Age of Attraction Premiere Recap

About this episode

Age of Attraction Premiere Recap

Age of Attraction is here! This new Netflix series tests singles to build connections based on chemistry and compatibility, not age. Couples are not allowed to ask the question “How old are you?”

Today, Aysha and Jason discuss the premiere of Age of Attraction.

Age of Attraction makes its Netflix debut, and hosts Jason Reed and Aysha Welch dive right into episode 1, unpacking the premise and player dynamics. The show asks: Does age matter when it comes to finding love, or can connections cross decades? With contestants keeping their ages secret as they search for romance during a Canadian retreat, the hosts have plenty to analyze, from first impressions to the twisty promise room reveal.

Jason and Aysha break down what separates Age of Attraction from shows like Love Is Blind and Married at First Sight, highlighting its focus on age gaps and the decision-making process before any long-term commitment. They analyze the casting, noting the show’s clear trend toward pairing people willing to date outside their typical age range, and ponder what makes the promise room an intriguing pivot point in the format. Early episodes spotlight several budding couples, each facing their own challenges as they consider age, life stage, and personal goals, some with kids, others just starting in their careers.

They dig deep into:
– First impressions of key pairs, including Libby and Andrew’s youthful energy clash and John and Theresa’s surprising age reveal
– The show’s casting strategy and how it shapes contestant connections, especially around age range preferences
– The promise room mechanic and its role in uncovering real ages, shifting romantic decisions on the spot
– Contestants’ candid conversations about kids, careers, and non-negotiables, adding layers to the show’s take on attraction and compatibility
– Memorable moments like awkward age guessing games, Swiftie debates, and standout confessional commentary

As Age of Attraction kicks off, will the pairs focus on chemistry, or will age become an insurmountable obstacle? How much does life stage matter in pursuing lasting connections? Dive in with Jason and Aysha for sharp analysis and reality TV insight. Listen now to see if love truly knows no age.

Only person that I could think of

to podcasts about such a show, you know, I'm an age. He's a different age. We show that it's possible to podcast in an age gap podcast relationship. Jason Reed, Jason, how are you? I'm good. Yeah, I agree. There's a big gulf in between our ages. No one will ever know what that is, but just no one will ever know if you're younger than me or if, you know, I'm younger than you or what the case is, no one will ever know. Because, you know, I'm not going to reveal my age. I don't know about you, Asia, but that will always mean under lock and key for me. Absolutely. Every year on Instagram. Not me. So what we'll just just just know that the age gap between me and Asia is significant. That's why you need to know. I can be younger. I can be older. No one can know. No one really knows. Put your put your guesses in the chat.

No, don't you? I refer you not to. I'm good. I'm good. Although I was told by a recent survivor winner that I don't look as old as I am. You did you were told that. So, hey, you could be younger. We'll never know. We'll never know. Well, this is all very relevant to the show that we are discussing. It's a brand new show on Netflix called Age of Attraction. But before we dive in, make sure you go subscribe to the Love It First Site feed where you can find all the coverage of these unconventional love shows such as Love Is Blind, Married It First Site, the Ultimatum, the Ultimatum Queer Love, Perfect Match, and now Age of Attraction. Will it go beyond one season? We will never know. Well, we will know someday. We'll know. It's canceled or not. We will know that. Even. No season two within like in 2030 to like Age of Attraction, season two.

Oh, we thought we were. We're kind of about the show. Yeah. Yes, also make sure you go subscribe to the RHAP YouTube channel where you can see our lovely faces. We will be displaying the pictures of these contestants on this here show. I'm sure with any new show, you're probably like, okay, you just said a name and I have no idea who you're talking about. So we will be displaying pictures today. We are just talking about the premiere. So if you're here and you're like, I want to give this show a try. I want to see what it's about. I'll just watch episode one or you haven't even watched it and this is your trial run to see if you want to go and actually commit to the season. It's only eight episodes. It should be a quick watch for you. You could be like, Hey, that was something that I enjoyed or hey, I won't get those eight hours back, but it's okay. But we're here to support you along the way to give our thoughts and opinions. We have been having people in our Facebook group. We do have a Facebook group for our coverage of primarily

Meredith first site, but there's a lot of love is blind talking there. It's called a perfect match podcast over on Facebook and a lot of people have been asking us two podcasts about this show. So here we are. Yeah, excited to tackle something new, which you know, I don't know if we actually call something new. It's something familiar, but also new, right? It's like it's kind of like it has a shade of what was blind of like, there's something you don't know. Will that matter? Will it not matter? And this is it's it's age. So like and it's interesting to see how, how that factors into things. Yeah, exactly. So what is this show, right? So this similar to love is blind where you want to see if the physical matters. This show the premise is to see if age matters. At the end of the day, does it matter the age of your partner when it comes to love? Love knows no age, right? I will say I was very intrigued when I found out

it wasn't from the creators of love is blind married at first sight. So I was like, okay, it's not just a new concept from the same people. Not going to be just rinse repeat. Yeah, but, but you can tell they really took some. There's influence some signals from from that area of dating shows. It definitely does feel very reminiscent of in the in the terms of editing in terms of you know, how they interview people in terms of format. It feels very familiar to those that will have watched a love is blind or a murder per second. Yeah, and so what makes me think that the that was intentional obviously is for one, it's influence from these shows that are doing really well, but also it's going to attract the people that like those shows, you know, starting from a fresh audience and saying, oh, let's see if there's a market for this. You know, there is. I mean, they were really smart with premiering this the day of the love is blind. Reunion to be like, all right, like you can leave that come right into this.

Like there's no no real. There is something there's like an overlap of like the same day. So you can go you can die right into this. Yes. So the format is that they are at a retreat in Canada in British Columbia. And they are doing this like fast speed dating, where they are trying to find a person that they are attracted to. They want to go through this experiment with once they find a person. They go into the promise room where they give each other promise rings. No engagement here, ladies and gentlemen. No, there's no wedding at the end of this. It's just like, that's kind of refreshing. There's no, there's no ultimate commitment of like you go to have to go. You got to like, uh, stake your whole life on this one experiment. It's just like, no, you meet you, you commit to each other like for a bit. You live together because it's not going to be a, a modern reality show without you having to try to live together or whatever they want to call it. But there's no like, you don't have to get married.

