It's Orlando's own Tom and Dan. Grant, Florida, lobby, going up. Hey, why is the bathroom garbage can just filled with soppy wet brown diapers? Oh, yeah, what's going on? I mean, Joey is here, any partner with a quadico? I'm not a quadico. I'm not using them to dump them left over diapers.

69th floor, penthouse, corporate offices, studio. Oh, yeah. It's a corporate time with Tom and Dan. Tonight on our corporate time with Tom and Dan. Tom and Dan, welcome. Joey to talk about what's happening in Central Florida with Halloween. And here they are. The Sputacula and Boomeria Radio. Tom and Dan. Welcome to a corporate time with Tom and Dan. I'm Tom. I am Dan. We're live on Twitch, we're live on YouTube. Come on over and watch the show live at Tom and Dan live. We just taped some love by neighbor. Great show, talking about petty sex. You could have watched that.

You could watch our next guest who is going to, we're going to dip our toes into talking about theme parks a little bit unless you have some business to. Oh, you want to talk about the cruise real quick? I will. We're doing our cruise next year, next September. You can go to Tom and Dan cruise 2027.com, presented by JustCallMo.com. You could book it, put down your deposit. It holds the current price, which is around $1200 for a cabinet of two. And you get the drink package for two with that the entire weekend. You get free Wi-Fi. It's a good deal, especially nowadays where things are so crazy expensive. Like, essentially, once you get the, you know, you get 15 drinks a day per person. So you get 30 drinks a cap and a day. And then the free Wi-Fi and then unlimited food, great food, and MSC, all the restaurants. Yeah, it's awesome. All the buffets and everything.

And then you have two stops. One in NASA, one at Ocean K, their private resort. And your drinks work on the island. So if you're drinking, you get on the island, you get 15 drinks on the island if you want to. On their private island, Ocean K, it does work. And then I was to say in today, like, I love going on these cruises because we have such a big group of people on the boat. It's not the whole boat. Like, obviously, we're amongst the higher-shigger groups of the boat. Yeah, but you always see Tom and Dan listeners because we have landyards as they Tom and Dan, and then you have your, you know, the landyard has all the events. Like a loose itinerary. And so just seeing other Tom and Dan listeners, like, I imagine if I'm on a cruise, a group cruise, you're just amongst a bunch of friends. And like, our listeners are super cool. They are. And they're... I enjoy doing the show with them. I even talked about how I like mediocre idle. We do some singing up there. It's really, really fun. Except everybody. Everyone's super positive. Everyone, you get kids up there singing. Yeah. Like, it's a lot, a lot of fun.

If for how negative mean to anyone, I'm negative, but is it where... The comedy rooted in negative. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And, but our listeners is a great group of people. I love... I enjoy hanging out with them. I think you guys would enjoy hanging out with too. So much in fact that I brought my daughter even when she was like a baby, baby. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You know, people would hang out with her and hold her and talk to her. And like, you know, you guys treat us like family. You are family as far as I'm concerned. When you hear... You family. If you've never gone on a cruise, this is a great first cruise because you are with a giant cruise. Well, it's also a big boat. And, yeah, yeah. And then... MSC doesn't very nice job. You can make friends faster because, immediately, when you see people with Tom and Dan Landier, you can sit at their table, you can start talking to them. You have the show and icebreaker around your neck. Yes. You have the show and comment. And I truly believe everybody is cool with everybody. You start with the awkward touch tips. Handshake. And then you're off to the races. Yeah. Anyway. So, Joey Musans here. How you doing, Joey? What's up, everybody?

So, it is Halloween Hornite season. Right now, it's going on. And I'm sure how many times have you been so far? I've only been five. Okay. You've been five times. Five times. And so... I'm addicted. I do love it. I look forward to it every year. So, I'm seriously considered. My sons have always been on the cusp of, like, not into... Especially my youngest son Max. He's like into haunted houses and stuff. Not so much. And... I wasn't when I was his age. Not my thing. But I feel like I want to take them and I want some advice from you, Joey. Absolutely. I mean, this year, one of the scare zones is Fortnite Mers. They see it. It's so good, dude. You walk through... So, what they do is... And then we talked about this before with the Bill and Ted Show. It's nice that there's a funny element to it. Because when we think of horror movies, we think of booze, scare. But there's like army of darkness. There's those movies that... Yeah, they're horror movies, but they give you a laugh. You know what I would like?

