Actions have consequences. This is the nature of the world, regardless of the fact that men try to remove consequences from their actions. It is not just the sinful and worldly that fall into this trap. Christians fall into the same trap when they excuse sinful and evil behavior.
As a parent, when your child does foolish or dangerous things, do you correct them and point out the consequences or do you remain silent for fear of hurting their feelings?
…49 So will it be at the end of the age: The angels will come and separate the wicked from the righteous, 50 and throw them into the fiery furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Matthew 13:49-59
Warrior’s Prayer
Lord, I come before you seeking the strength and skill to overcome my enemies. Grant me I pray, the wisdom to recognize evil, the courage to confront it, and the strength to destroy it. In Jesus’ name, I pray, amen.
