Christine W. Chen is an acclaimed film producer, director, and writer, recognized for her unique storytelling approach. She holds a B.A. from Rice University and an MBA from the University of Texas McCombs. Since embarking on her filmmaking journey in 2010, Chen has crafted over 15 short films and two feature films, notably the feminist thriller "Erzulie," which has garnered attention for its fresh take on mermaid mythology. Her films have been showcased at prestigious festivals such as the New Orleans Film Festival, Hollyshorts, and the Bermuda International Film Festival. In addition to her work behind the camera, Chen is a full-time DGA QL 1st Assistant Director and has contributed to the film industry through her self-published book "Get Reelisms," aimed at aspiring filmmakers. She is the CEO of Moth to Flame Films, a company focused on producing unique stories for businesses, artists, and musicians.