I'd like them to do 80s movies. Like, when you said... When I think of horror movies, I think of like humor. Not me. When I think of like my generation's horror movies, I think at some point, one of these co-eds, tops gonna get pulled down by a murderer. I got to tell the store with Davis, the guy who's the leprechaun from leprechaun movies. We went to a con and he was there. And he's like, I need to know, of all of the times I've killed people in movies, what's your favorite? I raised my hand and I go, remember in leprechaun too, when you turn that girl's boobs into motor blades and killed that guy? Yeah, that was awesome. And he's like, wow, you're twisted. And I'm like, but booze. Wait a minute. In leprechaun too. Yep. Warwick Davis, who plays the leprechaun. He's also a little person. Yeah. He turns a woman's breast into motor blades, and it kills somebody? Yeah. You gotta watch that with your socks, right? That's the movie we've found. We've got two in our dresses. Leprechaun, it'll introduce it to your boys. I'm like, come on. I'll give some some weirdo fetish

that they'll never be able to fulfill in their life. Every time he looks at a lawn mower, he gets excited. You can fulfill anything, man. We have one of the higher concentrations of little people in the country in Orlando. So Joey, if I'm going to start off with, if I want to take my sons to Halloween Horror Nights or my family, wins the best time to go. Okay, because I look at it like, okay, well, maybe now is the best time because it's hot in September that they're going to have the least amount of crowds. We had a British BDM in here last Friday, and he was at Halloween Horror Nights. I always started something to my kid. She is addicted to British standing now. Sorry, my son's wrong. He's a dude. Some sort of rat. There's some, she ate some candy this morning. She loves called PUD. PUD, yeah. You pull it. Yeah. You do it. Everybody. Have a search over here. Pull my wig off. I look like the guy who brought the joke man. Grandma's day. Yeah, amazing. Macy asked me, she's like, put a putt in my lunch box.

I'm like, what the hell are you talking about? So I'm thinking maybe now is the best time, but then I'm like, but I want to go closer to Halloween. But then I get scared because I'm like, ah, close to Halloween is what everybody wants to do. And that's going to be crazy and saying busy. I mean, it's always going to be packed. Just pick your, pick your poison man. Just go. And that's what I tell myself too. Like it is always going to be packed. So I'd rather go closer to Halloween to get the Halloween feel, like at least like October, mid-October or something. Yeah. Or just October and general instead of like mid-Zeptember. So what do you say, Joey? If it doesn't matter to your boys, take them now. It's awesome. We've done all 10 houses and they now open back in the day. This goes back when I lived 23 years when I moved here. The big secret was you would book a 5 p.m. reservation at Finnegan's and you would go sit down, you would eat and then of course at 5.30 they walk around and they go, ladies and gentlemen, the park is closing. If you have a Halloween Horror Nights ticket, raise your hand, we're going to give you a bracelet. And then what they would do is at 5.45 before the gates open,

they would crack the gates and you could run and do the houses early. Fast forward to now, they actually charge for it. And it's called stay in screen. You go to the park early. This is the earliest they've ever done it. You can literally start going into houses at two o'clock in the freaking afternoon. Oh wow. Two p.m. you're already doing houses. And but the parks are already open. Yes. So that you're doing the houses, but only if you have a Halloween Horror Nights to stay in screen, take a right. Correct. So the funny thing is you'll have people walking around the park that are like, can I go in this house? And let me see your tickets. I don't have a ticket. I know like then you can't go. And then oh man, those poor employees. People in the chat room, multiple people are talking about how they love stay in screen. So a couple of votes for stay in screen. So if I was going to do Halloween Horror Nights with my sons, just do stay in screen. And that way, I imagine you, like you're getting the houses pretty quick without the use lines. You can be completely done with the park by seven o'clock. Okay. You go at two o'clock. You knock out that Aussie house is so freaking good, dude.

Oh my gosh. If you're an Aussie Osborne fan, God did they pay tribute to him so well? Because it's not like Sabbath. You're not going to get Iron Man. You're not going to get war pigs. It's a crazy train. Bark at the moon. It's so good. If you're a metalhead, you will love the Aussie house. It's so well done. Do they have any Peepy Dogs in there? Like walking around or a fat Kelly Osborne versus a skinny Kelly Osborne? Or those like Peepy Dog pads that rich people put all put on their house. Like you can jump in. Which then I have to step over your Peepy Dog pad to get out the front door. And don't do them oddly. Like is this worth having like the gear on Peepy Pads everywhere? Playing about the Peepy Pads for a second, they look way too medical. You have no idea. I know. It makes me look like a map. Yeah, make it look like something for a dog. Put some colors on. Put some paws on it. It's blue and white. I'm like, well, who's grandpa died? Or just make it look like a regular door map. That way instead of like a medical grandpa diaper. Yeah, just put making it put some palm trees on it.

And make it look like a door map. Just so I don't have to step over your medical diaper getting outside the house. It's gross. Anyway. So now the problem with that, Joey, is I feel like I'm losing some of the essence of Halloween hornites because I'm getting there. It was 2 p.m. in September. Thank you. Thank you. And now, yes, I did go through all the houses, but it's still light outside. And now I'm leaving. And I'm like, I got that done. And I'm like, well, was it a job or are you supposed to have fun? Everything's a job now. All chores. Yes, I did get through all the houses from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. And it was 900 degrees outside. But did I get the Halloween hornites feel? That's very interesting. Well, part of it for me, this is going to sound really stupid immature. But this is a big deal for me. And this is why I don't like going during the day. OK. Part of Halloween hornites to me is people walking around with light up necklaces and swirly light up glasses for the bottom, like rotates, and it's got like LED lights. Yeah. That's all part of it. And it's nighttime. Yeah, it's nighttime.

