like agreed on one name. So that has been kind of tricky. But I don't know how about porcelain cleans. No, I don't like that. Like I don't like that either. I just thought I was funny.

Because Alex had that bit where she was on the toilet. Oh, yeah. There's so many that people are saying where I'm like, yeah, I get it. And like we do want to tie a fitness into it. Because that's like a huge part of our life. But we don't want it to be cheesy. We don't want it to be too girly. We don't want it to be like cringe. But at the same time, like it's hard to three girls come up and agree with the same thing too. Because we all like different things. So yeah, poor Grant is really getting frustrated with us right now. But that's okay. Let me see. Let me type in an antonym for humble. Yeah, I don't think we've done hum. Like we haven't used something with humble. We put a kabosh to the confessions. Because that's that was just too long, too long of a name. Um, and try to think of the other one. Proud and humble. Proud and humble. That's not humble and proud.

There was another one. Girls who lift do you like that one? No, but you know, I don't like, yeah, the reason why I don't like that either is I don't even think you guys should pigeonhole yourselves in the fitness. I'm telling you for our first podcast, like the first five minutes I was I was listening like this. Because I got excited just don't want you guys to go out there and fuck up. And so many people I've listened to the podcast. I'm like, holy shit, you should not have a fucking podcast. You know, I mean, and why is that though? Like because they're just hard to listen to. Like why did you like listening to us? They're because you guys had shit to say. And even if I didn't two things, you had shit to say and you guys were moving. You know what I mean? Like so, so if there's parts of the show I didn't like or didn't interest me and moved on to the next thing and moved on to the next thing. Like I'm not so much into I don't really like the working out stuff. I like more of the psychology and the home life. And I love the story. I mean, that was a crazy story. Gazantold where she was getting some work by a specialist at her house

and her dog brought a bloody tampon out. I'm like, holy shit. Like you like, I mean, that I mean, that that Trump's most shit that I've heard like that. I mean, that's a great story. That could have been like, if I that was on my show, I'd try to milk that got 20 minutes out of that. Yeah, yeah. No, I see that. It's interesting because everyone kind of has a different perspective. Like Grant has a different perspective than Hiller. And Hiller kind of has a different perspective than you with the name. And I think it just comes down to like what we all kind of feel like is just like us no matter what anyone says. But it's hard because like we want to we don't want it to be rushed, of course. But we do want to like get it going. And you can change the name. You can change it. And also you could fall in love with the name too. You could come with the name and I could hate it. People could hate it for three episodes. And after that, they love it. I mean, I think for if it's amazing now, you know what I mean?

But at the time, I just think anything with fit is she's day. I mean, yeah, you know, yeah, we weren't going to do anything with fit or crossfit or I don't know. So I don't know. But maybe someone in the chat can come up with something. I hated CF network. That was just a placeholder. And then now it's like we've moved on. Yeah, the other thing is like you could because our goal is to use that page as our YouTube says, well, so like syndicate when I go to syndicate, making a syndicate video, it's going to go up on there fee. She's going to do her thing. That's going to go up in there. And then there should be weekly podcasts like that's the plan. So I think we already set all this on Instagram. I really hope I'm not going to get in trouble first and all that. But basically, no, no, no, that was all on there. That was on. Okay. Yeah, basically like we do want to share all the stuff, not not necessarily like,

oh, it's just whatever you want to call it t time. Every Thursday, it's like, no, there's other things, crossfit games, semi finals, quarter finals, all the things. So Grant was like, you could do a channel name and a podcast name like different. We've thought about that, but I don't know. We're kind of stuck. Yeah, I, me personally, I don't think you guys should mix your content with your podcast. And I think you guys should have individual YouTube channels. I think down the road, that's going to cause you some headache. Neither here nor there. It doesn't matter. The 99% of what's important is what you guys already did. You guys did the first show. And like, that's all, I mean, that's, that was outstanding. I can't wait till it's on YouTube. Yeah, I really just wanted on YouTube. I just hate that format. You know what I mean? Yeah. I hate, I'm just not an, I'm just kind of like, burn out on Instagram. Yeah, I'm actually, and we're also learning,

like we just wanted to do that to start it, right? We knew that that was going to be like one or two. But now we're learning all the things we need. Like I had to buy, I don't even have a laptop right now. So I had to get, I'm going to have to get a laptop tomorrow. And then the microphone and the stand and the, the light and the microphone holder and all these things. I'm like, oh my gosh, there's a lot more that goes into podcasts than I thought behind the scenes. I don't know what you use your, um, computer for. But Apple just released a laptop today. Oh, really? It's $600. I, it's run with, but with an iPhone ship. That makes me a little nervous. But a $600 Apple laptop, if it's just going to be for emails, watching videos and podcasts, that thing might kill for you. And that's cheap. And it's little. It's light as shit. Oh, really? Yeah, they just came out with it today. I wonder if I'd have to order it. Because I want, I want it when I go to Miami next week.

Oh, yeah, I probably won't be out for a few weeks. Oh, really? What, what computer did, um, what computer, uh, the danger of ruining this whole show, um, by talking about technical stuff, what computer did someone tell you to get? Um, no one really told me to get one. I was just going to get a Mac, whatever Mac book or whatever it's called. Okay. I don't know. That's what I had like years ago. And then I dropped it and it broke and I just didn't replace it. I would get a Mac. Actually, I got an iPad, but I can't use that. Oh, oh, you can't use that? Um, apparently, I don't know. Grant said something about it in the camera. What do you say? But he was like, no iPad. No iPad. Okay. They have a computer called a Mac air. I don't know. I own all the Macs. If you have any questions afterwards, text me. Do you want to send me a link? Yeah, I've all, and I do all of them. I do everything on all of them. I have the studio, the pro, the iMacs, the... Why do you have so many? I'm just, I don't know. I'm just... You want to give me one?

I'm just a, um, no. Thank you for asking. I'm just a reporter. And I'm just a technology like geek. Oh, yeah. So the opposite. Mac Nia, let's see. Maybe it is, maybe it is available, um, in the store soon. You know, I hate the store. The app store. Oh, yeah. There's always a million people in there. Oh, that's crazy. For me, I love going in there. Yeah, no. I'm not like tech savvy at all. Did you see me trying to, um, end the live video? I was like, I had no idea what I was doing. I was so stressed. But they put you in charge of it. Yeah, they put me in charge. Because I don't know if it was like followers or what, but they're like, we need to use your account. I was like, okay, but I don't know how to start this thing. I don't know how to end it. And I mean, I figured it out. But like, yeah, no, I'm not going to thought stuff. It says you can't even order this thing into March 11. Oh, dang.

I guess I'm just going to get a MacBook Pro or whatever you said. That's fine. Have you thought about the implication? I'm getting this vibe from you from your Instagram. From your Instagram, I'm getting this vibe from you that training is hard for you. Training is hard for me. Yeah, just in sense of like waking up every morning. I got this feeling from just watching your reels that you're like, you're, you're, you're, like, like, you've reached a threshold where you're like, man, this is hard and this is work. Am I, am I misinterpreting your Instagram? Oh, that's so interesting. I've always wondered what my vibe was from people. Um, just like, how have you been doing this? I've been doing it so long. I started CrossFit in 2024. No, not 2024. Er, what, what? 2014. Yes. Oh my gosh. And I started competing 2016.

And so I've been competing basically for. This will be my 11th year. This will technically be my, how many games have I been to? Four or five, six, including the teenage division? Which is a lot. Yeah. Um, but the highest you finished, what's the highest you finished an individual? Six, I've got six twice. Wow. So I need to get on the freaking podium this year. Um, but yeah, I would say training like I was after last year, I went into like a really long off season. So I've done, um, more strength training than I've probably ever done because I've had so much time. Um, and that's not necessarily like the fun stuff. Because it's just grindy and I don't know, like strength has always been one of my weaknesses in the sport, like pure strength. So I mean, it is work. Like, there's days where I just, and like full of energy, I'm so excited to be there.

And then there's other days where I'm like, oh gosh, this is really, really hard. But, um, I do have to remind myself that like this is like, I'm doing this, um, because I believe that I have been given a gift to be very good at this and a desire my heart to be the best. And I want to use it, but that doesn't mean like it's going to be fun every day. And so there's so many days where I have to remind myself that like this is a job. And even if you love your job at some point, someone's going to show up to work and be like, oh gosh, like I'm just freaking tired today. Like, I got to kind of fake a smile right now and this is work. And yeah, like, there's so many days like that. But I think if you asked every CrossFit athlete, games athlete, they would say like, yeah, there's way more days like that than you're going to want, but that's just part of it.

My day kicks off with the refreshing Celsius energy drink, then straight to the gym. Pre-get pick up, back home to meal prep, time for my fire session shift. And there's no, I wish I could think of a better word than this, but there's no escape. This is your life.

This is how you sleep, how you eat, how you stand, how you, like, this is your, like, you live in this body, and this body is your, is your money maker is the, is the, I don't know, not to be so crass and call it that, but you know what I mean? I don't mean to, it's also, you know, you're home for your spirit, but it is, like, you have to be on guard for this thing. It is your, like, more so than most people, it's everything. Yeah, it is your temple. Well, yeah, and it's not like it really shuts off. Like, once things really start ramping up, and I would say that's probably the next, like, month or two getting ready for semi-finals. Because right now it's like, okay, the open, like, I don't need to be, um, you know, really in shape yet. I'm still getting, I'm still like doing my strength phase, and that's great, but once it's like, you know, all day, every day getting ready for semi-finals,

like, it does get to a point where your whole day is kind of consumed by trying to be the best in the world. And there's nothing wrong with that. It's just like, you can't do that. Like, right now I'm really trying, because I mean, I'm still training like six hours a day, but the other hours I'm like, I'm really trying to still be a human, because there is a point in the year where you kind of don't feel like a human, because you don't have the energy to be a human. Um, and that means like, you know, like, not going and hanging out with your friends multiple times a week from me, at least, like, it's kind of a weekend thing, certain times of the year, or maybe I'm not eating out as much, once things are kind of like locked in, or not staying up as late. Um, but when it gets to that point, it's like, yeah, literally from the moment you wake up, so you go to bed, like, you're really thinking about that all day. At least for me, like, you're really, yeah, like, you're locked in. Yeah, um, and so, yeah, like, just really enjoying,

like, I really enjoyed myself this off season, and I just did so many things outside of the gym, which just filled my cup, and I know to be my best athlete, like, I have to continue to do that. Um, it's just like, you have to almost prioritize it, because if it's not like a top priority, sometimes it, like, just gets pushed away, and then I'm like, oh, dang, I haven't done anything, like, I truly enjoy to do this week, because I've been so, like, just focused. So there's definitely a balance, and I need a balance, um, but there's a time and a place for, like, all of it. And right now, I'm still kind of like, like, I'm in it, but not, we're not, like, really in it, in it yet, like, it's just starting, you know? You're not, um, if you're supposed to be in bed at nine, it's 905, you're not, like, being hard on yourself. But when it's season time, you'll be like, you've eight, 59, you're talking to your mom, and you just hang up and jump in bed. Yeah, yeah, it's like a lot more strict.

