Albanian Gang Members Busted in Calais Lorry

Word is, these guys might link up with Albanian crime crews already in the UK, known for burglaries hitting fancy homes, even premier league stars, pads, plus vice rackets, and smuggling ops. Albanians often hit the channel route, claiming asylum, even though their homelands deemed safe. Crossing spiked hard in 2022, over 17,000 asylum bids, but dropped sharp to under 3,000 by this year. Efforts to lock down that path seem to be paying off, yet these buss remind us organized threats keep crossing borders, staying one step ahead.