But you can't see those during the day. I like the light up stuff at night. I really do. It really adds to the atmosphere for me. Halloween horn. It's the lights. Yeah. I like it in the name. I like it at night. You're not wrong, dude. The best thing you can do is because all the houses are indoors. So the truth is, if you want to do this systematically, we'll call it for lack of utter term. Go early, knock out the houses, and then go to the scare zones at night when it's dark. So I get what you're saying about treating it like it's a job. You know, you take your boys and you blow through the houses so that you can say, hey, check. And then hang out at night. Go through the scare zones. Go get that pizza that they have over at Louie's. That's the five nights at Freddy Pizza, where they put pasta on the pizza. And do the gimmicky stuff, but save that for nighttime. During the daytime, knock out the houses. Oh, there are all indoors anyway. Yeah, that makes sense. And like, so let's talk about the crowds. Have you seen it being reasonable?

Like, I imagine as we get to like, you know, October 31st, they do Halloween hornights. And that's the most, the busiest day, right? Of course. Oh, okay. Yes, because it's not like, we joked about the, the dink, double-income, no kids. It's a sea of them, dude. It's just a bunch of people in their 30s and 40s that don't have kids that are like, I don't have to go to Shikr Treats. So I'm going to Hornights and it's like, cool. You don't have to tell me that, just do it. But they, they go. And that's what it is. And it's insanely packed over. It's not. Can you dress up? No. And that is the only, that it literally, the only thing that Disney holds over universal is that at the Disney Halloween event, you can dress up. But I'm 44, I don't need to dress up. I'm good. No, I know, I just know I'm your right. We don't really do like to dress up. And I've always wondered if anybody even tries to sneak it in them, sure, they're really. Oh, you can wear a costume. You just can't have a mask, right? Oh, it looks like the event sponsored by Hot Topic. It's just a bunch of girls in black and a bunch of dudes invests with cash. Oh, it's a good time.

Don't get me wrong. I'm not throwing shade. I'm just stating the obvious. Gotcha. So let's go over some of the houses this year. What are we looking at? The Aussie houses phenomenal. Stranger Things House is cool, if you're a fan. HR Blood and Guts, a friend of a friend of a friend of ours designed in the US. Yeah. All the names. So good, dude. It's all about a guy who 15 years ago, he had a house. And it's the mini houses. It's where you're going through a haunted house and instead of it being one, five and a half minute experience, it's 10, 45 second experiences where there are little mini houses. Think of like the old Grind House movie studios where you would go and watch a bunch of horror movies in a row. So as you walk through the house, it's zombie strippers. It's Dr. Pumpkin Spice. It's like it's a bunch of jokes. It's the funny house. And it's, that's a good time. Centres, dude. Centres is so good. Oh, if you've seen the centers movie, you will take, it's a religious experience. Dance off, they do a dance off. They do a dance off with a racist.

Irish ghost. Did you know that's one of the only ways to battle races? They should have done this at the Kia Center with those Nazis. Had a dance all over them. Is the ghost of Jimmy Hendrix shooting musical notes? Who did that with someone? Who? We are an anti-centered movie show. Oh, I did not know that. Sorry. We make fun of it all the time. I mean, it's moving on. Anyway, I watched that whole movie the first time not knowing that the two guys are the same person. I did not know that. Smoking, staccous. Smoking staccous. I did not know that that was the same actor. The first one. Michael Bejellin. Yeah, no, no, no. I'm not even going to make that joke. And when I found out after, not that I'm brisk. Oh, sir. You didn't go like, hell, they knew that. Split screen, I like to scream. Split, this goddamn split screen. I've seen Erkel do that. I'm going to have to stop that hard. That's their phone. Oh my gosh. Oh, man. Oh, it's a... Oh, Stephon House would be awesome.

Erkel versus Stephon. House would be pretty awesome. We made the joke about it because everybody loves nostalgia. Everybody hangs on to something they remember from their youth. What if they did a year where every house was 90's themed? And it would just look like saved by the bell, but the horror version of it. Okay, yeah. And it would be, could be Jesse Spano screaming. I'm so excited. I'm so scared. Yeah, we all think that they should at least do 190's house. I feel like that one. I think they have. They have that. I think they have. Nothing will ever be muscle babies with poopy diapers. I'm sorry. I forget that house, but they had muscle men in diapers with big baby heads on. And it smells like crap in the house. And I was like, this is it. You nailed it. We did last night. We went and we went through, it's called CyberGoria. And the premise of the house is that you could live forever. And the robots are going to put you in a giant Ziploc bag and freeze you. And in a thousand years, you're going to be brought back and they have the technology. Turns out they don't. The robots go nuts. And we, it's in the fast and the furious where the fast and furious was.

