Nhưng khó không có nghĩa là không thể, và khi tất cả chúng ta sẵn sàng có những cuộc nói chuyện cởi mở về cảm xúc, ta có thể nhìn nhận một cách khách quan hơn, độ lượng hơn về bản thân mình và cả về những người thân yêu xung quanh chúng ta nữa.