I'll, um, like, start tracking my food every day, and like, the little tiny things, um, because I don't like to do all of that all year. I was like, it just, like, burnt out, and it's not as enjoyable. But when it's like an option, and it's like, no, you know, you don't need to be doing this every day, it's like, I find myself, like, wanting to at a certain point, and then I'm like, oh, yeah, like, I'm ready to lock. Oh, that's nice. Yeah, and that's like a good feeling, because you're almost like itching for that, like, super strict schedule. Um, so yeah, we're not, you're craving at that point. I guess you're craving to run the machine at full speed. And you know, if your diet's dialed, and your sleep is dialed, and your body work, and all that, you know, okay, I'm showing up today, and you're kind of excited to take the car around the track. You got the new tires on it. Oh my gosh, yeah. And especially training for the games, you get to a point, and you just get so fit,

that like, I don't know, everything is just kind of fun, because everything is just easier and lighter. And like, you can't feel like that all the time, but when that comes, it's just the best feeling ever. You're just like, like itching to just go show everyone at the CrossFit Games is so fun. Well, I want to tie this back to the podcast. I'm, I'm curious, I think that this podcast is going to supercharge you. I think you are going to get a lot of stimulation from it. I think you're going to some rivalry between you guys. Like I see that the boys have on boys interrupted. Yeah. I think you're going to, I think you're going to be excited by the interaction with the crowd and the attention and just the, the calms with the outside world. I think this thing is going to be wonderful for you. I think it's going to, and you're going to sharpen all sorts of communication skills and presentation. I mean, I think it's, I'm really excited for you.

I don't know why anyone, someone had thought of this earlier. Can you tell me the story? How the three of you came together with it? Yeah. Thank you, though. I'm really excited too. And I really think it's going to be huge. Yeah, huge. Something that charges all of us in a good way. So, man, Fee, we're in Utah for a trip a few weeks back. We were talking to Dallin because he had to like go and give his podcast one of the nights. And Fee and I were like, dang, we should be doing a podcast. Like there's no girls doing anything. Once again, you and Fee went to go train with Dallin? Yeah, we were there for a sponsor, and then we went early to go train with Dallin. Okay, and how long were you there? I was there a week. Fee was there for like 10 days. Oh, that's cool. Okay, go ahead. You're not with Bruto, are you? No, I'm not with Bruto, but like I'm friends with everyone. And I've always just been super welcoming for me. So I love them. But yeah, so we were just like, why are the girls not doing anything?

Like none of the girls do a like, I don't know. Like social media things really together, or challenges, or crap talk, or like anything. We're just, I don't know. And with Fee, like I, she's one of my best friends. Like I love her to death. And we were just like, like every night, just up chatty and laughing and having so much fun. And we're just like, we should have a podcast and literally record ourselves. Because we're just having the best time. Like people would love to see this. Yes. People would love to be a part of it. And so we were out to launch one day. And Dallin was there. And he was like, well, what other, like what, you need like at least one more person. Or like maybe two. And so we were doing like Instagram questions and stuff. And some girls names got pulled up. And then Alex's name got pulled up. And I was just like, oh my gosh, she's it. Like she's the one. Because she is so cool to compete with.

Because one, she's just incredible athlete. But also she's just so, I don't know, just like real and chill and cool. I don't know. She's just got like this vibe about her. Yeah, she's it, she's a, a dirt tourler. She's a mama of the earth, old shoulder. You know what I mean? Like, once you get to know it, you're like, oh, this chick's cool. This chick is like jumping the camper van. She forgot her shoes. She don't give a shit. You know what I mean? She's cool. Yeah, exactly. We were like, we need someone like her. And we also were thinking values like we wanted to, we wanted it to just be like all on the same page. And just three friends talking. And it just, I don't know, like Alex messaged us immediately after I think she saw one of our stories. And she's like, I want to be in. And we were just like, all right, let's have a call this weekend. We had a call like that Sunday. And it was just like, all right, let's get the ball rolling. And from there on, we've just been like,

trying to figure out who was going to produce the show and how we were going to like, logistically do it, what day, what time. And yeah, like it kind of just happened fast. And we wanted to just roll with it. And the open was kind of like the perfect time to start the live stuff because everyone's like excited about it. And wants to like just hear more media and stuff. So, um, yeah, that's kind of how it started. But Fee and I have kind of been talking about stuff like that before, but we never did anything with it. It was always just like, dang, why don't the girls like ever do anything? The guys are doing all these things. And then Alex was like, um, the guys got to like go to Alaska and do all that because of their podcast. And she's like, yes, yes, yes. I mean, maybe no one would admit that, but I never thought of that. But now that you say it, yes. Yeah, so it's like she's like, we got to do something. We got to do this. So, we're really excited about it.

And we're going to have guests on too. So, um, all our girls that we love will be able to come and join and talk. And I think it's just going to be really good for the CrossFit community. But then also, I think it's going to like maybe even open up other girls in the CrossFit space with us too. Because, um, I don't know, like, you get to a point when you have kind of your groups at the games and like your certain girls that you like to be friends with and stuff. Um, but something like this, like sitting down with some girls that maybe we don't normally talk to you in the back or maybe, um, we don't really get the opportunity to. We can have them on the podcast and get to know them better. And I don't know. I just think it, it also allows us to show our personalities in a way that Instagram doesn't. Because all of us, well, it feels really good at Instagram. But like, actually, I don't know. Alex is probably good too. I just, I'm not really good with Instagram. I'm not, um, I'm not like wanting to capture every moment of my life

on my phone. And so, I feel like on Instagram, I'm just very like, let's get my post done. And like, whatever I took pictures of that week, like, I'll just do a dump or whatever. And that's kind of it. I don't really enjoy it. But being able to talk like this, I enjoy because it's like, you do get to see my personality and you get to know me better. And it's like that face to face thing that I'm trying to show more on Instagram. But I just don't really do it. I don't know. So, um, yeah, I think it's actually going to be really good for all of us. One year, I don't remember where we were. Maybe we were at the North Cow Classic, but we were somewhere. And it was me and Taylor, self and Bryson and a couple other guys and we were sitting on a couch. And we did this like two hour show. And the show was just so stupid and ridiculous. And it got 20,000 views. And I was talking to my sister about it. I'm like, this is so fucking weird. This is like, and she's like, hey, man, people just want to watch people having a good time.

And that's what you said. You said, hey, I was with Fee. We were having fun. People would enjoy. See this. People love watching people. I guess have a good time. That's really cool. And then I like this other thing you said, you kind of want the podcast to set the culture. Like, maybe not set the culture, but define the culture of what it likes to be a female athlete. And like, hey, it's okay. Like here's three that are being vulnerable. And so the people who are coming down the line, they're like, oh, you don't have to be this way. There's this option. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And I feel like for years CrossFit, it was like this. And I don't know if you've noticed this too, but for a while, it was like, if you're not, like, you don't want to post too much on Instagram because then you're giving your secrets away or your little things and stuff. And Fee and I were talking about this. It's like everyone knows everything about everyone. We know everyone's strengths. We know everyone's weaknesses. We've watched everyone compete a million times. There's no secrets anymore.

So why try and like hold back our feelings or emotions? Because if I'm feeling it, most likely another girl's feeling it too at some point in her month or year of training or at a competition or like whatever it is. Right. And so like, I don't know, like I think we all got to a point where we're like everything, we're kind of sick of like everything being fake of oh, training's amazing every day. Oh, we love what we do every day. Oh, we never struggle. We never have injuries. Like everything's just whatever. And I still struggle with this because even like last year when I hurt my back, I didn't post about it or tell anyone about it because I'm like, I don't want anyone to know going to the games and like having this mental like advantage of like, oh, Lexus is injured. So like I already won. Like it's always just this mental thing. And I feel like the guys have gotten to a point where they're just like able to say how it is with each other. And everyone knows like, okay, like we already knew that we all experienced that too.

And I think this podcast will kind of open up the maybe vulnerability for girls. I was going to say maybe fakes too harsh. But guard it. It's guarded. Be less guarded, right? Like let things flow. Let the energy flow through you. Like, hey, take a deep breath. Yeah, yeah, it's cool. You know what I mean? Literally. Yeah, like you can let your guard down. Yeah. And yeah, we're all just like very honest. And we all have personalities. I feel like compliment each other. And I think what I've all just different important roles in the podcast to coming together. And then just getting to share the competition with each other and have to come back and like have totally different experiences maybe and being able to talk about that. Or just like whatever. I don't know. I just feel like being real with everyone will be. I don't know. I feel like fans will be really appreciative of that. Because anytime I'm real and like post just like

something that I'm just like, I don't know if I should post that. And then I post it and people love it. And I'm like, dang, people out here really just want to see like the real stuff. They don't want to see like the polished, super edited, like fancy things. It's like, no, we just want to see like you. And I feel like this will allow that super easily. So yeah, I'm excited. But you had you guys had a Thursday, 6 p.m. Eastern time. But as is what's going to become the official time. But then you said this Friday, you not quite yet. This Friday, you guys are going to do a show. It's not really on the schedule. Yeah, so this Friday, I think at 4 p.m. 4 p.m. Eastern. We're going to do another like 26.2 kind of tips and tricks and our experience and just kind of catch up. And then next week we're all going to be in Miami. So I think we're going to try and do one there.