God rest family, family, family. And you would walk through that house and it was it reaped. And I remember asking the girl that worked there, I go, hey, is that supposed to smell like that? And she was like, no, I think there's a bunch of people that just have a horn deodorant today. I'm so bad. I'm scared. And I'd be on the ass too. I respect her honesty. I drive house. So Joey, let's talk about the other Halloween themed events in Central Florida that kind of compete against hornites because I feel like for the younger kids, you got Disney's. Of course. What is it called? Mickey's not so scary Halloween. Yeah. And how's that? It's adorable. It's cute. You're not going to be scared. You're going to do the friggin' hocus, pokus show and every, every dilly, dilly dad is going to pretend they know the words and they, it's adorable. And that's all it is. If you go to Disney, you're getting what you're getting. Everybody's dressing up. There's always a sea of people dressed like their favorite prints or princess. There's a million Jack Sparrows. It's, you know, it's my favorite though and it never gets old.

I do love this and I'm not making fun of it. They have these grave diggers that have these shovels that spark when they touch the ground. And they do almost like a version of stomp. They do like a dance with the sparking shovels and it's cool. It's like it never gets old. It's one of those things where if I see it, I'll stand, I'm going to stand there and watch it until they're completely gone. I love it. And the big thing is they bring back a goofy movie, which is, I think it's 30 years old now. But what are they doing a sequel to that? If they are, I really hope they bring back, we got to meet the guy who did the voice of goofy at an nostalgia con. And dude's awesome. They do a legends of Disney every year where there's a big festival and you can go and meet these guys and get your picture with them. And if they bring it back, they have Max Goof, which is goofy son, dressed as power line, which was the character from the movie that was the Michael Jackson. That's the real meta that that's like they're, that's crazy. Yeah, that's really cool. I think we are getting a goofy movie too.

Or maybe we are. But the two was when Disney bought ESPN, they did a very goofy movie. But the problem was there was no music in it. And it was sponsored by ESPN. So it was all about like the X games and Max is a skateboarder who's going to some, it was like, this does not feel like the original. It makes me kind of sad that goofy son Max looks at him so goofy and I guess that's kind of embarrassed by him. I don't know why. So the Sanfordonson where the, the, the publishing company stole the idea for a new show from Sanfordonson. Have you seen that? No, they made a Jewish version of Sanfordonson in Sanfordonson and then Fred goes and tries to sue them for a million dollars. And I always think you're going to go to Disney trying to sue them for like a million dollars. I'm of course power lines. So do little power. Voiced by Tevin Campbell of all people. It's such an obscure 90s pop star. I loved me some Tevin Campbell back in the day. What about hollow scream? Hollow scream is amazing and the best way for me to describe this is when you go to

Universal Studios, yeah, you're scared, but it's so polished. 35 years they've been doing this. So you're scared, but you're scared. It's like, it's the difference between going to a zoo versus Jurassic Park. Like you're a zoo. All those animals can't get me. They're fine. I'm safe. You go to SeaWorld's hollow scream and it's like, am I in a Walmart parking lot right now? What is going on? Yeah. Have you been to a quadrica hole? Oh, man. Oh, that's like literally like a nightmare on a hill. It's terrifying because it feels like like, okay, you ever been to a trash can to throw away a hot dog? Are there 65 dirty diapers in it? A quadrica. Open that house. 65 dirty diapers. Oh, spilling out. Spilling out. They look like a sea. Look at nightmare before Christmas. Oogie, boogie, sea. Boogie, soap diaper. I see you have. Do not know about swim diapers. And you're just opted to do a regular soggy ass.

Big brown soggy diaper. I've been putting on the trash, Jim. So whenever you go to Halloween Horror Nights, there's booths everywhere with really cool food, really cool snacks, really cool junk food. It's awesome. One of the things they have at Halloween Horror Nights to share is one of the best things I've ever had at a theme park. It is a Smash Burger Taco. They actually make it, they take a Smash Burger patty and put it in a taco. Delicious. Absolutely wonderful. I love deep fried pizza. Dude, yes. I'm telling you. I like, you know, I'm a fat kid at heart. I'm not going to lie. My family's from Italy. All we do is eat and drink. It's our thing. And there was a house, Halloween screen set up as far as like other houses like six houses. And this is the first year they got a sponsored house. Totally it's all original IP and electro property. Look at them. Yeah, right. It's like, what could you hit and come up with the plate? They got out. I know what you did last summer. Okay. That's pretty good. Data reference, but still good for them. They're going to have a, I know what you did last summer. They got a shaved head jack black and then a, oh man. Was it he in that movie? And are all the animal exhibits closed?

Like I mean, I imagine. I'm like, but I put a little, put some thing. I put a little, put some thing on a dog. It's a Dracula cave. A camel. Yeah, I would like them to dress up the animals. And then bring them along, put a camel with a, with a, a big old, marg Simpson wig on it. But you couldn't do Simpson's. You know, it's funny. As universal won't be able to do Simpson soon. We talked about that before. Disney owns Fox. Yeah. But one of the cool things that they do is, again, it speaks to what we're joking about. They have a booth at SeaWorld for a halosgrain called a shot of courage. And you basically give them 10 bucks and you roll a 20-sided dice and they have 20 canisters. And you don't know what they are. And they'll pour you a shot of whatever's in it and you just drink it. Oh, a quadricodiper! What? Come and Dan to tell you about our friends over at the Orlando Science Center. Check them out, osc.org. Yep. The Science Night Live is coming up.

