Adelaide Writers' Week appoints director Rosemarie Milsom

About this episode

It's the nation's oldest and largest literary event - which disappeared from the calendar this year.

Weeks before Adelaide Writer's Week was set to take place in February, more than 180 authors withdrew after Palestinian Australian author Randa Abdel-Fattah was dumped from the program.

Members of the board, the chair and director also resigned during this saga.

Today, the festival hopes to turn a new page with the appointment of Rosemarie Milsom as its new Director.

  • GUEST: Rosemarie Milsom, Adelaide Writers Week Director