But I don't know what day that'll be. And if we do, I don't know if it'll be on Instagram or actually our actual podcast. But the weekend or the week after water polusa is for sure, for sure podcast happening. So I really hope we can do something in Miami because I think that'll be really cool. In person together. Yeah, yeah, yeah, we're like sitting down, we can actually talk. So yeah, it'll be good. I think that 7 o'clock, did you say 7 o'clock Eastern? I think you guys said Thursday at 6 p.m. Eastern will become. Oh, six. Yeah, because that's like three outs this time. Because that was the only thing like Alex is three hours behind us. So that was like the only like, oh, how are we going to do that with someone who lives over there? But she's like, no, 3 o'clock work. So I think that'll work for us.

We just have to be very consistent with it because that's what Dallin had said and Hiller had said they're like, what people are showing up to watch you. And like, this is a show, it's not like an optional thing. Yep. So if we especially in the beginning, especially in the beginning, like you got to make it, you got to make it through like a year, like just consistent. And that means that you know, like you got injured or you heard, you know, like you're sad or something happened. You got to bring, you got to bring that to the show. It's kind of crazy, right? Yeah. And I think that's why I've like not wanted to do YouTube. It's because I've always wanted it to be like, I've always wanted to be the girl who just like had it all together and like was never having like injuries or sad or like moments. And I'm like, I can't do YouTube because there's so many times when life is just like not, it's just so messy. I'm like, when life's not messy, I'll be ready. And it's just never, I'm like, I'm never going to be ready. And I've had these like thoughts about the podcast.

I'm like, oh gosh, like, there's just going to be weeks where I didn't know. I want to do that. I already know. And I even bought that's a great name for a podcast. It's a little long, but when life's not messy, I'll be ready. That's a great one. Yeah. That's great. But I even bought Grant today. I talked to him. I'm like, dude, I'm so overwhelmed. Just tell me what to buy because there's so many things. So he was like, I think you should buy this. It's like the stick with the camera on it. I think I know what it's called. And he's like, maybe when you're at competitions, you know, just like have your coach and I'm like, oh gosh, that's already stressing me out. I would not buy the stick with the camera on it. Did you buy it already? Well, yeah, but I mean, it was Amazon. I can return it. Why do you say that? Is he talking about the Osmo 3? It was like 400 bucks or something. It's on a gimbal. Yeah. Osmo 3, let me show you a picture of it. It's okay. And it's a great, it's a great, it's a great camera. But is this the camera right here?

Chronic migraine, 15 or more headache days a month, each lasting four hours or more, can make me feel like a spectator in my own life. Yes. Here's what I, and maybe if Grant's listening, he'll run this by you. And this may overwhelm you. There's a camera. So the reason why he wants that is because it's a beautiful camera. It takes beautiful pictures, holds everything still, right? Because that thing's like floating around, so even if you're jerking around. But the battery time on its ass, the microphone on its ass, and it's kind of work. The person who's filming has to like work. Like it's heavy? No, it's not heavy at all, but because it's on a gimbal, you have to, it's not the kind of thing like you can just set down. I'll send you a picture, and then you can send it to Grant, of what my kids use, made by the exact same company. It's like a GoPro, but the technology they have in the bot, the reason why he wants it is because he wants smooth footage. But I'll send you a setup that's the exact same price where the battery's 10 times as long. Anytime you're like done holding your camera,

you just set it down, and it'll be on a stick, and that stick can be short. It could be long. It could be like, I'll send you something. Okay. I'll say, and then you could send to Grant, and then he can decide. But it's made by the exact same company so much easier to use than this. So you can just like easily send those videos to your phone, right? I believe it's super easy. Yes. Not even that. You just turn the camera on, and you turn your phone on, and your phone will be, you know, do the kinky thing with your camera, and it'll show you all the clips will pop up. You know, like in your photo library, in your iPhone, you'll have your own, it'll say DJI photo library, and they'll all pop up. And then you can grab whichever ones you want to drop in your phone, or you can send them to Grant, or you could do whatever. It's so crazy. Oh, wow. It's so easy. Yeah, definitely send me that after because I mean, I'm Britisher. It's like already going to be here tomorrow, like Amazon Prime, and I can return it. I just didn't know, like he wanted me to do that. I think because other girls had that,

where they're planning to get that, so it's all the same. But I just don't know if I'm with the longer kind of girl. Like I will try, but. I'm gonna show you this thing is so easy. The worst, the only bad thing about this thing is you might, you could so easily leave this somewhere. Oh, really? So I'll show, I'll show to you. I'm so confused. I don't understand why you need like a laptop and a camera. Because you can, well, in this, you could plug into your laptop and uses your laptop camera. That thing is this big. I wish normally I have that, like five or six of them around. I don't have any around right now. But it's just, and there's a stick with the battery in it, and then you can just pull this thing out six feet long. And it's got legs and you can sit it somewhere and film. Or you can just close it and hold it like this. And the reason why people think they don't like this is they think the footage is going to be shaky, but it's not. Interesting. Okay. Yeah. Yeah, that one. Rambus says, yeah, that one.

It is crazy. Who said that? Some guy named Rambus said, yeah, that one. Oh, yeah. All right, I guess I'll buy that. Check with, check with, check with Grant first. I don't, you know what I mean? Like, I don't know, but, but this camera, I'll show you. I'll send you the exact setup I have. I'll send you, I'll text them to you. I'll send you all the links and you can be like, oh, shit, someone says this. And the cool thing about it is that stick that you hold it with. It has a battery in it. So when the battery in the camera dies, you just plug it into the camera and you have another four hours. Oh, wow. Okay. So it's, it's, yeah. Who would have thought we would do a technical camera show? You know what's funny? So I'm looking at your, um, because I got to get micro, uh, not my headphones, right? Or whatever. Yeah, yeah. Alex, she bought like the gaming, like, headphones. I love the thing. It's like, it's like, it's fun. Grant, we had like a call the other night and she puts it on. And she's like, yeah, like, this is the sad gun. It's like this giant thing.

He's like, Alex, no, no, we're not doing that. No, he's like, you could give me fun of. She's like, well, I thought it was like, it was really expensive and like, it was really nice one. I thought it was the best one. And he's like, no, I wonder if it's the one I told her to get. I didn't tell her to get a gaming one. I told her to get this road one that I travel with. I wonder if that's the one she got. It's definitely not what you're wearing. Hers is. No, here's a little bit more bulky. She kind of looks like she's going to play a video game. I think it's funny. And she kind of wants to roll with it. And maybe it could just be her thing. So yeah, we'll see. But yeah, it's really funny. I don't know. Eventually, you're going to have, eventually, you're going to have like three mics and three headsets. Oh, why? I don't, I don't want to over complicate anything. I just like simple. But you've got how many mics do you know over there? I have just, you don't want, this is, it's crazy in here. You got a legit setup. I clearly, I also don't know what to do with my background. Like, is this okay? He's bringing the film in my bedroom.

I don't know. I like your background. With that angle and that turquoise stripe in the back, I like it. Yeah, well, we'll see. Oh, yeah, Alex to get a headset with Catears. That would be amazing. Oh, my gosh. She'd look good with Catears. She would. I love Alex. Gosh, you should have her on the podcast. So you're having her on the last? Ms. Gazan. Yeah, I think I've had her on in the last six months. So why did you forget about me? I don't know. I don't know. You felt too. So you just kind of fell off the radar. I think what it was is, I think that there was the last year you took six, that year, I think that a lot of us thought, oh, Alex is coming to threaten the podium. Like Alex's, Alex is threatening the podium. Sorry, Ms. Raptus, you is threatening the podium. And then maybe it's because you're, are you not a training think tank?

Maybe it's because, are you not there anymore? Yeah, no, I'm not there anymore. So maybe it's because I don't see you in videos there. No, I can't think of anything. But like, I just remember like, oh, shit, like, Alex's Raptus is going to be on the podium. She's going to be on the podium. And then that year happened and you just, I don't know. Yeah. I just feel like, I just don't feel like I see you anywhere. I don't see you on any podcasts or, you know what I mean? Just out of sight, out of mind, I guess. Yeah, um, well, last year, that's over. That's over. I mean, yeah, thanks for the fuel. I'm going to use that. No, I mean, no one's really asked me any podcasts, to be honest. And, uh, I haven't, yeah, I haven't been at training. I haven't been at training think tanks since last year before water pollution, actually. When I had you on last year, I haven't, I got the impression you were still at training think tank, but you would move back home to Michigan. Yeah, recollection, correct? Okay.

Yeah, um, but last year, I hurt my back a month out from the game. So I ended up like, well, I ended up getting tense still, which I, I mean, still, I don't even know how I did that because I, I mean, the Monday before the games, I did my first run. And on Tuesday, I lifted a barbell off the ground for the first time before the crossover games. So like, I went into that with no expectations thinking like, I, I don't even know if I can do the crossfit games just wanting to be there and like participate. What is that? Oh, that's the games. How did you hurt, how did you hurt your back? I, I don't know exactly what, I think it was a squat clean that like kind of irritated it, but then it wasn't until a few days later, I was doing a crossover double under workout, practicing for the games. And, um, I like landed one of my reps and out of nowhere, it just felt like someone

shot me in the back. Like I, I like fell to the ground and couldn't walk like that's how bad it was. So I basically like rehabbed it for a week. And this was probably, I don't even know, four weeks out from the games maybe at that point. Where did you qualify Alexis? Where did you qualify last year? Um, online online. Okay, so you had you already qualified? Yeah, I had already qualified. Okay, okay. And I was, I mean, that was like the fittest and strongest I had probably ever been. Like, I felt really good during online semis. Um, and I was excited for training. And then I did the crossover double under situation. I got like bodywork and I was taking it easy for a week. And then I got to the point where I was like, okay, my back feels pretty good. Like I really want to test this deadlift run handstand workout that day and outs. And the first deadlift I pulled, it like happened again, the exact same short pain.

I like fell to my knees. And that was like three weeks out from the games maybe. And then after that, really all I could do was bike. Like I just did a lot of biking, like upper body stuff. So I was grateful to just be at the games. And then at the end, finishing 10th, I was just like, I don't know how that happened. But that's not what you did. And you did do great. You took second ahead of Ariel Lohan on a career, Madeline Stirred, Daniel Brandon, Haley Adams, Grace Walton. Yeah, online semis last year. Yeah. Amy Pringle, Mirhan Van Rocher, you were ready. I was ready. Yeah. And then the rest of the year, like, I really, I mean, I competed so much. And I just, I didn't really give my body the rest that I really needed for my back. So like the world fitness project, final, I didn't end up doing. And then tear so cal, I ended up doing. But I was just like so burnt out at that point.