That's the adult only. You got to be 18 and over. They got, they serve drinks out there. You can check out the Orlando Science Center at night. That new phenomenon exhibit is awesome. Oh, yeah. It's a brand new experience they've had for a minute. It's a great date night with cocktails and or derms. Yep. And it's only $5 if you're a member. That's why you should become a member at osc.org. But it's Science Night Live coming up August 22nd at Orlando Science Center. osc.org. I love it when these guys come by my house. I'm talking about our friends over at Burn, Pest Control. And B-Y-R-N-E-Pest.com because I know I'm going to be pest free. Yep. All types of pests, termites, they can help you out. Set up that quarterly. Yeah. Go ahead and get on there. That way you're not having to deal with it. You live in Florida, you need pest control. You get a 10% discount off of your initial pest control service for anyone that mentions Tom and Dan. So just yell Tom and Dan. Family owned and operated for over 30 years in Central Florida. Give them a call, it's burnpass.com. Believe me, leadership pays.

First hire good men. Then see that they're well trained on their own product and on competitive products. It's a corporate time with Tom and Dan. And it was funny because for those that, that, regulars, I enjoy a drink once in a while. And it was funny. We go to the booth and there was eight of us. And we all took a shot and we poured them. And I just like, I go, oh, that's great goose. And somebody took a shot and they're like, okay, and I go, oh, that's yeager. You're doing yeager, myster, one of these things. And I'm just naming the shots in this 21 year old kid. He looked at me like I was like a Jedi master. It was one, it was a fun moment for me. Yeah, it was a Jedi master or alcohol. That's a spectrum of respect right there. I'm like looking at alcohol. I can be like, oh, look at that Jedi master. I go drink alcohol all day. And I'm like, oh, I'm getting the others that I'm forgetting about a hollusk dream.

If you, if you don't mind driving an hour and a half to get there, Legoland does something super cute for the kids where I love the name of it. Brickertree. Brickertree. I saw the billboards and brickertree. I'm like, what is that? It looks good though. It's cute. It's literally for the kids. You joke all the time people come to town and they're like, hey, we're going to go to Universal, Disney, SeaWorld. What do you think of Legoland? I said, Legoland is awesome until you hit the ripe old age of eight. Then it's, your kids are going to be bored. So it's like a not so scary where it's like it's four little. It's a not even kind of scary Halloween. It's adorable. Like a celebration for little. Yeah, it's for the babies that love Legos, not throwing shade. It's just if you want to be scared, you don't go there. It's cute. It's very, very next level cute. The kids go there. They get to brickertree. They get their Legos. There are little many figs. It's cute. It's super cute. So on a spectrum of scary, holoscream first. Ten. And then Halloween hornet is a solid eight. Mickey's not so scary. It sits at a two brickertree negative seven. Okay.

Okay. Wemzical infot. It is. And that's what I say. It's not bad. It's just if you're looking to be scared, it's cute. That's what they're going for. Let's push gardens do anything. Push gardens does holoscream as well. And bush gardens is similar to SeaWorld. It's 10, 11. It's terrifying. Well, I'll put this. I know St. Cloud, the city of St. Cloud is advertising with us. There's a scare trail happening this year. And we'll be talking about it more promoting it. But this is kind of what I was raised on are the ones that were like the Delan, Kowano's present. Yeah. That's what I got. You know, there was no such thing as going to like some big theme parking and getting a haunted house. Very lucky. The Lions Club of Delan would put on like they take their entire facility and make it into a haunted house and run it for like a month or run it for like two weeks. Yeah. Yeah. And that's kind of what I covered. Very local. Yeah. It was fun. Yeah. And we did one of my church back when churches like I had a like I think about that now, like not a lot of churches would do that. We did a straight up haunted maze through the dam sanctuary of the church.

Yeah. Yeah. That's where I was at in Pittsburgh. Yeah. There's a cornfield up and outside of Pittsburgh called Cheesman's Farm and you would go there and they actually had you would get on like a haunted hay ride and they would drive you through and people would be jumping out of trees and throwing like like apples and it was nuts. And then at one point another hay ride comes up and almost carines into the side of your tractor. Like it's terrifying when it's not safe by a insurance company. Oh yeah. Well, because somebody's dad driving. Yeah. And they're like, go ahead and see me. Got nothing. Yeah. So then it's like I'm a fellow. These are really going to be scary because there's no lawsuits going on. True. But the thing that always took it for me is like, why is my physics teacher, my 10th grade physics teacher driving a tractor? Why is my Spanish teacher over here? Because there's a lot of local. Yeah. And you're just like, I don't, okay. There's a lot of volunteers. So, but the same cloud one looks great. Yeah. Yeah. And Sir Henry's Haunt is that that's out there as well. Oh, okay. And that's the one where you again, it's a cornfield.

