After the Conviction: Why the Maxwell Smear Campaign Against Virginia Continues
About this episode
Maxwell also responded to Giuffre’s death by saying he “didn’t shed a tear” when she died by suicide in April, and portrayed his sister as the true victim in the broader scandal. He asserted that the government and media chose Ghislaine to pay the price for Epstein’s actions, defended her treatment in prison, and reiterated his family’s support for her. His remarks sparked controversy because they recast a widely recognized victim of trafficking as the antagonist and echoed broader debates over accountability and narrative control in the Epstein case.

What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. According to Ian Maxwell, the brother of Golan Maxwell, she's the real victim here folks. And you know who the real monster is? Well, the real monster is Virginia Roberts, not Golan Maxwell, not Jeffrey Epstein. But Virginia, meanwhile his sister, lost a defamation case to Virginia already, got charged with a perjury from that defamation case. And that same sister is now serving a 20 piece. But yeah, she's the real victim. Miss Colleen Maxwell, the lady who gets moved from Florida, down to Texas, to live in club fed when she doesn't deserve it, when she doesn't write for it, but she's the real victim. Do these people even listen to themselves? And you notice all these people have a lot to say now that Virginia is dead? They didn't have much to say when she was alive though, did they?
And that's because they knew they'd get sued. But now all of a sudden, they all got big mouths, huh? And what comes out of those mouths are even bigger lies. So in this episode, we're going to talk about Ian Maxwell's bitch ass, and his latest smear campaign against Virginia Roberts. This article was published by the New York Post and the headline. Colleen Maxwell's brother is lashing out, calling Jeffrey Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts a monster while insisting his convicted sister is the real victim. It's real easy to talk about people who aren't with us anymore, isn't it? Ian Maxwell. And furthermore, you got so much to say about your sister being innocent. Why don't we have a chat?
Why don't you come onto the podcast? And why don't you explain to me why your sister isn't a monster? You have no problem going on to other programs, talking to the times, other friendly outlets. What's up, homie? You got a lot to say. I'd love to talk to you. I know who the monster is here, and it's not my sister, it's Virginia Roberts and our falsehoods that have devastating ramifications for Galene. I didn't shed a tear when she died, Ian Maxwell told the telegraph, and an interview published Friday. Well, you know what's funny? Nobody shed a tear when your bitch ass dad died either. And nobody's going to shed a tear when you die, or your sister dies, you're all snakes. How many dreams did you crush? When you were helping your dad, allegedly, swindle a bunch of pensions from people. What kind of scumbag are you? Have you been involved in Ian? Should we take a look at your books? Should we take a look at your past? What have you been up to? Did Jeffrey Epstein ever give you money?
What did you know about Epstein in Maxwell? When did you know it? Does he really want to play this game? And the real problem is there's people that are getting tread with this bullshit because you have people like Anna Paulina Luna who just dropped grenades into the conversation without any context. Oh, these women were all traffickers or these women were this or that you don't even know what you're talking about. You're just learning about the core four and you're out here just dropping grenades in the middle of the conversation like be responsible. And then this same lady is out here talking about interdimensional beings. Yeah. Okay. Cool. We have a very gigantic universe and I'm definitely buying that there's aliens out there somewhere, but interdimensional beings. The only thing that's a bigger fantasy than that is Elaine Maxwell not being a monster. But Anna Paulina Luna, she's somebody that should even be talking about this topic.
She should stick to UFOs. That's what she's good at because she has already caused harm to survivors here. And if I was a survivor, I'd be looking at maybe filing a lawsuit not only against Anna Paulina Luna, but against the whole entire American government and use the blueprint that was laid out when the government was sued over there in action when it comes to Larry Nasser. So I would say use the same blueprint here go after the government not only for fucking things up the first time around and throughout the investigation, but now for doubling down and saying things like what Anna Paulina Luna saying, I mean, come on, are we really going to act like she's somebody that should be listened to about this topic? She's a tourist and she's obviously running cover for the administration. I mean, just listen to the rhetoric, not a single word about people like Leon Black. Nothing about Les Wexner, but she has a lot to say about the survivors. Ask yourself why and what she's trying to accomplish.