And then I ended up doing rogue. But it was kind of like a last minute, like a month out. I'm like, okay, I guess I'm going to do this. Like I just just really burnt out last year. My injury and all the competing was just, it was a lot like, I didn't feel like I got to show up and be like show the world my best at any point in the year, except for probably semis. That was like, that was like, oh, this is, this is like my fit self. And then after that, it just kind of like, I was just like, man, just kind of showing up. So that's probably why I haven't heard of me because I didn't really do anything special last year. I was just trying to like survive. Honestly, that was, that was like, probably the hardest year I've had competing. Just like in general, mentally, physically, emotionally, it was just like a very tough year. And I kind of just learned the hard way. Like, I don't like to compete that many times a year.

And I really like to show up and like show up to win. I don't like to show up to participate or be like top five or whatever. Like it's just not fun for me at all. And so I think my route moving forward is pick like a couple of big competitions. And my goal is to like go win those competitions or be on the podium at those competitions. I'd rather that than like do a million competitions and try and make like as much money and like all the things. It's like, I really don't care anymore. I just want to be healthy and happy. And like, when I'm doing really well, I'm really happy and loving what I do. And that means like, not spreading myself too thin. And it's so, it's so cool to watch like some of these younger athletes do every competition. I'm like, dang, I wish I could do that. I wish I had the energy for that. But like, I just, I just don't. So I'm doing the game season for sure.

And then I want to do Rob again. You're 26. I'm 27, 27. You said you, you had the double under shot in the back. Yeah. Well, weeks out from the game. When was the deadlift? Then the second time when you tested it out? Was that it was like three or two, it was like two or three weeks out from the game. So that's it. So let's say two weeks out from the games. And then at the games. So did you compete in pain? I was workout. Yeah, go ahead. A little bit, but I'm not having to get a, um, a horizontal shot before. So like, I, where did they do that in your spine? Yeah. Like, if I didn't get the shot. And like, I'm not on here being like, you should get a horizontal shot. Like to mask the pain, but I knew like, I wanted to at least give myself the opportunity to compete. And that was really the only way that I saw like myself showing up and not having a ton of pain. Yeah.

And I wasn't going to put myself in a position where I was going to hurt myself. Like, I wasn't going to be dumb, but I also knew like, I have been training my entire life basically. So it's not like, oh, I took a month off of CrossFit. I'm showing up to the CrossFit games and like, being an idiot. Like, my fitness doesn't, it's not like your fitness just goes away. Clearly, I got 10th and I didn't train for like four weeks. But it was more of like, uh, I'm like, uncomfortable right now, but I'm not riding that risk of like really hurting myself. It was more just scary because I hadn't done crossover double wonders yet. I hadn't lifted that deadlift weight again yet. I hadn't ran. And the first day was like all of those things. It was like six miles of running. And then we had the crossovers. And then we had the heavy squat clean with the pegboard. And then we had the deadlift and run. And it was just like, oh my gosh, oh my gosh. And then the heavy back squat backs. And I'm like,

what percentage would you say you were 80% at the games? 90%. I mean, 80? I don't know. Like I was not in shave. I really just got through because I think because I'm tough, like to be honest, I just, I would like three, two, one go. And I'm like, this is going to hurt way more than needs to be. But this is where we're at. And I'll just give him my all. Is the reason you don't want to go to an event unless you're prepared to win? Because then when the event is over, there's kind, it's, it's emotionally more difficult. Like if you go somewhere, you give it your all, you leave emotionally whole. I mean, your bum, you lost. Yeah. But if you go and you can't give it your all, there's an emotional pain that comes with it that's that can't be filled. You know what I mean? Like, like, yeah, it's also just the whole experience of doing well is so. It's so much fun. And it's like very gratifying. Like being at a competition and showing off how hard

you've worked in front of all the people who helped get you there is the coolest feeling in the world. And when you get to like, just show how hard you've worked in front of not only the world, but like my parents who have supported me since I was my whole entire life basically when I was young and like, or when I wasn't making money on the sport yet, like they've supported me in every phase to get to this point. And like my friends, I get to come and see me do what I do. And like my coach who's putting all this time and energy and sacrificing time with family and all the things, like those are the moments when you get to celebrate with those people that are so special. And it's like, I don't know, CrossFit's such a weird thing because it's not like I'm out there and like, oh, I just love to hurt. Like, I love the pain. It's not like that. But when you're doing well and you're so fit and you train for this and you just like execute, it just feels so good. And

like, that's what I love. And I look back on like certain moments at the CrossFit Games that I've done really well. And it's like that joy that you get from crossing the finish line and like, just doing something that you know you could do, but you finally actually do it. It's not like you can think about it. You know you can do it, but you just, you don't end up signing up for the competition and you pull out or whatever it's like, no, I'm putting myself out there and I'm doing it and I'm doing it in front of all these people when it counts. Like, that feeling is so cool because it is pretty scary. Like, it's intimidating to show up with all these other girls who are really fit. Like, mass starts, you're standing there with like 40 men and 40 women and you're like, what the heck are we doing? Like, and then you finish and you do something that you didn't think you could do. And you're like, that was awesome. I can't wait for the next one we do. And it's so weird, but it's like this bonding experience through like, I don't know, suffering, I guess. And it's just, I don't know, it's like an experience I can't even describe. And it's just,

I love it so much. So how was that road workout? I want to say it was, um, the tax collector. Oh, it was four rounds and there were three bars. Yeah. So you have a tender back and you see that workout. Like, I saw that workout and I was a gas. I was like, oh, yeah. I was like, I remember being on the show being like, how come no one's losing their fucking mind? He said, like, this is fucking nuts. It was crazy. I think that was the hardest workout. What was the workout again? I forget. Do you remember what it was? I don't remember exactly how many rounds was it four or five? I remember it's four rounds and there were three downhill movements. So I think it was 10 back squats, maybe, or 15. I think it was 10, 10, and then was it 10, 10, 10? Yeah, I think it was. Yeah, it was 10, 10, 10, I think. And the back squat weight was, I think, 225, 3, 15, maybe. So it was just like heavy enough to

kind of like make you second guess, like if you should go and broken all the first time. Oh, yes, here it is. Back squat dumbbell snatch clean. Yeah. And I remember getting through like the first round and I was like, oh, boy, we are in it. Like this, you have nowhere to hide. Like your legs and back just blew up immediately. The sandbag was like, I don't know. Something about sometimes rope will like give you a fatter sandbag or even at the games. It's like different than what you're used to. And so even the 100 pound sandbag felt heavy. And it was just like super awkward. And the dumbbell snatch was like whatever. That was just whatever. But the back squat. Oh my gosh, I got to the point where my my back wasn't in pain. It was like in fatigue pain, like not sharp bad pain. It was like, oh my gosh, I like, I can't even go right now because I feel like I'm going to cramp and like just crumple onto this bar. It was gnarly. Were you injured from that? No, no, no. So the injuries,

it's gone. Yeah. I mean, I, I have days where like my back will get tight and I get kind of like freak out. And it's more of a mental thing because I'm like, oh gosh, like I get almost hyper fixate on it in a way because it was it was traumatic. But my coach has explained like a back injury like that as sometimes you have to take like three steps forward and then you take one step back and then three more steps forward. It's kind of like this kind of like this as we progress. And so it's not like it's perfect. But yeah, I'm healed. Like I'm not injured. I feel I feel strong and healthy. And um, I'm not scared. I just know that it's not something that I can just neglect. Like I'm constantly going to have to work on my upper like my back strength throughout my whole back. I'm constantly going to have to continue to do like really intentional warm-ups for my back before I lift. I've always kind of had back issues throughout my career. It's kind of started when I was a gymnastics

actually. Like really young. So it's not like a, oh, I'm fixed. And like no, I don't have to ever do anything for it again. It's like kind of with anything. You have like certain exercises that work and it's like, okay, you gotta keep doing that just because you feel good because me you can just like not do it anymore. Um, but yeah, there's always something. I feel like if you ask any CrossFit games athlete, they're probably like there's probably something that's kind of like nagging them. And it's just kind of a part of the sport, I guess. By the way, if you want to get to know Alexis better, I don't mean to do my own horn, but the first podcast I did with you was crazy good. Really? When was that? It was crazy good. You know, it was, you know what it was nuts is that the connection between you and Paige Rogers and your gymnastics and that fucking creep doctor. And I've had you guys on. Well, I had you guys on like two days in a row and you guys had both gone through the same, you know, had him, you know, somewhere in your orbit. And I was like,