You can decide whether or not you want to keep dating. And maybe you get to marriage or walk away forever as. Yes. And that's what she likes to say. Exactly. So if you want to compare it to the love is blind format, it's like the pods is the part that's in Canada. And then the, uh, the proposal, the, the reveal that's the promise room. And then they set out like Jason said to go live together. And then ultimately decide if they want to keep dating or break up. And what's for me to hear that? I was like, whoa, that's it. Yeah. I was like, what? No, life changing stakes here. Come on, something more raise the stakes. Okay. Have them come really commit. The older people should present adoption papers to the younger people to adopt their children at the end of this experiment. Exactly. Um, so, so now we have the concept down. It's pretty straightforward. So it kind of helped you think, uh, or it helped me realize at least like, okay,

we're probably going to spend the first, spend the first couple or few episodes, uh, in, in the retreat part before we liked really dive into the real life. Um, and just a reminder, Jason, I have only seen the premiere. So we're going to do a lot of speculating. Um, but all of our thoughts today on this pod are just about the premiere. So the host, solid shows need a host. Mm hmm. Need a big name to reel in the viewers. Yeah, I said, who can we get? Who can we get? Who is going to be like, I have to see this person. Uh, none other than Nick Vial from the bachelor. He was a contestant on the bachelor rate twice, made it to the final two twice. And then yeah, yeah. And then he was the bachelor. Wow. And then all three times did not work out. And then now he is married to Natalie Joy, who is 18 years his junior.

I had it to Nick, whatever he's doing, he's making himself look youthful because when he said 18 years, like, well, okay, interesting. Uh, is she 18 and he's 36? Um, but like, yeah, I, I don't have a lot of experience with Nick Vial. Uh, I did try and listen to his podcast once, uh, turn it off almost immediately because he does, uh, some of the, some of the things he was saying, I was like, oh, this is, this is not my vibe. This is not my lane. Someone I'm going to go in and go away from the Nick Vial of it all. But I, I do understand he has a very polarizing, uh, personality. Yeah. And I'm sure we're bit butchering his last name because it's Vial files. That's what I said. That's what I how I call the podcast, but I don't say Nick Vial. Yeah. I have no idea. Right. Um, I just have always known him as Nick. And, uh, yeah, he, he does have a podcast. He has a podcast out now, uh, interviewing Alex from Love is Blind. Um, um. See that and see that's, see that's that's part of the issue. You, Alex is a big gift for him because that seems like,

he's like his bro seems like his lane. He did. I think he did interview, um, uh, Ashley, who was paired with Alex, um, earlier in the season, which is when I was trying to avoid interviews, because why are they interviewing during the season? Uh, but yes, they decided similar to Love is Blind and the ultimatum where Vanessa LaShay is like, I gave Nick an ultimatum. That's why we're hosting the ultimatum. And Love is Blind. They don't really have a, you know, yeah, we don't really have an explanation for that. But with age of attraction, they explain that Natalie Joy, slid in Nick's DMs, and the rest of his story. And now they have a baby. They host a podcast together. And luckily, that's really all we got to talk about the host, because they don't, they don't, they don't, luckily don't get too involved in. I wanted to spend the next 20 minutes on them. Yeah, I think I think we're good. I think we're good. I think we're good.

Um, but yeah, luckily, they, they, they're, they're as involved as Nick, Nick and Vanessa are in the Love is Blind shankings. They intro the thing. Exactly. And then they pretty much got out of the way. Exactly. Yeah. It really is interesting, because they know as much as we do, probably. Like they're not involved in like, the marriage of her sight since where the experts are somewhat engaged and what's going on. They're just there as a face to kind of move things along. So yeah, but it's funny because they have them on the cover of all the like promo material. It's like, hey, come in. You know, you want to learn more about their relationship? So I did you catch, catch how many women and how many men we have here? No, see, they're very, very vague about things like, how many people are here? How long are the efforts to treat for? It's kind of like very nebulous. Like, you don't get it. We'll show you the people that matter. It doesn't matter how long they're there. Just enjoy it. Just to back enjoy it.

Yeah. I mean, because if you do go to the like Netflix.com slash to them, they do have all of the men and all of the women there, all of their bios. And one important thing that they do have is their ages. If you want to avoid their ages, don't go look at that. Because one thing I did appreciate while watching and experiencing and consuming this for the first time was, oh, we don't know what these ages are. Like, the promise room is a reveal for us too. It's a really fun game within the show. It'd be like, how this person is, I think. So that's a really good part of it. I was, I was bummed to hear that they had, they spoiled the ages on the, on the bios. Like, that's part of the fun of the show. Yeah. Like on the Netflix website, they have the 20s, the 30s, the 40s, 50s and 60s. And 60s. And 60s. Yeah. I didn't honestly. I don't know if I'm glad this is the year old yet. Yeah. I don't know. So maybe we'll meet them.

Maybe we won't. Yeah. They definitely, in another kind of similarity to Love Is Blind, they're going to, it's seemingly they're going to stagger us getting to know these couples. Yes. But in this premiere, we met three couples that seem like they're going to be couples that we're going to go ahead with, but like in the preview for the rest of the season, there's going to be so many other couples that are going to be part of this that we haven't even really met or talked to yet. Yeah. Exactly. And one thing I was really curious about was attraction, right? Obviously it's in the name, age of attraction. But they had to specifically, in my mind, cast people, who are attracted to someone who's significant, not significantly older, but older than they are, or younger than they are. Because otherwise, you're going to get two 25-year-olds together and then, okay. Thank you. So you wanted to trap people and be like, I only like younger people.

They'd be like, surprise. We got you a whole bunch of older people. Let's see if you'll be attracted to them. No. What are you saying? What are you saying? I'm saying, in order for this experiment to be effective, for us to see does age really matter, they would need to date someone who is an age that they would, like, that it matters. Like, they can't go into this. Someone's 30 years old. And then they see someone are like, oh, I'm really attracted to him. And then he's 30. And then they go into the promised room. Oh, my gosh. We're both 30. I think you run the risk of that, right? Are you saying they're casting people that are more likely to date? You know, they're older? Okay. I think they cast, it seems like it. Based on the people we met so far in the premiere, it seemed like they cast a lot of people who are generally attracted to someone who was outside of their typical age range. Yeah. And the way the show would would posit it is that it doesn't matter how old you are. They're going to date all, all ages. I think we might have, we, this might turn into like a Love Is Blind scenario

where there are people that meet, you know, get engaged, could meet to each other. But the show is like, not interesting, you're the same age. Get off my screens. Mm hmm. So I think maybe we'll only see those couples that have a significant age difference. Like I'm sure there, I'm sure it's people that were there that were what? 32 and 32. Man, we're like, hey, like we get along. We're in this school, but the producers are like, we're not going to follow your story. That's not interesting though. So we're not going to follow. It's nice you've met here, but we don't care about you. The name of the show is Age of Attraction. There's no real difference in you don't matter here. Yeah. But one thing I think is very, I don't know, I'm very curious to see if you agree or disagree. But I think that you can, you can tell who's in which camp. Oh, yeah. I mean, listen. It's not, I think it's a huge mystery of like, how, how, like not how old exactly. Like you can't pinpoint an age, like very accurately, but you can pinpoint a range. Yeah. Like my wife are watching together. And like we're out here giving ranges.