You go out and it's terrifying because it doesn't feel safe. And that's kind of, that's the next level. That's what you're going for. When you go to these multi-billion dollar companies and it's polished, you're like, it's scary, but it's scary because I go around to Ben and Rar. Oh, I didn't see that coming. Do you remember, do you guys remember, maybe I'm misremembering this, maybe I had a dream about it? Wasn't there like a haunted paintball trail? Oh, there's, I saw some Facebook advertising about some sort of like zombie paintball experience that they take you and then you shoot at the zombie. Yeah. And then there's a bunch of actors that have like full gear on dress like zombies and then you shoot paintball guns out of the school bus windows. The thing to talk about is that they, they have the paintball guns attached to the bus roof in a way that you can't like turn them around and just like, you know, it's like the old, you want to be able to injure somebody. Yeah. Right. I understand. I had like put my gun down, but like, so are two shoes of the foot.

Yeah. But yeah, they have freedom, true freedom. Yeah. Which I, I could see the novelty fun behind it. But I'd rather be like in like playing what they have the zombies in the woods and then like doing something. Yeah. Then they're just like shooting out of a bus window. Got it. Got it. The Mattest I've ever been in that exact situation and this is such a dated reference, but I'm hoping you'll walk with me. Do you remember the TV show Step by Step, Patrick Duffy? Oh, and in the, right? And in the opening segment, the two hot ones, they're doing the thing where you shoot the water at the, at the bullseye and you fill the balloon and it pops and the clowns melt. They, right, but they grab the gun and they shoot each other. And I remember being so pissed off as a kid because I go, I've been to that park. Those guns are attached at the base. You can't do that. Oh, you're a top. You're a top. You can't, you can't just spend this one. I just couldn't enjoy it because I was like, that's fake. You can't pick the gun up because you can't shoot people because I tried to shoot the kid that worked there and it didn't work. I gotta be able to suspend this belief.

I remember watching Step by Step when I was a kid and I'm like, I hope one day they make movies about this. And they're, and my dream game truth, Kelly. I'm like, I'm trying to come true. My miscubi did. I was like, one time, Velma will bend over to pick up her glass. Maybe she'll bend over to pick up your glass. And the scoopie will be in there. That's how you got that. I want to stand you forward. Oh my God, I just put the stoner or a friend. Always friend. Or just punch your ass. Just definitely. Definitely! I'm not so wild. Definitely. No scooby. Don't call it a scooby stack. That's a scuff. Speaking of which girl scouts are releasing for the first time ever this year. Their first ever dog cookie. Oh. It's one of their new favorites. I don't know. need that. Nobody asked for that. Nobody asked. Someone did. That's one. And they're selling it. But the some of the one of the coolest things you got to do is we talked about the

staying screen being such a big deal. Yeah. Because back in the day that what that was is you go back 20 plus years. This goes all the way back to whenever Halloween Hornets was two parks. I mean, do you remember how much fun that was going through the corn maze behind the scenes to go for? Never did that. Never had a chance to do it. It was it was so brilliant and we talked about it before where this is when universal asked for forgiveness not permission. And that was when Marvel superhero island they had island under siege and maximum carnage took over. And that was when he killed spider man. And they had cat in America and pailed on a stake. And what it was I do remember that. That was awesome. So what would happen is that the whole point was you would make a reservation that they have that Irish pub inside of universal. It's it's currently being refurbished. But back in the day, you would make the 5 p.m. reservation. And you and your friends would sit inside there and then they would walk around and say to anybody who has a Halloween hornet ticket, we're going to give you a wristband and we're going to let you go into the park before everybody so like yeah, I got to pay 20 bucks for a salad, but it's worth it because I get to go to the house first. And that's why now you have to show up at two o'clock in the

afternoon to do that thing. Do they still do the the behind the scenes with the lights all on? Unmasking the fear. Absolutely. They do a three house and a six house version of it. And it is awesome. If if you were a kid in the 90s that watched the DVD commentary on a movie, it's for you. If you're the guy that stays after the credits to see the bonus features, it's for you. It's really cool. Is they turn the lights on in the house and you walk through and I love the term Boohole. They show you all their booholes. That's where people hide in little corners. That's out. That's out. That's out in Spanish. I know that. I'm at any time with that. And they show you where all the people hide. So if you do get a little squeamish, it kind of takes the edge off because as you're walking through the house, you're like, I know somebody's going to jump out over here or I know somebody's going to fall from the ceiling over here. And that really helps. If you are again, just I feel like we were the first people to kind of put that out there when we did our podcast where

we walked behind the boohole. And then when I saw that they were doing these tours, I'm like, I think they got that a little bit. Not of course, it's like they got it for us. They stole it. I want my boohole. They stole it for me. These booholes were what I blew up. Well, Tom and Dan's represented. There's always every year. There's a Tom and Dan magnet on like a refrigerator. I heard this year we did not get any stickers, but I have it under very loose, maybe anonymous tip that there is a car somewhere in a house. The license plates as BDM. All right. That's what I heard. You know what? You know what? I'll be true. I'll be true. I mean, our listeners have been hiding Easter eggs in Halloween Hornsites houses for a long time. Yeah. Very long time. There might be a car in the very opening of a movie about, they're being dead that's quite evil. And maybe that's where it is. All right. There you go. Good to know. Good to know.

