Active Health: S1E1 - Hay Fever - Ease the Sneeze

About this episode

The summer months are fantastic for exercising outdoors but if you’re a hay fever sufferer, then this time of year can be pretty miserable. Dr Juliet McGrattan talks us through her top tips for stopping hay fever from ruining your exercise plans. If you’re unlucky, hay fever can affect you for up to seven months of the year. Watery, itchy eyes and sneezing can make exercise hard and hay fever has a habit of making you feel lethargic and not at all in the mood for exercise. Using her four Cs, Juliet explains how to Count, Cover, Clean and Chat to ease the sneezes and keep active right through the summer. Simple steps to make the hay fever season bearable for active people.