Robert's who accused the late Epstein and Britain's former Prince Andrew of sexual abuse died by suicide at age 41 in April. And there's a lot of people that even questioned that at this point and to tell you the truth at first, I didn't, but now all bets are off. I mean, look at how reckless people are talking about her. And anybody who knew Virginia knew that that wouldn't happen if she was alive. You think Virginia just sit back as people talk crazy, it would never happen. And that's why they never did it when she was with us still because they didn't want that smoke. But now all of a sudden, all these people have a lot to say. And you got so called journalists out here talking in apps, the lutes. And if I was Virginia's estate, I'd be taking a long look at suing some of them. You can't just say whatever you want about people without backing it up. Let's see some receipts. You say she's lying. I say she's not.
So let's see your receipts. I've provided mine for seven years. What do you got to show me, Taurus? Oh, well, she said that she missed her remembered Alan Dershowitz. I couldn't be that she had had enough after all these years of lawsuits. What was there to gain by continuing to fight Dershowitz besides losing money, besides losing sleep, besides dealing with that dirty rotten son of a bitch in court. What was there to gain at that point? And let's not act like she said it didn't happen. She just said that she could have misidentified Alan Dershowitz. And a lot of people want to rewrite history. But that's not going to work when a lot of people know the history in Maxwell also claimed his 64 year old sister is a scapegoat for Epstein's crimes and is on the right side of history. I'm sure. I'm sure that history is going to remember her fondly, just like your dad. Just like your whole family, a whole family full of scumbags. What happened to Alan Sackle by the way?
Well, is Alan Sackle killed by somebody you know Ian Maxwell? Where were you when Alan Sackle had that unfortunate fall? Where were you when your father had that unfortunate fall? Hell, where were you when Jeffrey Epstein was killed? Look, we can play this game all day. I got plenty of shit to say about you. You goofy Mr. McGoo look a motherfucker. Real tough guy talking about people who are passed away. Real tough and it's wild when Virginia was alive. There was a whole lot of people that wanted to grift and be associated with Virginia in one way or the other. And all of them are real quiet now, aren't they? You would think that people that, you know, say they give a fuck would actually give a fuck, but here we are. But unfortunately for Ian Maxwell, that's it's never going to happen here. You want to pop off? That's cool. Say whatever you want, but expect a response. Because I'll be damned if I sit around and let somebody like Ian Maxwell try and rewrite
history and talk all kinds of recklessly about Virginia. Now, look, Virginia is not a perfect person and Virginia certainly should have her story scrutinized, but to come out and say the things that this man is saying and to act the way that they all act towards Virginia, it's a big time tell. You all hate her because she fucking cooked all of you. That's why you hate her. My sister is the fall guy. Somebody had to pay the price for what Epstein did and so the government and the media chose her. He said, the fact that she was dittling kids had nothing to do with it, huh? The fact that she was embezzling money, that had nothing to do with it. The fact that she was part of the conspiracy, that had nothing to do with it, huh? Who do these people think they're talking to? Hey, Ian Maxwell, your sister, she's a predator, a child molester, a human trafficker, and she belongs under the prison. Is that clear enough for you? Is that clear enough for all your little buddies that pump your bullshit?
Because all you can get built to ask, I mean, if that's what you want, you can get it. I'm not like the rest of these people. I've told you a hundred times, I'm not a journalist, I'm not some reporter. And while I am college educated, I also have a degree in ignorance. And if that's the level people want to get to and get down in the streets and be ignorant, I'm totally fine with that too. I mean, I try to be more like Sun Zoo in my old age, but sometimes that Machiavelli has to come out, right? And sometimes when people want that smoke, you just got to give it to them. And I guess this is one of those times, and he and Maxwell wants that smoke. I genuinely believe that if Epstein were alive, he would be incarcerated and she would be free. He's so fucking dumb. Why do you think that Epstein was charged with conspiracy? Do you think that that's where it would have ended? Maxwell would be rotting in a cell right next to him. If Epstein was alive, it wouldn't change one single thing about what Maxwell did.