Oh, yeah. What are the fucking chances of that? Yeah, because she's a machine and girl. You know, I'm competing with her next week. She's on my team. I know that's cool. So you're who's the other person you're competing with? Gabby. Gabby Mojola. So you're the comeback girls. Well, maybe not you, but those two, uh, yeah, those two, this is their their comeback. This is kind of cool. Yeah, you know what's funny is Paige was like, we should call ourselves like our name are, are like team name to come back girls. Like that was, are they come back kids or something? Yeah, it's a great name. We didn't end up doing that. But yeah, like kind of my season last year didn't end well. So like, I'm coming back from that. Gabby's coming back from her surgeries and then Paige coming back as a being a mom. So I'm excited. Are you pretty flattered to be with them? That's, it's pretty crazy. Yeah. What a trio of powerhouses. Yeah. Yeah. I think we're going to do really, really well. Yeah. I think we um, I think we all complement each other well

and we're similar-ish athletes too. But we all have our like specialties, I guess. Yeah. We're all similar height and size in a sense too, which I think will help with like synchro and um, the warm and stuff. Um, but yeah, they're also just like super sweet, really heartbreaking girls. And I'm excited to, I'm excited to compete with them, but also just like get to know them better, because I don't really know either of them that well. Um, because Gabby's been gone for a few years. And then I don't, I've never actually trained with Paige before, which is kind of crazy, because she's also a Michigan girl. Yeah, she's wonderful. She's, every year I like her more, she's, she's wonderful. And she's a mommy, and she's a mom and now. So the, so the whole new page. Yeah. I have so many questions for her, because I'm just like, I don't know, how do you do that? Like, have you trained full time in your mom? Like, it's just blows my mind. She's crazy. Um, you were,

when you were on last time, I remember just really admiring your relationship with your coach, Adam Rodgers. And now he's not your coach. Yeah. And I was, I was kind of surprised. Is there a story there of what happened between you guys? Um, I mean, there's a story, but it kind of just, um, I think to like long story shorted, it was just I needed, I just needed a change. And, um, I knew I wasn't going to be living in Georgia full time anymore. And so I really just needed, I don't know, like a change that fit me better for this time of my life, I guess. And like, hard because, oh, yeah. How hard? Because, I mean, the trust, will you pull your, your microphone fell behind your hair, I think? Um, um, I just remember admiring the trust you, and that's fine. You can let it hang now. Oh, okay. Um, the, the, the, the audio change for a second, for some reason when your hair got

in front of it, that was weird. Um, your guys' trust was crazy. I just remember thinking, holy shit, Alexis has it so good with this guy. This, in his temperament at events, such a level headed, yeah. Not a camera hog, not an attention whore, not like, like you can tell he's there for you. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Um, we definitely complimented each other very well because I, I mean, as you can imagine at a competition, like, I am kind of, it's kind of an emotional rollercoaster, in a sense, as you're going through the weekend, because you got so many events, like, of course, some of them are not going to go well. And he was always really good about that. Um, keeping me calm and stuff. But, yeah, I mean, I think every athlete gets to a point where, um, I don't know, like, things change and like, just, you feel like, okay, like, I think,

this is so good. And it's been so awesome. And I needed like, he got me to this point 100% like, he was incredible with me, especially when I lived in Georgia. Um, but now I'm like in this different phase where I do feel like I can train, um, on my own more. And I do know what it takes on my own. So I don't need as much of like, what I used to need, I guess. Um, and my coach now, we're just like, we kind of just clicked pretty immediately. Um, and I'm just, I'm like, do you know him? He was a training think tank coach too. And you're like, yeah, I just want to try him. What's his name? Is it? What's his name? His name is Kyle, Kyle Ruth. Okay. Um, but it was also just like, I want to, I want to change to get like a new perspective and see like, if I can, I don't know, just like, take it even further, I guess, than what I've kind of gotten to know. Um, like,

I can do eyes on you and some tweaking in the programming, just some fresh, a fresh. Yeah. Yeah. I think you kind of get used to like what you do in anything. And then your body like adapts to that. And so when I started with Kyle, it was like, a lot of different stuff that I have never done before. And my body was just, my body's responded very well to it. Um, I think sometimes it's just good to have like a switch up or a change as hard as it is like it was really, really hard. And it still makes me sad, of course, because like, we spent so much time, so much time together. And he was there during like, everything throughout my career. Um, and it's not like I'm never going to see him. I'm going to see him again. But, um, yeah, I just needed a change. So I decided to go with Kyle and yeah, he's been great. He's a, he's a really good, he's a really good coach. Yeah. And how long have you been with him? Um, it'll be a year in like, I think the spring,

I want to say. And is he in Michigan? No, he's in Georgia, but he's not turning anything to him anymore. So he's kind of just on his own now, um, which is like, I don't know, weird, because like, I'm coached by him. And I was training think tank and like would go there and stuff. And like, I was planning on going there this season. Um, so now I'm like, I don't really know what I'm going to be doing. Um, meaning you would go there like for a month to just race with the horses race with some Gabby's there and Travis and yeah, yeah. Which I mean, I can still go and train with them. It's just different because Kyle's not training. Yeah. Yeah. What was he when you started with them? Yeah. When these things happen, um, I'm guessing you have to be kind of callous and not let any

of the drama in if there is any drama or any of the emotion because you got shit to do. Like, hey, no hard feelings at him. We were together a long time. Love you. You were great. Now I have to move on. Maybe mourn for a few days. And it's on. Yeah. And the same thing with Kyle. He's a training think tank. I don't know what happened there. I'm guessing it's never a good one to coach leaves or yeah, I always think the worst. And so it's the same thing. You can't really let any of that in. Yeah. 100% and I don't even really know any of the details. So like I couldn't even elaborate on it for you if I if I wanted to. So yeah, um, I don't really know, but I also, I don't know, like I made so many friendships in CrossFit where I feel like I can go and train with certain people. I felt like I wanted to like before semi-finals, for example, it's really awesome to get to train alongside people and race to try and figure out like, okay, this is kind of where I'm at. This is what I need to tweak. This is what I need to work on like do more of whatever.

And it's important to do that before you compete for sure, but like off season or even right now during the opening stuff, I don't feel like I need to like be in Georgia full time or be at a training camp full time anymore. I guess. How much of your training is alone? Um, I mean, I don't necessarily have I'm not I'm not really alone that much. There's always people around me, but you're not training in a garage. You're not training that garage of your parents house? No, I do, but um, I do like I kind of do a mixture between the garage and the gym. So what's the gym? Is that an affiliate somewhere or a gym somewhere? Uh, it's an affiliate. Yeah, it's um, no by CrossFit. It's like 10 minutes from my parents house. Um, but like I have people that show up for me and they'll be there sometimes doing the same things as me. Sometimes they want

to like jump in with me. Other times they're just there to just to they could do their own little workout, but they're there to like be with me. And I just appreciate honestly, just company. I don't even really care who it is. I just want to be around people and um, I have some incredible people at my gym who are just very supportive and they'll jump in on anything if I need help with something or if I'm just like, Hey, I really want to like raise someone today, then they'll like jump in and that's great. Um, I don't necessarily have like a training partner like I did with Travis where we did like pretty much everything together. Um, at least right now I don't, but we'll see. I don't know. Um, I went mind bouncing around a little bit like throughout the season, but after the season's over, like, I do love to come back here and just like, feel grounded and be around my friends and family and do my off season here. Like, that just really fills me up. It makes me so happy. Um, I'm not opposed to like having little spurts of time in other places, though, at all. What did you think about 26.1? Um, it was fine. I definitely didn't do that great on it. Um, I, I probably should have, um, played around with the ball a little bit more because when I went back and watched my video, I was so slow on the ball stepovers. And I like didn't even know I was really that slow until I watched it. And I was like, I just wasted a lot of time there. Um, I just kind of went into it being like, I'm going to hold it like this without trying any other way. And like,

I don't know why it was so slow for me. So I didn't even finish the workout, which kind of sucked. I was like, really, I was really not a lot of people finished it. I think like, I know, what I still like, I was like, I expect myself to finish the workout. Like, I don't expect to get timecath. That's like, that's just like horrible. So I was upset, but then, I don't know, how I was like, it literally doesn't matter. Like, you're not redoing this. I'm not letting you. And I'm like, okay, I'm just, I need to be like mad about it for a day. Like, let me. And I was, I was very upset about it. So were you broke, did you get broken off? Were you sore? Oh, yeah, I was sore. Oh, yeah. What did you, were you sore? Yeah, but not like, no, not really. I was sore from catching, I was, my core was sore from catching the wall ball. Oh, you're core. What the, I think you're doing. I don't want to talk. I don't want to talk about it. Yeah, I wish my core was sore. Yeah, this morning I was in the shower. I'm like,

why is my core sore? I'm like, oh, it's from catching the wall ball on the front. Oh my gosh, I gotta see a video. How you do that? Listen, I did listen. I did one third of the work you did. Yeah. But yeah, I hope this next week has just something a little bit more fun. The rumor is like, it's going to be long, maybe. I don't know why I have heard that. Like a rumor or a leak? Do we have a leak? Oh, I don't have a leak. But everyone's like, oh, it's gotta be long because last week was short. So I'm like, okay, so maybe a 20 minute and we're off or something. I don't think that's true. I mean, I mean, is that just going based off of, is that historical? If it's historical, maybe, I mean, I don't know. I don't know. I kind of felt like 12 wasn't, 12 minutes isn't sure either. So like, we could even have a five minute. We had a five minute workout last year. Yeah. Five minutes is good. I like five minutes. And it's the girl. It's, it's like Lucy and, uh, Amy Cringle. So I don't know what they're really, like what their best stat

necessarily. Yeah, they don't, they don't care. Oh, they don't care. No. I was going to say, sometimes maybe they'll sink it up. Like the girls who are doing week three, like aerial, is it aerial and Danielle? Maybe. So someone like, there's a couple girls where I'm like, oh, maybe it's gymnastics week three or something. This is really weird. Hold on. But either way, like, I'm excited for the next workout, just because I don't know, it's fun to do at my gym and it's fun to see like my mom do and my brother do it. And like, the, I saw your grandma on the treadmill at nine gosh. Isn't that crazy? Crazy. Yeah, I hope that's me. Yeah, she's like so inspiring. Hey, and you knew to post that. What? Remember how you said, like, you're not sure what to post, but you saw that and you knew to post that. You're like, yeah, I'm. Oh, yeah. There's also another video I want to post. Um,

it's my mom. She's almost 60 and she does a handstand walk with a pure wet and then handstands walk, handstands walks back. It's like, it's insane. Actually, this video, it didn't really do that well, but I'm trying to like stop caring, stop caring about that as much. No, no, do not care about that. I'm like, this is so cool. And I'm going to post about it. And I was really excited about that. Um, yeah, do not care about that. God, please don't care about that. Yeah, Instagram is just so like, I don't know, I get so stuck with it. Sometimes I'm just like, I honestly don't know what to post. Yeah, I think that's good. I think your mom doing the, um, handstand. Amazing. Yep. Yeah. Hey, and you know what you should do when you post that, you should tag cross it. They'll probably repost that shit. Oh, yeah. Or you know what I mean, off from a collab. Yeah. You shop for a collab with that too with your grandma. You should

always offer a collab. I think you're, you know what I mean? You're, you're a six times a games athlete. Yeah, offer collapse to crossfit all the time. Make it easy for offer for claps to Dave. You know what I mean? Yeah, I should. I just like, I have so many videos and sometimes I get overwhelmed like I have too much to choose from that I'm like, I don't want to do anything. Like I have all these things that I could make and I have all these visions that I had, but I don't want to do with it. So I don't do nothing with it. And I don't know what that, like what that's called, but I have that problem. Look at that. That's a great post. Delete it. Hey, he's just joking. He's just joking. No, but I'm trying to like just post more about stuff that I want to post about me more like authentic and careless about like, oh, what's going to look the most professional? I'm perfect. And whatever. I'm like, I'm so over that now.