Like some, and some other ranges that we gave were much different. My wife going to talk about, what's the boys name? John, I have to say 27 to 35. I said, that's too much of a range. That's a count. Like, that is not count. That is a seven, that is like a eight year, eight range. You can't do that. Yeah. So I'm going to like, and I know you are, you want, you don't know the ages, but you saw the ages. You didn't really have the memory. So I think what to be fun is for those that we don't know to have like a fun little podcast game. Who's going to be closer? Well, both give a range. And if we're in the same range, we'll have to, you know, narrow it down a little bit. Yeah. But yeah. So you won't accept any, it's for me to say, oh, I think he's between 48 and 52. I mean, that's, that is an acceptable range. But if I'm also 48 to 52, we have to narrow it down. All right. Is it, is it. What's the problem with your wife's 27 to 35? That sounds fair to me. That's an eight year swing. It's not fair. His four years or less needs to be arranged.

He's either a mature late 20s or an accurate early 30s. I can, I can, I can, where she, you know, I want to tell you what my wife said about John and his aging, but I don't think it's podcast appropriate. Remind me to tell you after the podcast. Oh, so yeah. So that's what, that's what I do think is interesting is just that you can tell who's in the, for this group, the younger group and the older group. Um, I, I will say some people, I'm like, I don't know. Are you? The British are late 40s. Yeah, I'm waiting for the big surprise because well, honestly, John was a little bit of a surprise. Teresa, I, I think she's really like over exaggerating. What her age may be because I feel, I mean, unless she's one of our 60 year olders, I don't think I'm going to be super surprised. Okay. Monster energy. Everybody knows why monster zero ultra.

That's the OG. It kicked off this whole zero sugar energy drink thing, but ultra is a whole line. I'm now, you've got strawberry dreams, blue Hawaiian sunrise in vice guava. And they all bring the monster energy punch. So if you've been living in the white can branch out, ultra's got a flavor for every five. And every single one is zero sugar. An all new season of the secret lives of Mormon wives is now streaming on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+. Mom talk has just been blowing up. Whitney and Jen are on dance with the stars. Taylor is a bachelorette. Saying that out loud is crazy. Like that is huge. But all the cool opportunities could pull us apart.

It's causing issues in everyone's marriage. My whole world is falling apart right now. It's chaos. Watch the Hulu original series, the secret lives of Mormon wives. Now streaming on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+. Plus for bundle subscribers, terms apply. Let's go ahead and dive into some of these people. Because some people, they really gave us a good, like, impression. We got multiple professionals from them. And some people was just like, we did, they flew like the wind. I'm like, where did that person go? We'll probably meet them later. But before we dive too deep, what is your take on the concept? What did you take on the concept of those age matters? Well. My girlfriend is three months older than me. Okay. It's really nice that we're the exact same age. We're, we out here representing 1992 very well.

Very common interests. But I don't, I, yes. I do think that in the age of dating apps, where you can define a range, that does limit people. Like, if you put, like, back in the day when I was on a dating app, I'm like, okay, depending on where I was, no older than, like, a certain age. What if there is someone just on the other side of that? That you, like, is your person? Yeah. So I like the concept. And I do think it is valid. I do also think though, that there are so many other factors in this, such as location. Yeah. Yeah. That's, I, I think that's my big bugaboo about this specific experiment is that, you know, in terms of a love's blind, where they're all in the same metro, not metro area, but they're in the same state at least. You know, I think, Yeah. So high out there in the city. Yeah.

I think if you're like, Justin was in North Carolina, and Vanilla's in Dallas. Like, that's quite a distance. I feel like, I thought I'd forget age. I feel like distance. Yeah. It's going to be the issue with a lot of these people, if they're in very disparate part of the country, parts of the country. Exactly. And I do think that, one thing that is very limiting on these ages, because they introduce at the very beginning the, the one thing you cannot ask is how old is someone. I think you should also ask some other questions. You can't ask when they graduated high school. You can't ask when they graduated college. You also should be asking the ages of their kids. That's like, some people leaving out that they have adult children because that gives away their age range. And so, I think, those are other factors. As we've learned on these other dating shows, kids, that's not a, like, a negotiable thing. I mean, let me tell you, the last season 10 of Love is Blind,

really accepted my mind in a couple of different moments. In this episode, I'm like, Oh, my God, you have kids. Like, how are you going to deal with that? Oh, my God. You were a baseball star. Are you a jerk at terrible? Is that your whole life? It's your identity. Yeah. Oh, God. No. So, well, yeah. I think, I think not revealing age also does take away some of the, some of the getting, getting to know you state, right? Yes. Because you can't really say much without revealing some things. Like, like, you know, me, I'm not here. I'm like, so like, what shows did you wash me? Like, I'm like, I'm not your child. I guess based on other factors. Like, Yeah. Something like, we jumped about our, our age disparity, as podcast partners, but it's, it's kind of a funny story. And so, if anything that's happened in my life a few times. Uh, so my text tone is the, might be more from Power Rangers, communicator, uh,

two. So, listen, that right there, I should tell some people where I'm at in age range. And you just said, I don't know, with what work combination, I just know when I heard your phone, I'm like, what, Kim possible? Are you serious? Yes. Really Jason? That's how I differentiated ages in many different ways. Like, at work, it's happened to me. Like, that'll go off. Like, you watch Kim possible. I'm like, no, bro. Like, you are a young in, that is the mighty Mover car Rangers, like communicator tone. How dare you? That's the application that these people might be missing. You, you could just be an old soul. Because remember, you could be younger than me. That's true. That's true. That's very true. Yeah, you know, you never know. I could be an retro stuff. I could just like, really enjoy watching things that were waiting for my time. Yeah. So, wait, what do you think about the concept? Do you think that it is something that needs to be proven? Folt disclosure.

