This company is accused of taking money from over 200 clients for wedding photos and videos, but then failing to deliver the services or the final product. The AG's office is now asking the court to step in because the owners haven't followed previous orders. Here this week, Jackson's office filed a motion requesting nearly $600,000 in restitution for 142 clients. On top of that, they're seeking over $1 million in civil penalties. This whole situation stems from numerous complaints filed by couples who were left without their precious wedding memories. The owners, Holly and Christopher Asquue were previously ordered by a judge in May to provide all outstanding photos and videos by June 11th. Those charges are still pending and the couple is currently out on bail. The company itself announced its closure back in January, citing unforeseen circumstances. It's unclear how many clients have actually received their photos or videos, but the AG's office is determined to get restitution for those who haven't.