I saw, I saw a video the other day. I forget the guy's name. Do you know that guy? He climbed the half dome without a rope. And then recently he climbed a skyscraper without a rope. Alex Hanland or something. Oh, wait, you see the rock climber? Yeah, the rock climber dude. Oh, yeah, yeah. And he told a crazy story about how the interviewers like, so how do you take a shit when you're climbing? And he tells the story. He's like, sometimes he's like, you just take a shit. You just lower your pants and hang from the rock and just make sure you don't hit anyone below you. And it's like, it, it's the greatest outside of some stuff that I've seen Colton do. It's the, it's the greatest sports clip I've seen this year. Oh my gosh. Yeah, he's crazy. You don't never really thought about that. Like, what can you do in that situation? Interesting. How about these guys who run for like six hours? Like these hundred, I've this guy who's a hundred mile like a record holder. Yeah. And I'm like, and I always ask him every time he's been on the show like three or four times Charlie Lawrence and every time I ask him, so how is the shitting?

I shit over the guard rail. I should only, you know what I mean? Oh my gosh. You're running for six hours. Do they like peter pants? Is that what he says? Basically, you stop. He says, basically, you see one dude stop and take a shit. And then you're like, okay, I'm gonna stop and take a shit too. Oh my gosh. Uh, that's funny. Yeah. Um, I mean, that would get some, that would get some followers maybe. Yeah. Yeah. Uh, people shit their pants every year at the games. We just don't know about it. Yeah. I've never, but I've heard some stories. Oh yeah, there's some great, there's, there's some great story. Hey, that is something that yeah, I hope I never do. What about what are your, um, uh, what's it called regionals? What's the thing coming after quarter final semi finals? What are your plans? I'm going to Knoxville, Syndicate, Crown, May, end of May. I'm gonna be there. I am not gonna be there. I'm gonna be at

NorCal. It's the same weekend. Oh. Um, what, so, so is that the plan to go there and qualify? And that's it. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Yeah. And then do you look beyond that? Are you like, if I don't qualify there, I'll go to Delmar or I'll do last chance or no, you don't even, it's not even I haven't gone there and qualifying. Yeah. I'm going there and qualifying. Have you, have you been there before? Oh, yeah. I've had like, incredible experiences at Syndicate. I love competing there. It's always, it's always just, I don't know, I've always just had an incredible time and that was the first. It's a great crowd in Wilson's dope. The guy who runs top notch. He's a class act. Yeah. And the workouts are usually pretty fun and that's the first, that's the venue I qualified for my first individual CrossFit Games at too. So it's just, I don't know, just like a special place, I guess, for me,

I like it. Why did you do what happened last year? Why did you do the last chance qualifier? I didn't do the last chance qualifier. I did the online semi finals. Oh, sorry, that I called, I interchange those two. Why did you do the online? I just preferred to his last chance. Why did you do the online? Um, why did I do the online? I mean, I had done Mayhem and I didn't do well at Mayhem. So I think that might have been like the next one. I don't really know. Was that stressful knowing that this is it and that you got all these pipe hitters in there? It was stressful, but I don't know. I was just like, I was confident. I felt really fit and strong. I was just like, I'm gonna qualify. Like, I just knew I could do it. If I didn't, I guess there was a last chance qualifier, but like, that wasn't even a thought that I had to be honest. It was like, I think top, well, was it top 10 or top 12 or something? And I was like, yeah, I can do that. Did you have to redo any of them?

Uh, no, no. I was one and done. And like, I don't know, I could have gone somewhere else. Um, I'm trying to remember where I couldn't even go on. I guess syndicate. There was Norkow. There was Norkow. Norkow. That's where Alex just showed up there and qualified. I was like, God, that takes some balls. Just last minute show up and that was late, though. I think that's why I didn't want to do it because it was so late. It was late. Um, it was a last minute edition. Oh, really? So the stressful part about the online thing, though, was like, I didn't know if I had officially qualified for weeks. So I finished and like, I was like, I watched all my videos and I was like, I'm proud of my like reps. I'm proud of my effort. I will put this out there and not be scared of like people watching it. Like I had no concerns, but it came down to like the, like the people, right? They were like, thumbs up and you're downing your video. And then

like literally, right? I think that's how it was. And so I was like, Oh my gosh. The witch hunt. What if people don't like my reps or something? And so there were like, I think weeks that we were all just like, well, I don't know. Like I think I qualified, but I don't know. Really? Each queue doesn't tell you like within like three days or some shit? No. And I started training as if I had qualified because I was like, even if I get a penalty, I'm not going to move down out of contention. So yeah, like I was fine. And you took a 25th in one of them. 25th in what? Oh, the burpee one. That's crazy that you took second with a 25th. That is crazy. You know what's funny? It's like, I thought that was me one of my best ones. And it was my lap. It was like my, my worst one by far. And I remember watching other girls do it. And I, I guess my strategy was different than what it maybe should have been. But like I went pretty fast on the shuttles. And then like more smooth on my burpees. And then I remember watching, who was it? I

forget who it was. But they like went slow on their shuttles. Like I think they even walked one of their shuttles and then just went ham on the burpees. And I was like, hey, maybe I should have done that. Like there was just a strategy involved in that one. That I was just like, whatever. But I liked the workouts. They were, they were good. Like Isabel was fun. There was a lot of gymnastics, heavy dumbbells. Like, I don't know. I thought it was a good test. What do you think about Tia not being there going to the games without Tia? Does it feel to you as a female competitor like something's missing? Oh, no, not really. Yeah. It's not like, oh, she's like she's a staple. She should be there. Like it's no, you don't think that. Do you think the opposite? Do you think okay? Tia is not there. This is the time to put the fucking hammer down. I mean, yes and no. Like it's, it's like,

it's like I'm focused on me at the CrossFit Games. And I'm like, oh, this girl's missing. It's like, no, I don't. That's not a big deal. But what is a big deal is that top spot is gone. So like realistically, if she's healthy, she's most likely going to do really well. And that's one girl who's gone. So the top spot is kind of out for grabs. Yeah, everyone moves up. Yeah, but it's also like, okay, after her, everyone, like there's some girls who are really, really good at certain things, right? And there's certain girls who have really good years last year. But when we all get to the games and like if you take everyone, everyone's like fitness is very similar. It just comes down to like who's kind of executing the best who had the best like healthiest prep who's recovering the best like all those things. So you really don't know who could like anyone could win. Yeah, it's not like,

I don't know. It's not like there's just a few girls who you're like, oh, it's just the race between, I think it's a race between a lot of girls actually. I think you're right. I think it is also, especially if like you and Paige Rodgers show up in good form and can be shows up in good form. This year is going to be pretty wild. And I think it's sorry, I think it's more fun for the fans when it's like this uncertainty of like, oh my gosh, who's going to win the CrossFit Games this year? I go back and forth. I'd like to just fucking throw. I like Godzilla movies where he just throttles all. And it's also fun to see her. It's fun to see like her like Lucy Campbell beat her. And that's also fun too. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Let me ask you this just on a on a personal level. This kind of like a two-part question. I don't even really know how to ask this. But I was thinking about Laura. I was thinking about Pat Valner's coming back after taking

a year off and I'm making the supposition. Do you think of your off? Yeah, I don't think he did the games last year. And I'm making the assumption that he didn't, oh, shit, really? Oh, no. Wow. I think he did do the games last year. I think he did everything because I'm pretty sure we were bonding over that. Did he do? No, I don't think he did the games last year. Let me see. Oh, my camera. My camera. I don't know. Is this the camera that I should buy? No, no, no, no, no, hold on. Okay. Everyone's just waiting on you. Hold on one second. Hey, oh, I came back for a second. Hold on one second. I'm going to run a quick commercial and then I want to ask you about, I want to ask you if you have two questions left. I want to ask you about your,

Slash 149. Okay, let me look. 2025. Across the game, let me just see Jason Haber, Kieger, James Fragdown, Pedro Austin, Halffield, J. Crowe, Chess and Jeffery out of the Roman Crana Cup, Tutor Magnet, Hairy Light for Cold Murns, Chris Ibar, Kaelin, Sousa, Ty Jenkins, Kaelin, No, no, no, no. What? I think you took the, I think you took the year off. I don't know this.

I haven't spoke to him. But because of 2024 in the Lousyard, Joukish death, right? And, and Laura Hornvat wasn't there last year, either. And I was thinking about these people and was getting a little sad for them in the sense that maybe sad is not the right word, but maybe empathizing with them that they work so hard. Like Laura has worked so hard. Pat has has worked so hard, they've given so much of their life. You know what I mean? It's, let me give you another example, Matt Fraser, like he won the games five times, but he still feels like he's outside the community. You know what I mean? He's not inside. It just feels like he got distanced from the community that he never was. I don't know what this, how to explain. He's like, but he's not like rich. You know what I mean? Rich is like just immersed in the community. People like rich for CEO. You know what I mean? Yeah. I wonder, could you imagine working this hard and then getting so frustrated that like, it looks like Laura's walked away from the sport. This will be your second year not doing it. And she's got a claim to the throne. Do you think that that's,

do you think you could reconcile that? How do you think she's reconciling that? Like, could you could you see something pushing you away from not doing the games? And another way to word it is is like, how much would WFP have to pay you to compete there? Let's say the prize money there was $500,000. And then 500, 300, 200, and then 50 all the way down. Then would you do it? Like what's motivating? I'm trying to figure out like what's motivating these people? I can't imagine no matter how pissed off you are at the organization or whatever story you spun up that you would not do it. Alexis looks like a Disney character. Respectfully, yeah, I totally see that. She looks like snow white. She's like snow white. But I'm not that way. Not snow white. Who's not snow white? Who's the one with the dwarves? That's no way? Yeah, yeah. Thank you. Thank you. Well, honestly, I don't, I've thought about this because I have seen you.