I married to a woman that is And yes, so I will say it doesn't form a lot, right? It informs your identity in certain ways, but also what's been interesting in my relationship is that it has helped us learn more things about the other person and open up more doors and avenues, other things we didn't know. It helps in history of like, well, there's not a lot that falls into that six year range. But when it does, it's like, oh yeah, that's because you're so young. It's like, okay, like six years isn't bad. I feel like, I feel like in terms of like a John and Teresa. Like, I don't know how old Teresa is yet, but I know John's 27. So, and I know she, I know she's probably over 50. So I think that is a over 20 year age gap. I think that's huge. That is, that's pretty big. So I think it depends on the range of the age disparity. I think it does kind of matter, especially when you're thinking of the future, right?

Yeah. And how long you're gonna be with your new loved one? I think that's part of what matters, but I think for me, it depends on where you're at in life, right? Like if you met someone that's 27 and you got someone that was 34, like it's not gonna be that crazy, right? Yeah, that's your typical, probably your typical age range. Right, exactly. So it just, it really depends on where you're at. Like for me in my relationship, it has not, it has not mattered too much, but it's gonna be interesting. It's gonna be interesting. It's been given some interesting moments. Let me say that. Like they're nuggets where you're like, oh yeah, that are reminders, but overall it doesn't affect your love. No. Yeah. I do enjoy telling people that I was cradle-ropped and that she used to cradle-ropper. That would be an old, do you refer to her as like a cougar or? Yes, when I want to mess with her, yeah, for sure. Well, I mean, I guess all the reasons we just pointed out

are the reasons why it is not ending in like an ultimate commitment in like an engagement or a wedding. And that's why they just say, do you wanna keep dating? Yeah. I think it will provide more, it will provide entertainment. Like the ultimate decision doesn't have to be the entertainment. Do you think the promise room should have been rings should have been like 23-me reports? Oh, why? So how old you are? Oh, well, that's more like background. Here's my birth certificate. Like we're gonna exchange our certificates, right here. Okay. Yeah, that would be hilarious. I will say, I forgot about that. I will say, I am glad they are learning before they leave the retreat. I thought it was gonna be like, you had to make it to the end of the experiment and then find your ages. I was glad you find out after you just decided, like, this is the person I wanna pick.

But I want them to reveal the age before they exchange rings. I'm like, okay. Now you know my age. Are you to exchange rings? Like, oh, actually, you know what? I just forgot. I left my oven and I'm like, I gotta go. I shoot. You know what? Turns out, I'm already married. I totally forgot. I thought this was just a date. I mean, not a date. I thought this was just the holding room. Yeah. Okay, let's dive into, like we said, we only found learned really about three sets, three to four sets of people. And I thought it also was funny that when they did the speed dating, Nick and Natalie were like, you guys are gonna date everybody. And I was like, oh, everybody. But I realized we're not there yet. We're not there yet. As a society. Do aware. They've not only brought in people that were open to all ages,

but open to all genders. Welcome to age, attraction, queer editions. Like, you didn't do a regular edition first. That's the order. They said, we're jumping right in. Yeah. All right. Let's talk about Libby and Andrew. And like I said, we do have the pictures on the YouTube version in the event that you do not remember who they are and you want a reminder. But Libby was the young and who, she came across young. Okay. She gave... She said, Libby, can I check your ID? Are you even legal to be here? There's a trend going around on a TikTok that people at work or wherever you are. They ask, okay, what year are you born? And if they say 19 and then they say whatever, then it's like, okay. And then they ask someone else, they're like 2000. And then they say, they will play like Koko Mellon. They'll play something. And then there's obviously the other version where if you say 19, they'll do like dinosaurs

or something historic. Libby gave Koko Mellon. Like she came in hot with just the, like, hey, I think her job, yeah, her job was like a social media manager. I was like, okay, she doesn't strike me as 45. Yeah, they had a whole like montage of her like a giggles and funny faces, like. I'm like, I'm like, like Libby is like literally here just for the vibes. Like she just, she's just here to have fun. Like that's what Libby's here for. And so, you know, I don't know what we're gonna, like Libby is gonna be interesting because she's gonna be our person. I think as we saw from preview, she's gonna go forward into this whole thing. Whether it was Andrew, we don't know for sure, not. But it just seems like she's going to be something that's just not ready for this as much as she says she is. And she says she wants to date older. It's like, yeah, I don't know if you're ready to be like a bigger and like for all these.

And if she does go with Andrew who has daughters, it's just like, yeah, you're, I don't know if you're ready for this. Yeah, we learned that Andrew has two daughters who were like his world. And he is just like, hey, he's this single. I think they described him as like a young hot dad. And so I was thinking like, man, young hot Andrew is just white knuckle holding on to his youth. Like he is like, I said, okay, let's start our guessing game here. Andrew, what is your age range for Andrew? Andrew is either, I'm thinking Andrew's like 35, or he's 48 with some work done. So your age range is 35 to 48, we had this conversation, age of, I forgot, what'd you say? God, age range. It could go either way.

It's oh my gosh. That's what's getting me with the men, the men and their hair. You don't know they are holding on to dear life. Like there is, there's this in the, in the men's retreat lounge, you're just boxes and boxes and boxes of just for men. Like this is all trash is this box of just for men. Yeah, it's like, okay, he's like, because he has like visibly like good skin. Like his skin looks well cared for. But that's also what like a 45, 48 year old man could care for his skin really well, because he needs to, right? They should have allowed no makeup, no products. Does you as you are in your age, representing? What's your range for him? My range is 38 to 42. Okay, I'll see, where's the same range? No. Yeah, wait. You can't pick within my range. Within your long range, I can't, I can't pick a smaller range inside of that.

That allowed. Yeah, so I mean, given that prediction, we obviously both think that Libby is a lot younger. Yeah, so I'm going to go 19 to 23 for Libby. 19. Yeah. I'm definitely thinking early 20s. I'm thinking like 20 to 25. I think 25 is being like generous. So we'll make your official one 20 to 24. Okay. I'll make mine, I'll go even bigger. I'll go 19 to 22. Okay, okay. Yeah, she's giving 21. Mm-hmm. For sure. For sure. But yeah, she is just very, she's coming across very fullerty, very just like full of energy. We do find out in her like, she interacts and has like quote unquote dates with Andrew

multiple times throughout the premiere and she has never dated someone with kids. And so. And Andrew comes in here, he's like, you know, I usually date younger, it's like, you know, it's fun. It's more crazy. He's like, I'm trying to turn over a new leaf and I want someone, I want someone with more life experience. And then almost immediately he's like, no, forget that. I'm going to go with it. I was like, proud of the youngest girl here. Yeah. I think if you line them up, yeah, Libby presents the youngest. But Andrew probably sees her as, gosh, she looks so fun. So I think it'll be very interesting if these two decide to go with each other. I'm not completely sold yet because it does seem like Libby is still just kind of like open. Like, it seems like she wants to like see, see, not see what else is out there. But I don't, she doesn't strike me as ready to commit as much as we see with like John and Teresa. So I wonder are we going to get in the next couple of episodes, targeting to know someone