So besides Halloween food, what about the food there? Oh my gosh, dude. If my inner fat kid loves Halloween because you're going to get to go to where Louis Pizza is over by where the Fast and the Furious was, they do a pizza this year where it's a slice of Brooklyn pie. And that means it's basically a fourth of a flatbread pizza. And they put pasta and meatballs and pepperoni on it. It's like eight billion calories, but God will it cure a hamburger? They've got any desserts. Oh my gosh, over at the centers area. If you go to, let me think, you walk past the born star. Racist dance off pudding. Racist. Racist dance off pudding. It's amazing. They also do a fried catfish and grits, which is nice over there. That's not a stereotype. I can't wait to talk to you off air. I have so many things that I just tell us on there. I can't because Tom and Dan is safe. I don't know how to say it. I don't know how to say it. I'm not safe from anything. I'm scared of it. You see the people listening to this. They can handle anything.

They got rid of sexy break dance fighting. They got rid of that show where they used to have over where Fear Factor live is. That's where the the Bill and Ted show used to be. And then it became with a, what do they call it? Sexy Fire Dance Show where it's just a bunch of attractive people dancing while there's fire. I like that. But it's the same show every year with no story added. This is the first year they finally changed it. It's all about vampires now. And that show is amazing. If you want to see talent, real amazing dancers, amazing performers, aerialists, contortion, that show is safe. Are we going to thongs? Yeah, let's take your boys. Yeah, I know. I need to show them more of that. Do they still do the Beetlejuice show or is that data? Womp, Womp. Okay. That's been, yeah. The Beetlejuice graveyard review is was the best show in a theme park in the world. And unfortunately it's gone. We've talked about that. We're Wayne Brady and Joey Fattone. Got that start. Okay. He's reopening fat ones, by the way. Yes. It opens up the end of the month. Yeah, he's redoing it. He did it back in like 20 in the 20 early 2000.

In the Florida month. Yeah, but he's bringing back home of the fat one. Is it in Disney Springs or something like that? No, no, it's a universe. It's a city walk. It's a city walk. Okay. It's where the hot dog Hall of Fame used to be. It's right across from where they took out to love hot dog Hall of Fame. It's so good. A bunch of crazy hot dogs. I never knew. I've never heard of it. You could just go over there. They had all different crazy hot dogs. So hot dog Hall of Fame was based on it's for the sports fans. You could watch a game. They had the big screen TVs right there. And it was hot dogs from famous cities that are famous for their hot dogs. You know, you get a Chicago dog and there's going to be sour crouton and stuff on the pickles. The pickles, yes, the Pittsburgh dog had French fries on it. The Boston dog had chili on it. It was cool. And they had a aquatic dog had a diaper on it. And I love you, bro. You're the best. You're the best. The whole time. And then you can say, Francisco dog. It's a front temple. Oh, my god. I'm sorry. The best jokes are followed by. I'm sorry.

And so that's going to be fat ones now. And that Joey Fattone will be there. The whole of the fat one. The whole of the fat one. Come get a fat one. It made sense at City Walk. I heard when they was fat ones downtown Orlando. I think he had a couple fat ones. I thought it was in a mall. He was the Florida mall is the only one I know. Yeah, Florida mall. Yeah. I mean, there's a lot of tourists there. But I feel like City Walk is the, you know, the place to do that. Where it's like, oh, Joey Fattone. If I can be slightly critical. I think the whole franchise is built on the phrase home of the fat one. Of course. Well, I mean, the fact that the dog means it either. You're sooner of saying it's kind of like the ray gun documentary is built on one dance move. Yeah. And the reveal of said dance move at the end of the documentary. The fat ones, the whole thing is built on home of the fat one. Yeah, yeah. The hot dog is literally a side show. Yeah, yeah. And the fact that his last name is Patone. That's the point. That's the thing. I'm saying like it's like a whole with a fat one. That's it. That's all we need.

A hot dog can be average at best. It doesn't even matter. Yeah. Keeping with the city walk mentality. What's really cool that they did is one of the houses at, at Halloween Hornets, they have 10 houses. And one is called invasion. And it's all about it. I like that they didn't go stereotypical alien invasion in like a popular city. It's like this little barn in the middle of the southwest got invaded by aliens. So it's very redneck-y and funny. Oh, that's more fun. Yeah. I like that. So what they did is they took that a step further and they put that house in city walk at the Red Coconut Club, which is now an invasion-themed bar. So if you go that's fun. It's so good, dude. You're in the downstairs area and it's got corn fields and it's got, you know, there's aliens everywhere. There's a live band that performs that does 28-minute segments. And then at the end of the segment, all the sudden, the band gets possessed by aliens and the green lights hit them and they're like, we are here to tell you that music is safe. It's, it's campy. It's fun. Yeah, yeah. But then you go upstairs to the VIP bar,