Oh, good. I thought you were going to be like, hey, that's a stupid question next. No, it's like a really good question. It's complicated, though, because there's part of me that wants to continue to try and win the games because I've I set out on this goal. Like, I want to try and win the CrossFit Games. And so it's not so much about like, like the money is awesome, right? But I want to I just want to do the thing. Like, I want to do the thing and have that title just because I know like, I know how hard I've worked to try and do that. And whether I end up doing it or not, like, I want to chase that thing. And so I think that's why I'm like so drawn to just doing the game season right now, even though maybe I mean, hopefully more people did the open. So hopefully the prize purse is better. But like last year, the prize purse was horrible. And I didn't really make much money at the CrossFit Games, which sucked. But it's also it's just like the whole experience

of it. Like, I'm at the CrossFit Games. It's like this big thing. And that's why I want to be a part of it. And I'm like, I want I want to continue to chase that goal because I just I feel like I haven't shown the world like what I'm capable of. And I want to I just want to do it. But how does Laura reconcile that? How does she? Like, doesn't she have that desire to to show the world? Like, hey, put everything aside, just come out here and just show the world. But she did it. Like she won the CrossFit Games. So maybe for her, she's like, I did that. I checked that box. Like that, that doesn't like work for me anymore. Like that the CrossFit Games season doesn't work for me or like the structure or whatever. Like she likes the world fitness. And so it's just new and exciting. And it allows her to still compete. And so for her, maybe it's just like a no-brainer. But for me, I didn't do I didn't finish the world of fitness project season. So like, I'm not even assigned pro. So I don't even have that option to do it. And even if I did have the option,

they would have had to pay me a lot more money because the incentive for me is like, okay, I don't like competing 10 times a year. Even if I am making a little bit more money, like I told you, I like to I like to show up and be really good at the places I'm going to. I don't want to just show up to get like a paycheck and kind of like be middle of the pack. That's not really enjoyable for me. So I think it would just have to be like a lot more money for me to be like to like kind of like let those dreams die and do this other thing. But I can see both. I can see why people are doing it though. I can see why people are doing both. I can see like some of the younger people wanting to be like, I want to compete as much as possible because I want to get experience. Like I can see that too. But you know how much work she's putting in Alexis to be at her level. And that's what I mean. Like, how do you not? It's like being the very best at the world is something. And then not it's like being the best

dancer in the world and no one's seen it because you only dance in your living room. And I just don't I don't. When I put myself in her shoes, I think she's going to look back in 10 years and be like, fuck, I fucked that up. I shouldn't have done that. I should. Is that because you think she's not like because she's not versing all the best in the world anymore? Is that why? Um, yeah, it's like, hey, don't you want to get on the floor with these other fucking animals? Like, like, don't you want to look over and Lucy Campbell's there and Alexis Raptis is there and like, you're running next to Haley Adams. And like, don't you want like put all that? I think she's really angry because of the laser jukeage death. But like, yeah, who works so hard. Yeah. And now you're not going to run. Now you're you're you're it's like it's like a it's like an eagle that flies with ducks now. It's like, hey, dude, you're an eagle. You belong over here in this flock. But also, maybe she's at a point in her career where she doesn't really care about that. She's right, right, right, no matter who it is. And like, right, she gets to still make her money

and maybe it allows her to like, live her life a little bit more. Yeah. Yeah. There's that piece too. Yeah. I have no idea. Yeah. Um, well, why don't you have it on the podcast and ask her? Yeah, I don't think she came on once and then I begged her to come on like, I haven't cold called her in Europe a few times. She she's no, she's very aggressive towards me. Oh, yeah, I've I've seen that. Yeah, she's yes, she's very, very aggressive. I'll just walk up to her and she'll be like, God, you suck. You're still here. Yeah. I mean, it's crazy. Um, it's it's crazy. Uh, yeah, maybe it's like it's like I'm talking to a drunk person, but we're the but we're at the crossway games. Uh, she's always been nice to me, but yeah. And I've seen her be so nice to people. Yeah. Um, what about, um, uh, romance? Uh, are you in a romantic relationship? I am. And how long is that going? Not long. Like a month. And how where did you guys meet?

Um, Instagram. Oh, no kidding. Yeah. It's kind of crazy. And did you drop into their dams or they dropped into yours? I kind of I kind of slid into his. What? No shit. Well, kind of like I showed interest. I wasn't like, like, make the first move, but I was like, is he a crossfitter? Yeah. I don't know if you would know who he is, but yeah. And do you guys train together? No. Does he live close to you? No, he doesn't. Was he shocked that you slid into his dams? Yeah. Yeah. I think he's still shocked. What's his first response when you slid into his dams? He's like, I think you have the wrong Instagram account. Probably like, I was like trying to be cool about it, but also be like, I'm interested. And he was just kind of like, not really showing it. I was like, okay, dang. And then

yeah, like two weeks later, he like gave me his number. So he kind of he kind of initiated it, but I like nudged him. I guess. And what do you like about him? What did you see that you liked about him? Um, I mean, a lot like initially it was, I could tell that we were on the same page with like values and beliefs. And just like who he was as a person, I could see that he came from like a good family. It was close with his family. Um, and he was funny. And then I got to know him. And I was like, Oh, you are literally a sweetheart. Like, I want to get to know you better. And yeah. Um, what state is he in? If I tell you then everyone's going to know who it is. So I was just trying to picture if he was like from a southern state. If he's like a nice southern boy. Yeah. Oh, you have to wait. Okay. All right. Is he in the United States? Oh, yeah. Okay.

Because I was also thinking that you were maybe describing like an Australian guy or something. No, like a nice funny Australian guy. Yeah. No. Australia is too far away. Yeah, too far away. And have you have you actually seen him in person? Or is this your boyfriend through the internet? No, I've seen him in person. Wow. No shit. Yeah. Wow. Was that scary? Not for me. He was probably scary. Yeah. That'd be terrifying. How did you guys work out? Um, during your time together? Uh, yeah. He's really fit. Oh, he is. Yeah. I'm actually, I was surprised. Wow. Okay. So he wasn't, he wasn't, he wasn't, he wasn't scared of that. No, I don't think so. I actually didn't want to ever date a CrossFit person really because I was just like, I don't know. I want to just like be with someone normal kind of. Yeah. Yeah. That'd be cool. I don't know. But then like this happened and I was just like, you know what? I think it makes sense to be

with a CrossFit person because if like we're in the gym, if I'm in the gym training all day and like my person's not, that's like a lot of time that we're apart when we could be together. So I think it's actually good that he's a CrossFit guy. Does he have a day job? Or is he in school? Um, actually, both. He's a finishing school right now and he works. Oh, so that's perfect. You need a guy who's got a bunch of shit going on because you got a lot of it going on. Yeah. Yeah. It actually works well because we're both so busy during the day. Um, have either of you, this is foreign to me, but I think not foreign to your generation, has either of you ever sent the text with like, hey, what's taking you so long to respond? Um, I mean, I probably, I probably have maybe, I'm like so honest and just like, I just say whatever and he, I think he really likes that. But I don't know, like we're not,

there's like no games. We're just both like, follow me, text me, whatever. Okay. So he doesn't seem high maintenance. No, not at all. Okay. Good. All right. I approve from the little bit. I know I approve. Okay. No, I don't want any, I don't want any high maintenance. I just need to do, they're just cool. Like, yeah, he's chill. Are you going to be at Walton, Pluta? No. Oh, okay. No. Oh, but he's, he's going to be there. Yeah. That's awesome. Yeah, healthy mature relationship. Yeah. I love it. All right, Ms. Raptus. All right. I was going to talk to you. Yeah. Thank you so much for making this easy. And I don't want to wait another year. So yeah, hopefully I can like make you want to have me on your podcast more than once a year. Yeah, I'll look at your placement and see. Yeah. I mean, it was really hard just for that. Congratulations on the new podcast. Thank you. I'll send you links to some camera gear. You can run it through a grant. Yes. And make sure you collab with any post you make with CrossFit,

CrossFit Games. That's an easy, easy boost. Yeah. Good idea. Thank you. I will. All right, dear. Have a great night. Thanks. Come on. Thank you. You too. Bye. Miss Alexis Raptus. Oh. Cooler than ever, right? Cooler than ever. Where's my, where's my, is this go up here? Oh, I have to push this button. Oh, yes. There we go. Man, she's cool. Whoo. You know, it's crazy. When she was on the show with Alex and Fee, I could barely hear her for some reason. And, uh, and Fee and Alex were, were just chatterboxes. I say that no, um, oh, she's introverted. Is that what it is? She didn't seem introverted tonight. Yeah, she's such a sweetheart. Oh, you screwed me, dude. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. I mean,

the street. Yeah, at least she has a boyfriend. I told her you were joking. Oh, you're joking. She's an awesome guest. Yeah. I was, when she was getting off there, I was thinking of like, oh, I got to get her in. Um, I got to get her like in the like the rotation. You know what I mean? Like, I got to get, like, she has to be like, like, I have to have her on as much as like James or Dallin. Like, I need to get her in the rotation. She's easy. Or Alex, I think I've had Alex on here a shitload, right? Like, I've had Alex on here a shitload. I would take Alex on anytime. It becomes a point where I feel like I'm bugging the athletes. Uh, okay. Tomorrow 100 Mac and Tires coming on. That's going to be awesome. So awesome. I'm so stoked. Uh, anything else, um, oh, interesting. Okay. Anything else you guys, uh,

want to bring up before I get off and other topics and either clips I need to see anyone fighting anywhere. Okay. In two minutes, I'll be going live with, um, Taylor Self to talk about Iran. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know how I don't have time to go nuclear anymore. How the fuck am I good news? Do a show with Hilar to do a show with Hilar to be a moderator. Do a show to Hilar to be a moderator. She needs to be a kill Taylor guest. Yeah, she needs to compete to kill Taylor. I should have told her that there was a $3,000 $3,500 price coming up. Hunter will come in hot. Yes. Yes. Yes. He will. Awesome interview. Most podcasts can't get in-depth stories. They don't give a fuck and they're not listening. That's why. Oh, someone just sent me a clip I want to listen to so bad. I want to listen to it. I don't want you guys to hear it. I don't think you'll hear it.