Not one single thing. They'd just be imprisoned together. What she's going to rat on Jeffrey Epstein, I highly doubt it, I highly doubt it. She hasn't even in death, why would she if he was alive? Epstein died by suicide in a Manhattan jail in 2019 while awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges, including trafficking of minors. She's serving a 20-year sentence and has sought to overturn her conviction. That's worked out well. She's so innocent in such a scapegoat that every court in the land, including the Supreme Court, has told her to shut the hell up and go serve her sentence. But yeah, scapegoat, or stick with me, she's guilty of all the shit she was convicted of, and she's a piece of shit, like you're a piece of shit. The apple doesn't fall far from Daddy's tree, does it? He and Maxwell said her trial wasn't fair, and her conviction isn't safe. Elaine has done nothing wrong, and the length of her conviction is outrageous.
He told the outlet, yo, the only thing outrageous is you're saying the shit in public. Go back to whatever stupid ass piece of land you and your family pilfer from people and shut up, and at this point I'm going to encourage Congress to take a look into Ian Maxwell as well. Was he part of this? Did he receive money, ill-gotten gains from Jeffrey Epstein and his sister? What was his role? I got questions too, so Congress should call him in and oppose him. And maybe I'll contact Congress, and I'll advise them to do so. Probably a good idea, right? He has a lot to say. Maybe we should hear from Ian Maxwell under oath. He compared her sentence to that of Sean Diddy Holmes. You have a situation where somebody like P. Diddy stands front of the same federal court on the same charges and receives four and a half years of extreme physical battery. Am I sister? Receives twenty years. Your sister molested kids, you dumb fuck.
When it comes to Diddy, they couldn't prove coercion. How do I know? I covered the whole trial. I have a whole podcast covering the whole trial. They think you're stupid, and they think you don't understand what's going on. But they're wrong. Those days are over. They get along to go along peasantry. That might be something somewhere else, Mr. Maxwell. That shouldn't work in an America homie. And your sister, she got everything she deserves. And frankly, she deserves more. Golan Maxwell is now incarcerated at FPC Brian, a minimum security federal prison in Texas. The facility previously drew scrutiny after Lee D. Mell showed Golan Maxwell praising the cleanliness and saying she was much happier here and more importantly safe. While other inmates alleged, she received VIP treatment. She was transferred there in July from a higher security facility, completely out of line,
no excuse for it, and no reasoning behind it, and Todd Blanch at some point needs to be held accountable. I'm telling you now I'm not going to shut up about a special counsel. And I think that I've shown over the past seven years that I can be rather persistent. And I'll be the first to admit, I don't mind being petty either. If that's where you want to go and you want to take it, cool. We could take it there. I don't mind being petty. Like I said, I have a degree in ignorance and I have no problem using it. If that's where the battlefield ends up, cool. You want to end up in the battlefield of ideas and talking about actual case, cool. But if you want to get down in the street and you want to start, you know, talking stupid and demeaning people that aren't around to defend themselves, you better expect people to return that fire. You better expect people to challenge your bullshit. Ian Maxwell said he learned of his sister's arrest by the FBI while watching the news,
recalling that agents sent in a helicopter and 20 armed guards as though she was a menace to society. Man, shut the fuck up. They did the same shit when they raided my love one and they weren't charged with hurting kids, illegal gambling, wire fraud, you know, the typical Italian shit. But they had no problem kicking his door in. They had no problem dragging him out of the house like a common criminal in front of all of his fucking neighbors. No problem at all. And then they had no problem hitting them with like a hundred Rico predicates, hoping that one sticks, just trying to get him to plead guilty. Because you can't fight the federal government, right? Even when you have money like Diddy, it's a tough road. So I don't want to hear anything from Ian Maxwell. Go ask Khalif Browder about fair, ask his family about fair. He also argued that feminist should really support Elaine because she's a woman who has been treated abysmely by the system and said there's still a chance that President Trump might
respond to her plea for clemency. If he does, she's going to be hit by dual sovereignty in New York and they're going to charge her at the state level. Mark my words. I'm telling you right now, the party's not over for Elaine. If she gets clemency, she's going to get hit at the state level. And there's nothing that the Epstein administration can even do about it. So that's what's waiting for her if she gets pardoned. And feminists should rally around Golan Maxwell. I mean, for real? She was leading kids into the belly of the beast and molesting them with Jeffrey Epstein in some cases as she was convicted of. Ian Maxwell said he speaks with his sister by phone and said she has kept her sense of humor. Oh, that's nice. You know, it doesn't have a sense of humor anymore because they can't. Two people who were abused by you. Well, that would be Carolyn and Virginia. They can't have a sense of humor anymore, but I'm glad you're getting to yuck it up. You viled disgusting scoffoza.