else? It'll depend on the show itself because I feel like when the show presents it like this, maybe in Andrew feel like they are the, they are the couple we're going to see. I think it will, it would be interesting to see like more mingling because as much as this should have been a breeding ground for drama and juicy mess, they really seem to be a lot of like, besides Jorge and Justin of the Nell who, Jorge and Justin are even to interact as we see. It doesn't seem to be a lot of like, I don't know, hey, that's my girl, right? That's my in this. So I don't know if we're going to get more of that, you know, in the later episodes, or just seems like this was very much a condensed packaging of things like this is this, this couple. Yeah. We have one love triangle here. So if Libby and Andrew are destined to continue this together, I can, I really don't see it going well because as much as Andrew wants to portray himself as a nice guy, he

just really gives FY vibes like to me. I don't know why. I don't know because I watched many of these shows, but like, Andrew just, he just gives that architect, you know? And is he a 35 year old F boy or 48 year old F boy? That's important. Is that matters? That's important. So it'll be very interesting to see if these two are, um, end up going to the promised room together. Uh, but yeah, I think like Libby, her being a swifty kept coming up and yeah, she was like, he was like, you can't say you're the one guy that she was talking to you. You can't say you're a swifty only went to one show like, do you know how much those tickets cost? Like, but he's right, though, the amount of, of course, I know you would say that. No. But the amount of swifties, I know that went to multiple shows, but I think you'd be a swifty and not have got, you could be a swifty, not go to any show. It's not gay. Yeah. That's not gay keeper right here into what being a swifty is, okay? I'm the last one to say anything about what it takes to be a swifty.

I mean, listen, I'm not, I'm not a swifty, but I'm just saying, somebody in a YouTube comments, Jason is a confirm. Jason, Jason, I mean, listen, I hate, I hate Travis Kelsey. So maybe I do hate him. I don't know. Oh gosh. That's more of a football rivalry thing. Um, but yeah. So it's just like, you can't be a swifty if you're only going to one concert. It's like, okay, I could be, uh, I could be a fan of whatever and not go to any concerts. How about that? But the guy, it was the guy who was the had the same name as her dad, David. He's also the name of my dad, but that's like a common name for a certain age range. Uh, but I'm like, he's just hearing whatever, sorry, sorry, young David's age, I just shaded you in just the totally, totally just a little fight your presence. A lot of young David's are juniors to Shay, so yeah, it'll be interesting to see. I can't wait to learn more about Libby and Andrew. Well, I like what Andrew was like, Hey, I have, uh, I have two kids that, is that a deal

breaker for you? She's like, I like kids. Yeah. It's like. Like girl, you're not being serious about this. I know. She definitely is like underselling like what it takes to, I mean, we are obviously on the hills of yes, love is blind season 10. But yes, I don't think she's really like wrapping her mind around coming in, stepping into their lives. Like, can I go to be a babysitter? You're going to be like another parental figure. Yeah. But if he says that, she's like, yeah, I have a dog. Yes. Well, Lord knows we've got into that several times, but she's like, I just, you know, watch the kids and they have fun. Right? They go, I give my iPad. That's it, right? She's like, I quit. I quit. I'm on my iPad. iPad. They're on their iPad. Easy. Right. Um, all right. The next set of people we want to talk about that, we only got a little bit on, but it was enough to make an impact, to want to discuss them.

It's Tristan and Aaron Tristan is like real estate investor, something like that. But he is the, if any of y'all out there watch any real estate Netflix show, Tristan is like a carbon copy of the men in those offices that it's just, I don't know, he just fits it. It fits like a glove. Um, so, you know, I, yeah, I don't know why I'm not sure why it feels like they just wanted to include the Tristan stuff in here to like clown him. Like, I don't know if he's actually going to be part of a couple, but it's just like, Hey, guys, look at this weird guy over here, he's being weird, real weird and creepy, isn't he? Yeah. And so we got to see him with like, we, we learned that Kim, uh, was it so, yeah, uh, Zolziac? Yeah. From, uh, Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Rahas was a son. I don't know. She, uh, he knew that he liked older women when, uh, when he saw her when he was younger. Uh, she, yeah, she's from Real Housewives of Atlanta. So he allowed 13, I saw 35 year old white, busty woman, white, busty blonde and a bat land. I was like, okay. Like Tristan, Tristan should be renamed TMI because, yes, overshare, and Aaron, she seemed like each, with each word, she got the egg. I think she was just like, he reminds me of my nephew. She said, he reminds me of a 21 year old nephew and I am out to look at that in my bed. I was like, thank you, Aaron. Thank you. And then like I said, I got to a stage where she just started bullying him. It's like, yeah, he's like, but he's eating that up. Yeah. He thinks he's farting. I think she's, she's like trying to tell him that it's not going to happen and he's taking that as some sort of challenge, which really, yeah.

Her confession. Like, yeah, I can't do it with him and me while his confessionals are, I can leave with Aaron now. Yeah. And then I think the, the, the piece that was this thought is like, you know, my mom's only 19 years older than me. And if you aren't as hot as my mom is, I'm not going to marry you. Those words should never be put together in any type of sentence ever just a word. Cool. You're Lord. If you're not as hot as my, that means you think your mom is hot. You're not supposed to think your mom's hot. You're not supposed to think your parents as hot, but that's not, that's not to be done, sir. That's his, that's his bar. He's like, let me think of my mom, whoo, that, no, no, Tristan, I think he's here for comedic relief. Only I can not imagine him making it to the promised room with anybody. Aaron, Aaron for sure is a no. For him. Yeah. Aaron seems like too much of a, of a boss to like, you know, really put up with his nonsensical

neck. And she was humoring him. Yeah. But by the end of it, he just felt like she was like, swatting him down like, no, we're, we're good. And the way that they present it is like, oh, so and so invited, so and so to the promised room. Yeah. And so I wonder could it be Tristan invites Aaron and he's waiting. Oh. And she just never shows up. Oh, that would be so delicious. It would be like the trend on love is blind recently where it's like, hello, yeah, I can do that. The other person on the outside wall, that gives that like, no, she's not going to show up. Okay. Oh, yeah. I mean, for Tristan's sake, if he does want to perceive someone, I hope he puts his eggs in a different basket because Aaron is like, she's tapped out at this point. And say, ain't no eggs here. Yeah. Exactly. So the next group of people, so we got to know a woman named Vanille and she has two options. Yeah. Two options that she's considering.