Unless I share screen. Oh, this is too long. I can't watch this. 53 seconds. Thank you for the clip. I'm excited to see it. Mark is unread. Do you guys do that? Mark is unread. Like look at something and you're like, I can't get to this. Mark is unread. Have Sean Tosh on back on sometime. That's a good idea. I was going to say he doesn't come up with my feed but no one comes up in my feed. My feeds don't even look at my feed. Ask him how it feels to lose his world champ title and world record. Oh, he doesn't have the world record anymore. Hunter doesn't. Hey, what's up, Jeremy? What up, dog? Could you imagine a younger you you're sitting around and and all of a sudden you check your

DMs and Alexis from Alexis Rapsis is hitting on you? No, but hey, dude, I'm so glad you brought that up. Hey, and you know, it's so cool. She could have been like she could have played off like fake humble and been like, um, you know what I mean? Like, no, why would he be shocked? You know what I mean? But she was like, yeah, this motherfucker should have been like all over me when I 20 heard from me. Like she knows she knows that she's like, she knows. She's cool, man. Oh, God, she's so. Yeah, she knows she's got it. I think I have a beat on who it is. Oh, you do. She's total marriage material. She's like, it's crazy. Oh, yeah, a very good girl in the in the crossfit games space. I have to put her yeah, towards the top for any young man to. Yeah, if there's one girl you're going for it, sir, some rich cool dude needs to get her who's like 10 years older than her 20 years 20 years older than her and just turn her like a like a some 45 year old dude and just turn her into a baby maker. Totally. Yeah, I guess we'll find out soon

who it is. She's going to be a great mom too. Oh, yeah, yeah, you see how she sparked up when you talk about Tia. Yeah, like what does she do? What do you mean by sparked up? Like, fuck that bitch. I don't care. I'm going there to win. What do I give her? No, what was it? No, it was Paige. I'm sorry. Paige Rogers. Yeah, yeah, I really want to know how she does that. Like how does she like that? Yeah, she she probably she wants some babies, you know, 27. She's you know, a little older, you know, but uh, yeah, she's some some guy that's going to be lucky. Can I tell you something that's really makes me feel really vulnerable? Please do. No one's listening. It's good. I you know, UFC's having UFC 326 and up until the last up until this January all the events were pay per view of pay per view events PPV events and now you just got $9.99 subscription on Paramount and you can watch all the UFC.

Yeah, part of me. Yeah, part of me. This makes me such a sucker. Part of me misses the pay per view. I appreciate it more when I pay for it. Is that is it? Do you know what I mean? I do know what you mean. I know exactly what you mean. Like this card is amazing and I'm excited, but I'm like, yeah, it's on TV. I don't know. I don't know. I just felt it for the first time. I'm just exploring it. No one judge me. But I think there's some layers there to unpack for sure. Yeah, am I just a superficial douche and I like like, I don't know. I don't know. I don't know where it comes from. No, man, because because if you're paying the subscription that's cheap for something that epic. Yeah, it's a lot different than paying that one time, getting super hyped up, you know, maybe even getting a little pissed off. I mean, I got to pay $80 again, but you like, it's worth it because it's especially this one. It's going to be the BMF title. It's going to, like, it means a lot more

whereas like, yeah, you know, that's $10 and not a big deal. Like, this could be like, there's so much on the line. Whoever wins out of Max and Charles goes on maybe to fight for the title again. The other guy is pretty much, I don't know, washed. Yeah, Barallo and Ritter. If Ritter loses again, that means people figured out his trick. He's washed. Rob Font's been around forever and Rawl Rosa juniors the second coming and he's fucked. That's going to be crazy. And then you got just kind of just this throw away fight, Jay Dover, Michael Johnson. Um, and then you have RoboCop, uh, fighting as the, I mean, it's like, uh, man, and co-starver and fighting in the prelims, dude. Barberance fighting. Yeah. Yeah. This should have been the first card of the of the year. This card is epic. It might be, it might, it might last. It might be the best card of the year outside of the White House card. I don't really like to be honest with you. I don't really want to see

Max Hall away and Charles Oliver fight, but, but I'll enjoy it. I'm going to, I'll appreciate that one just because these dudes are, I don't go in there to play Padding Cake. Yeah, they're good dudes. Yeah. You're trying to get them on the show. You think they would come on? I've tried to get Max Hall away on. Um, Charles Oliver doesn't speak English. Um, Oh, that's right. That's right. I said, Cody Durden's fighting on the prelims. I've had him on at least once. Um, oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And then your boy, the, the English, the, uh, frickin, uh, what the hell was his name? You just had him on not too long ago. He's fighting not tomorrow, but he's third. Sorry, not Saturday. He's fighting. And I want to say one or two more USC's. Yeah. What's his name? He's like the British did. Yes. A little monster. Yes. He the future is crazy. Yeah. Let me just, you just had him on all of a sudden. Boom. Here he is. He's in the USC now. Wouldn't that be amazing if I could remember his name?

I can't remember his name. God, I suck so bad. I can't remember anyone's name. Did all the ages. He must see on an Israel autosignus fighting Joe pipe. God, it's such crazy. Uh, seven wants to feel special. Yeah, maybe. Is that what it is? I want to feel special. I want exclusivity. I don't know. I don't think that that's it. But, um, I just feel like if I paid $79.99, I'm going to sit down in my chair and not get up. And now that it's on paramount, I'm kind of like, God, walk in whenever and watch it. Yeah, dude. I, uh, I 100%. It's funny. I haven't even like, really given as much thought. But the last few, I mean, there's only been two numbered ones. I've been on my phone, diddling around, walking around, not paying much attention, taking a phone call. Whereas, yeah, you pay 80 bucks. I'm not doing any of that. Like, don't call me. Don't text me or nothing. Yeah. Yeah. I only text you and Dylan when I watch in the fights.

I mute everyone else. I just sit my rocking chair and text with you guys. Yeah. Everyone else can go to hell at that point for sure. All right. Thanks for calling. We're going to, we're going to probably, yeah, we're probably going to preview some, well, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, uh, we're going to preview probably Friday or Saturday. So if you guys are, if you guys are bored, that's what we'll be doing. No, not on your board. If you have fucking, if you want to hear man shit, back to man shit. All right, brother. Love you, bye. Bye, bye. I tomorrow's going to be a busy day. So seven a.m. Hunter Mac entire 11 a.m. The pre pre 26.2 show with Suza. I think we'll have Taylor Self and Bryson probably on this week. And then Taylor will do the workout soon as they go down. I'm guessing that's like who well 35. What's tomorrow Thursday? I hope that's it. I hope I'm done after that. That's a lot of shows people.

That is a lot of shows. That's a lot of energy. Friday, CrossFit Games update show. Maybe Friday. I want to do on the 7 on podcast a whole breakdown of the Hillary Clinton deposition. I watched that Saturday. Saturday is going to be wonderful. Saturday show is going to be so funny. This Taylor is going to like some cheesedick fitness competition for trainers. And it is going to be awesome. Mr. Master, you know what, Mr. Master, I want to tell you something. Mr. Master, I really enjoyed the conversation we had the other night. And then afterwards, I was reflecting which I don't do very much regarding the show. And I was like, God, I hope I wasn't addicted to them because I don't want to be addicted to you. I did not want to be addicted to you. There's some people I want to be addicted to. But randomly, I was at a coffee shop in town the other day. And a guy walked up to me and said, wow, that was pretty wild. What you said about the three buckets. You nailed me. The fuck bucket, the eat bucket and the religious bucket.

And I had my religious bucket all filled up with some crazy shit. And I'm, thank God, I got empty. Anyway, I just want to tell you that like someone got something from that UFC on Paramount is terrible outcome. Oh, I'm 50% of the time their feed won't even load on Apple TV. Oh, I haven't I use Apple TV too. I haven't had that. I haven't had I use Apple TV too. Isn't that Apple TV? An old man thing. I didn't think I thought everyone's using smart TVs now. I use Apple TV. How old are you? Isn't Apple TV for like, isn't that boom? But what did you say boomer stuff? Boomer? You're, I'm boomer ain't you're boomer ain't? Isn't that, um, you're boomer ain't. I'm old 53. Oh, no shit. Oh, you look young as fuck. Oh, maybe it's just your chick's glow is

glowing on you. Your 26 year old trophy wife is glowing on you. Maybe that's what it is. No, oh, so, okay, so that explains Apple TV. No Apple TV is on your smart TV. No Apple TV is on. No Apple TV. Jesus can. What the hell are you saying? What are you saying? If you, uh, if you, uh, if you want to know in another year why I'm gone, uh, it's because, uh, I, I've switched stations because I've become absolutely filthy rich exploiting my kids. Uh, this is absolutely bonkers what's going on on obvious YouTube station.

This is absolutely bonkers. And I know maybe you don't think that the numbers are that impressive, but this is an 11 year old kid and he's been doing this four months and this is fucking crazy. This is bonkers. There are some other metrics on the back and that you can't even, you can't even believe the click-through rate, the impressions. Uh, it is, I don't, every day, every time we post it, I see, he's already making money on his YouTube channel. I think yesterday he made 46 dollars or something. I don't, it's bonkers. Yeah. I know it just doesn't sound big and he doesn't know and he doesn't care. It's so weird. He doesn't even know like, he doesn't, like people would kill for fucking 3000 subscribers. He's putting on 100 subscribers a day now. Uh, but at some point, I'm gone. I'm out.

Okay. And not because I want to be, I don't want anyone to know who his dad is and be like, dude, your dad's a scumbag. I'm not watching your channel. Holy shit, your dad is based. There's no fucking way. Are you kidding me? Uh, yeah, homeschooling for the win. I know it's crazy. It's crazy. And as soon as it keeps tweaking the backend and, uh, it's pretty killer. Uh, my nine year old has a crush on Avi. Yeah. He's dope. God, he's dope. He's, I remember his tennis coach one time called him a happy warrior and that's what he is. He's just a happy little warrior. He's so cool. All right, seven o'clock, which makes me think I got to go in there. He's going to want to fuck around and play. Uh, Mr. Bertfield, good to see you, buddy. All right, guys, I don't want to leave. I had a good time with you guys this evening.

At a great time with Raptus. Like I said, 100 Mac entire tomorrow morning, seven a.m. Uh, it's going to be absolutely amazing. Uh, so I will see you guys then. Love you guys. Bye. Three shows tomorrow. Three big shows. Bye. Bye.