You can have this kind of experience and turn it into something positive and not turn into something positive. Excuse me. He said, there's an amazing book in it for a start. Oh, yeah. Well, let's see the book. Write it. Write the book. He added that if she had anticipated her arrest, she would have flown to France at the outset because they don't extradite their citizens. That just tells you everything you need to know. I'm innocent, but I'm going to run to France. And no, they don't extradite their citizens there, but I'll seckel sure did fall off a mountain didn't he? Again, where were going sisters at the time? Ian Maxwell also pointed to the recently released Epstein files, claiming they contain documents that entirely support her contention that she did not receive a fair trial. Literally not true. Let's see those documents where they at, but she has no access to a computer in prison so she can't read them. He said, is it any wonder? I'm angry. Well, we don't give a fuck be as angry as you want.
You dumb clown, Mr. McGoo, goofy ass bitch. What are you going to do about it? You ain't going to do nothing about it. And none of your homies are either you're all cowards. The days of people fearing people like you are long over, bro, because everybody knows that the core, you're nothing but a coward, all of you, your bullies, your cowards. And then when the bill comes due, you cry victim, but the real victims are all of us who have been victimized by you and the people like you, you know, the Epstein class. So you think you're angry, buddy? Boy, you haven't seen anything yet. He described himself as Galaine's de facto spokesman and he said the family remains united behind her. Her brother is a British businessman and the son of late media mogul Robert Maxwell, who was 1991 death at sea, sparked one of the UK's biggest financial scandals after it was revealed he had looted his company's pension funds.
Boy, what a great family. And it's nice to see the legacy is still being held at the highest standard, right? The legacy for the Maxwell's blood is always thicker than water. He said the fact that she's my kid's sister and there's no compassion for her. She needs to have someone on her side. That's where family comes in. Well, guess what? I feel that same way about Virginia here. How about that? Nobody else is going to step up. I will. Because if you think I give a shit about the Maxwell family, about Jeffrey Epstein's folk conspirators about anyone adjacent to them and about anyone running cover for them, you got another thing coming. And look, I'm not saying people can't criticize or look into what Virginia claimed and that's why I provide all these core documents for you to get an idea of what happened for yourself. But what I find unacceptable is when you personally attack her. Like for real, first of all, she's dead. She can't defend herself. Second of all, you're speaking bullshit.
At least have decent criticism. I mean, try and punch holes in the facts. Why are you attacking her as a person? Why are you calling her the monster when it's your sister who molested her and other girls? It's a bullshit smiritactic. It's unacceptable. And it should be challenged and dismantled anytime that kind of shit is put forward. So Ian Maxwell has every right to talk about, you know, the process to say that he doesn't believe Virginia to say that he believes his sister well within his rights. But to come out and call Virginia the real monster to say that Virginia is at fault here, that his sister is a real victim. Well, that's obviously aligned too far. And that sort of rhetoric is going to be challenged every single time and it should be because quite frankly, it's a bunch of bullshit. And if Ian Maxwell is looking for monsters, all he has to do is head down to Texas and visit his own sister. Because if anybody is evil and embodies it, it most certainly is going to max well.
All right, folks, that's going to do it for this one. All the information that goes with this episode can be found in the description box.