Two very different options. Very different. It's a good old fashioned love triangle in here. And I feel like I feel like she's right going to pick the wrong one. Really? There's a wrong one. To me, to me, there's a wrong one. So she gets, she talks to Justin first, right? Justin, Justin is a health care director, but if you had told me that Justin was like a rancher, I would have believed you. You know, he doesn't have a type of preference, usually dates older. He lets us know he was married to a woman for five years when he was younger. He loved her, but they got divorced and they just never had kids. It's like, okay, so you're kind of, you're kind of coming to this a little clean in a way. You don't have any like real like things tying you down. They, I really, really enjoyed their first like interaction of Mel and Justin. They really seemed to like really vibe very fast. And I was like, okay, this, this, this could actually work. And she likes how calm and quiet he is. And now like he just has this very easy going attitude.

The kind of tells her he's like, listen, I'm like a, I'm a serial monogamous. I don't believe in the hook up culture. Like, almost like, I'm just a good old fashioned country boy. You know what I mean? That's really the vibe he's giving. Yeah. I think she feels like he's very sweet. Like if she had to describe him at this point, he's just been so sweet with her. Like he is, he's given her all the eye contact. He's opening up. He's, he probably in these interactions, he's so present that it's like, oh, that he makes me feel like no one else is in the room. Yeah, he's not like, he's not trying to put on airs. He's like, he's just being very much himself. They do have a conversation about kids. Like, he says, you know, I don't have kids. Like, you have kids? He's like, no, no kids. Like, how do you feel about kids? She goes, well, if my partner wants kids, then I want kids. If my partner doesn't want kids, then I don't want kids, it's like, oh, boy, it's like not this again. Not another Emma situation where, I mean, at least Emma was just like, yeah, I'm kind of a no one kids. But Vanell is just like, I don't know.

I go with her without. It doesn't matter to me. I just, and again, I think I said all I was buying to you, like, if you're, for me, kids is too big of a topic to just kind of be like, eh, take him or leave him. Mm-hmm. But as far as she says, she's taking her leave him. Yeah. I mean, and he said, like, wow, you'd never hear that perspective from a woman because it's either like one way or the other. And then we kind of get this really kind of sad, confessional from Justin, talking about, you know, he did have a desire to have children when he was younger. But he's really kind of had to, you know, distribute himself of that notion. He says, he reveals his age to us in this moment, he says, I'm 44. I don't think it's responsible for me to have kids, so I just kind of gave up that notion of having kids. He's kind of sad. He's like, it's okay, though. Sorry. Yeah, so you have to wake up, he's like waking up one day and realizing that may never happen. So it's like he's grieving the thought of wanting kids.

I mean, for me, it's like, you're 44. I mean, that's, that's really, that's getting to the line of being like, you know, I want to be alive when my kids graduate high school, you know, about like 44 is like that far fetched, like, have a child. Right. Unless he's dating older. True, true, but I think the part being here is of the possibility you could get younger. Um, so I thought that was an interesting, like, thing for him to say, like he feels like, he feels like it's passed him by, he feels like it's too late for me. Like don't tell that to like Robert De Niro, like, you know, uh, Mick Jagger, like people that are having babies in their 70s and 80s that they know, they ain't going to be able to teach your children how to drive, you know, like, yeah. Yeah. So I mean, part of him, even opening up in this way just kind of shows us how serious he is about this because he is thinking, like, he's not thinking, oh, this is somebody

I'm going to date or, you know, while I'm here on TV, like he's thinking, what are the, what do I want in life? And can I find a partner who's going to match that, am I going to find a partner who also wants the same things out of life? And so I think it is very interesting that he has, like, locked in on Vanail. Like we don't see him have other options. Like he is all about her. And we even do see them kiss, which I was, I was like, okay, we're kissing on the show. I don't know what I expected. I mean, I thought there'd be more than kissing on this show. I don't know what you would think it, um, I thought things are pretty tame around here. Like they had to like kissing was like this big event of like, you know, I'm like, go over to a perfect match. They kissing them within two seconds of each other. Um, but yeah, that again, like so freaking sweet. Like they're just like, it's like, they're like younger than they are. They're just like 13 or 14 year olds. Like hanging out like, I kind of want to kiss you. Like you want you want to kiss me?

Yeah, I kind of do. Well, maybe you should do that. Oh, maybe I will. My mom was like, oh my gosh, I feel like a school girl. It was, it was really, it was really, really sweet. So I really liked their connection together. I thought, I think if they go forward, I think they could work out. I do, I really do just just based on initial vibes. Yeah, exactly. Like I feel like right now in this bubble of this retreat, they get along really well. Like we don't know what other external factors could impact their relationship, what they're like at home, how their jobs could affect, you know, their home life. But just like, they seem so sweet together. And the traction is there on both ends. So, but then it's like, okay, then you turn the page. And then here comes Jorge, baby. And Vannell has another option. Yeah, if you're watching, if you're watching the YouTube, switch back to Justin Ripley. Look at this. Just just the vibe shift that we get. We'll switch it from Justin to Jorge. Like,

to yeah, it's a wild vibe shift. But you know, Vannell has a merely a range of men, she's into because Jorge has confidence out of his butt. Like that's just like, he just has the confidence oozing out of him. Yes, he does. I mean, and he, he is someone like, like, we know Justin's age, right? Because he said, like, he told us he's 44 with Jorge. It's like, I, I, I, you're going to be mad at me, Jason. Oh boy, here we go. He either looks really good for 40. There's no way that he's 40. Come on. Okay, okay. All right. Yeah, it looks really good for 45. Or I'm going to, yeah, or really good for 55. I'm going to go 55 to 60.

Okay, because as Vannell said, black don't crack. So like, you know, this is a tough show for black people, because we know it's tough. It's kind of tough. Yeah, it's because like what the Netflix science says, there's people 20, 30s, 40s, 60s, 40s, 50s, 60s. The black people are 20s to 60s. You don't know. So I'm going to say 55 to 60. This is me, my guess. What is your official guess? You got, you got me an official guess, not a, not a 10 year age range. Okay. Because of his gray, I am going to, I'm going to move out of the 40s. So I'm going to say about 52 to 58. It's still six years, but okay. What is with you and only needing a four-year gap in the range? It's a challenge. You got to succumb to the challenge. You got to, you got to shorten the range.

It's so interesting, the different, like, Vanelle is getting the full range of experience. She's getting this nice, intimate, vulnerable experience with Justin. And then with Jorge, she's getting a... I shoulda let you walk in front of me, so I can see what you're working with. Bro, he is drooling when he sits down there first. I was like, you, girl, you ride on my alley. I was like, oh my gosh. I was like, I'm not, she was like, I'm not working with nothing back there.

He's like, oh no, let me see, let me see. We hear a little bit from Jorge about his background. He was married at 26, divorced by 30. He has two children. And, you know, he's definitely here to get a younger person. There's no question, I think. So, but they both feel this attraction, right? And it feels like Vanelle is looking at this like, this is kind of like the temptation. This is like the poison fruit that I shouldn't grab. I don't know. Like, because I don't know if she's ever felt this weird energy from him. And they kind of talk about the different things. He asks her her passion. She says she has a big passion and faith. It's super important for her. He's like, oh yeah, I'm a PK. I'm a, I'm a pastor's kid. So, I get it. I was like, are you, are you still within the church? I don't know. She's looking for a God-fearing, dominant, but not overpowering man. I was like, important distinction. Integrity, respect, easy going.

He says, I'm looking for the opposite of me. I'm looking for peaceful energy. I'm like, oh, so, so, I guess somebody with my energy. That's too much. You can't do that, you know. I'm always going. It's like, I don't, like, you're not really selling me to, not selling you to me, I would say. But Vanille seems to like be okay. She, and he tells, like, listen, I'm supposed to track. I need someone to calm me down. I would have got up. I'm like, all right, nice meeting you. I got to go. Because just me and myself, I cannot be something that I need to calm down constantly. Yeah, he's, because guess what? Guess what? There are going to be a lot of moments where you can't calm this person down. He's going to have this high energy. And, you know, he's presenting this as like, I'll get around you and I'll calm down. No, I feel like people with a high motor and people that are not calm, like, you know, naturally, are going to have moments where they're like, the energy's not matching with us. And he, he, he, passes this as like, opposite to track.

And we talk about this a lot, oh, I made a first sight. It's just like, you know, the experts use a lot of the language of, they're going to balance each other out. But a lot of times, it's just a horrible mismatch of personalities that are put together. And it seems like this might be one of those where the personalities just are not going to, like, it seems like he's going to want to be out to the, in the club until 3 a.m. And she's going to want to be home. It's not going up by 11. That's just the vibe. And he's going to be like, that's okay. That's like, you say home, you're just like, yeah, I'll see you at 4, but I get home. Like, you know, and he's going to like wake her up when he gets in the house at 4 o'clock. You can like, that's so what? What? So yeah, even in this picture, he is like, presenting like, he's also like, he's like, I'm a good picture. Yeah. Like, if anybody out there has seen, like, love in hip-hop Atlanta, he's giving like, stevy. Stevy J. I know you don't know, but if you were listening,

you so happen to know he's, he's giving stevy J. And so I feel like Vannell may look at him like, he's somebody that can pull me out of my shell where Justin is like a security blanket. Like, I feel like I'm, I'm at, I'm the most at peace because I feel like I could be myself or maybe I need somebody to pull me out of my shell. And unless the previews are tricking us, which they definitely could be, it seems like she's going to pick Jorge because Jorge was in the previews in the promise room. And so you're thinking he is the wrong choice? Yeah. Yeah. Why? I, I think he's kind of a, he's giving me F-boy again. I mean, I'm not going to say that about all the men, but Jorge has given it to me in that type of way. I mean, just just like this man's picture. Like, come on. Yeah. And I wondered like, okay, so he was married. And from, so the last time he was married was at 30.

If we, if he is in the range we're thinking, like if he's in his 50s, did he, was that first marriage like, oh, wrong person, wrong time? You know, let me try it again. Or was it marriage aim for me? Oh, yeah. I was like, just better off as a bachelor for the whole life. Like, and that's, that's where he should be. So we'll see, I think, I think in the preview, we did get Vanille being kind of the, the person like, all right, get this mic off of me. And I feel like, I feel like that's going to be a Jorge action. It's going to make her do that. I don't know if Justin will do anything to make her, yeah, that's not going to happen. He's like, no, sweetie, please. Jorge, look, I, I do hope that, you know, what we're sold in the previews is right, because I think that would provide entertainment. And I think they're going to come out of this as a successful relationship. We're going to be seeing that Vanille and Jorge are still together to this day. No, but I do think Jorge is going to be very interesting to just as a personality.

Not that he's going to come in and like, cause all this trauma and the relationship, or you know, if he's not ready for a real, like a commitment. But he is, he has proved to be something else. I feel like Jorge is looking to her like, girl, I'm gonna corrupt you. I'm gonna corrupt you girl. Like you, you have a terrible little angel way to you, quit you get a dose of Jorge. Like, I like, yes, I legit, I'm really bust out laughing. I should let you go on front of me. He is like that old man in church. That's like hitting all the young Galatians. It's like, it's that type of vibe. No, typical PK. Let me tell you Vanille, you should come over my house some time. I know what I mean. I treat you right, girl. Like always I was in here. We want to ditch the zero and get what he wrote. You know, find me. The only thing that makes me a little nervous about just how things are going to pan out is she did kiss Justin already.

So, I mean, not that a kiss is a commitment. But I just wonder like what's going to steer her in Jorge's direction if she's already feeling this connection with Justin. So, we'll see, we'll see. We will see, it should be interesting. So, the last couple that we got to learn the most about, I would say, is Teresa and John. John, Mr. Prince Harry, who's looking for his Megan without the family drama, he said. And he is a young guy that is looking for an older woman. Like, he seems very confident in that he is okay. Or like, he is desiring an older woman. Yeah, I think, I think this could be our, you know, proof of concept couple. We talk about it on Love's Mod all the time. This, this, this will work. And from what they're presenting us so far, it seems like this is kind of like a love story.

You know, blossoming here that there's no real hiccups, there's no real big issues besides the age thing. And they both really seem to smit with each other right off the bat. I was just about to say that like, he is so smitten with her. They have this similar athletic background. John is the one you were referring to or baseball is his life. Soccer, I mean, baseball is, you know, all he thought. He was, he was really focused on baseball growing up. And then surgeries deterred that. And then Theresa Rappling's softball. I was like, this is, this is too close. This is too uncanny. Like, listen, it's like, we just need to be on lookout for baseball metaphors, you know, in the upcoming episodes. You know, just, I feel like he won't, I feel like he's behind, he's above. He is above putting us through that. Yes, hopefully. I was also, so Theresa was telling him about her softball background. She's like, you know, I graduated college. And then that I was like, she about to reveal some type of like timeline.

But she really kept it vague. So I was like, okay. But what we do know about Theresa, she has a 22 year old, a 25 year old, and a 29 year old. Yeah, yeah. So wow. Yeah, so, um, especially with us ending the episode with these two ultimately making it to the promised room. And John revealing, he's 27, was that your guess at his age? I mean, you said your wife was 27 at 35, but what was yours? My guess, I think my guess was 32 to 35. Okay. He does present mature like I did not think late 20s. Like he, he is giving, I am so attracted to you. I am committed to this. I see something like he's not giving. I'm ready to play games. Like I'm here casually just looking for, you know, like a sugar mama. He's not giving that whatsoever.

He gives very much so serious. He's not giving Tristan. Yes, I was, I was looking, I was looking for the fboy tendencies. My fboy meter, I was ready with it. It didn't really go off too much. She was like, okay, like he seems like I thought at first, when he was talking to a lot of women, I was like, okay, maybe, huh? And I was like, no, he seemed like a good guy. Okay, so far, so far, so good, you know? Yeah, like he picked a tulip for her. They kiss. She spanked his butt. It's just all, it's giving, it's giving very playful together. I think it is, they're good match. I do think that this is one of those, like we know she's older than him, but we don't know by how much. Right, I love when she was like, yeah, you know, I was, I was like a league of their own. You know, the one that the move that Madonna was in, he's like, Madonna acts. I mean, to be fair, I saw a league of their own, the series. I've never seen the movie, so I didn't know Madonna was in there either.

And Sarah was like, what? We have to watch it. I'd Sarah watch it? Yeah. Okay, see you in y'all the same age. No, that's another theory I have. I mean, it's not a theory. It's proven that when you are the same age, the age of your parents matters as well, because you are raised a little bit differently in terms of like, I was raised as a millennial, but I do feel like millennials with older parents are into older things than our age. I can see that, I can see that for sure. My mother was an older mother and I was introduced to things like boys to men when I was like, you know, eight years old. So I get it, I get it. Yeah. So yeah, I mean, there's not much to say about this couple. They just really, because they just seem like a match made in heaven. They just really hit it off immediately. There's no big red flags for either of them besides age.

Yeah, and they go to the promised room. And I was like, I was happy that we got a promised room in the very first episode. Say, I thought we were going to get a cliffhanger in terms of like even knowing who was going into the promised room. Right. Do you think it's similar to Love's Blind, where there is a day for the promised room? And like, no, like, we see them and get there first, but it is not like they got there in 10 days, as opposed to other people that are there for 20 days. I think, oh, no, I don't know, because they did explicitly say in like describing the format of the show. Like as soon as you know that that person is your person, you can go to the promised room. Yeah, so that's the only thing that makes me think like it's in their own timing. But it could be all in the same day. Yeah, I don't know. But yeah, they get there and it's just like, you know, they say a lot of sweet words to each other. And we don't really get a, we don't get an actual reveal for either one of them. We do get John telling us in confessional that he is 27. Yeah.

That's a big like cliffhanger of like, you know, because it's so, it's so funny because I, I was totally looking at it from her standpoint because she was the one like, oh, I'm so nervous. Like what he's going to think like, oh, I have a son. It's 29. Like, I don't know what he's going to think about that. And then we, they flipped that the way it was edited was great because it's like him. Like, I think she'll be shocked. I'm like, what? Yeah, he's like, what are you talking about? Yeah, he's 35 year old. Yeah. And it was, you know, you had to figure that that was probably going to be something like that because we're going to be deceived a lot because we're going to think one thing that is for sure. And then, but for him to be 27, I was like, wow, that is like, you look, yeah, I don't know how I would feel. If the big shock cliffhanger of an episode was, then look at this guy. This guy is, this guy looks super old, but he's not like you. Thank you so much, I think. And so, so we know he's 27, that's the shocker.

She is really hyping up her age. She is. How do you think Teresa is? So what really gets me is having the kids and her twin, like having kids that are in their 20s. So I think minimum, like, minimum, like 52. Okay, yeah, that's about where I landed. I'll say 52 to 55. Okay. He's going to be where I'm going to put her in age because I think she's really, really hyping it up. I don't think she's one of our 60-year-olds. I definitely don't get that by by definitely getting a 50. She's starting to make me think that. Yeah, the way she's typing it, the way she's typing it, but I'm definitely getting a 50s vibe. So, yeah, 52 to 55, I think. I don't think, I don't think she's upper 50s. I'm going to give her. Yeah, I'm about 52 to 56.

Okay. Look, I said 52 first, then you said. I know, I gave that to you, I gave that to you. All right, so yeah, that's all of our couples. I think a good start to this thing. It's got me interested in these characters. The characters they introduce me to, I'm interested to see where they're going to go. Yeah, I'm intrigued. Yeah, I see like it's going to be a big cast. Like I'm, you know, because just based on the preview, it's going to have like at least six or seven couples in this. Yeah. Yeah, I mean, when you have a lot of couples, there's less to show, but the next podcast we'll be talking about episodes two through five. So we're going to finish the drop that came out this week. So we'll have plenty to discuss. But I think it'll be interesting just to see how much we do get to know about people since we saw so many faces. There have to be, there have to be scenarios that they go into the promise room and say, no, right?

Well, I would hope so. Okay. That's what I'm thinking. I think that we saw so many people walking up to the promise room, but maybe, you know, we're not going to see as many go throughout the rest of the experiment. Are we going to get a promise room squad? Probably not to dumb thing gave out the whole cast list, which like I love his blind does. It's like, here's your whole cast of 30 people. Only 12 of them are going to matter. Yeah. So yeah, it'll be interesting just to see. But yeah, I like it so far. I felt like we covered a lot of ground in one episode. Yeah, I was just kind of like getting to know a little bit about everybody, but the fact that that's just kind of like love is blind. If we make it out of the pods, are you make it to the reveal in the first episode? You're like, oh, wow. You know, I also liked there wasn't a lot of trauma dumping. Like it wasn't really good getting to know you face.

It's like, okay, like they're not getting too deep, but they're just kind of like getting an initial vibe. I like that. I like not getting like super heavy immediately. It was a hot heavy, yeah. Yeah, it was a really pleasant time for me. Yeah, exactly. So let us know what you think in the YouTube comments.