which again is totally free. And as you walk up the steps, there are people and cows and corn nailed to the wall, almost as if the alien ray is sucking you up into their ship. And when you get to the top of the steps, you're in the alien ship. Everything's got blue lights and green lights and all the drinks are themed to be like, you got sucked up into an alien ship. It's, again, it's very campy. It's 1960s Batman, but it's hilarious. Very cool. And it's a great theme. So let's just talk about price for a second, just to get an understanding about what, a family of four want to, like, that's $9,000. Yeah. So me and Crystal want to take the boys out to Halloween ornites. I'll get the pre-screen passes. Okay. But wait a minute, is Crystal gonna go through the houses? Should you dial her ticket back if she's not, she doesn't like that stuff, does she? Yeah, no, she'll go through that. Okay, all right. Because they're not that scary. Just trying to save you some money. You know, it's not that scary, you know, for the most part. I mean, you know, you're with an insane amount of people. They do a good job, but it's in like, they're limited to how, you know,

you know, they're not gonna touch you. And there's certain things that you feel comforted by the giant corporation of it. Anyway, so a family of four with the pre-tickets, I want to go out. Stay in screen. You want stay in screen for tickets. Yeah, I want to go to that restaurant you're talking about and see that. Eat there, drink there, drink all my. I'm just saying, there's a way to, how many light-up cups? Everyone gets a light-up cup. Yeah, I want some, everybody gets a light-up necklace. All right, are you wearing a jester hat or not? Who gets jester hat? I want to buy some brick-a-brack. Yeah, you got a Frankenstein t-shirt for you. A wolf-a-t-shirt for Max, a Dracula t-shirt for Tommy. Yeah, the parking. For sure. It's a boostier. Like I do the whole thing for my family. What, give me a ballpark of money I'm spending. Are you, the term is, are you drinking? Or are you drinking, drinking? What are you drinking? Are you, are you, are you, are you drinking? He's got a white cloth on top of his white cloth. The one on top is open. No. The one on the bottom is he's ready to drink it. No, I'm regular dad drinking the wives,

she's drinking a little bit. She's like, drunk. Yeah, but she has to handle me. Well, she's driving home. And you have to just, you have to drink your way out of thinking about how much money you're spending. There's that part of it. You just keep drinking. Yeah, so you hope that dulls it. Anyway, what are we talking about? If you're doing it, like doing it, you can knock it off Rundraight 100. OK, on Rundraight. For a family of four, you can for Rundra. And I'm talking about this. This was like over 1,000. No, no, no, no, no. The tickets themselves, sorry. The tickets are only going to run you like 100 bucks. It's not expensive. It really isn't because you're not going to a theme park for a day to ride rides. You're going to experience haunted houses. You know what I mean? The only upkeep in maintenance is the house and the people. So you know, you're not paying for a $47 million rollercoaster to run success. OK, yeah, yeah. So it is cheap. So it's like 100 with a stained screen, you're looking like a hundred, maybe 120 bucks a person to get in. It depends on the day. It's fluctuating. And the drinks are 15 apiece. So for me, you're running, yeah, for you, your wife, and your boy's. I like chocolate chip cookies and ice creams.

You got to add those in. Like it eats. It just, that tells me the tickets aren't that crazy. You know, we were not talking about like $250 once you get the fast passes and all this stuff. You know, under a thousand bucks, I can accept for a all-out. For the whole family. You have whole family, theme dinner, drinks, you know, Halloween experience, you know, like it is so expensive, but not crazy. Once you start getting over a thousand, like the thousand is a threshold that is like, God, that's a, you know, that's the 99. All right, all right. If this psychology behind staying under a thousand to me, is important. No, I get it. It's the term. It's, am I going to have $1,000 worth of fun tonight? Yeah, yeah. I'm not likely. Am I going to have $820? Yeah. You're going to have $820 worth of fun. The only way I'd get $1,000 worth of fun is call girl. Like, here's that by age, you know, and I would ask more of it. That's what the girl for an experience. Yeah, which is more than a thousand. I guess.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. She's comfortable. You know, like, yeah. Look, this is a stranger. I'm going to make a... Oh, come on. Throw it by a soggy diaper at the trash. Pretend we're at a quadrica. It changed me in front of everyone. Oh, shoot. I do do it on your sound poll, do you, shorts? Anyway, Joey. Yes, sir. How can people contact you if they want to know more about the parks that they maybe want some tours? Absolutely. It was really cool. A BDM reached out to me last week. I actually planned his family's whole trip to a high hornet. That guy reached out. Yeah, he was so nice. Yeah, we bumped into him and his daughters last night. They're walking through all the houses. Yes. What a good dude. So yeah, I'm just here to give advice because I like making people happy and I like making people have a good time. So, hit me up. We have a podcast called A Jar of Dirt. I met him this weekend. I'm the one who made the what's up, but what's your guy? I did. What the hell? How the hell do you mean you? Tampa Bay Comic Con. He was there. I got to talk to him about being like, excited autograph. Yeah, he sent an autograph. We talked him about fast in the furious way. Well, I'll talk to you later. He writes what's up. Yeah. I hope he's just right. W dot you. He won't write the whole thing. Well, it's too many. Oh, fun. Anyway, all right, Joey, we appreciate you coming by. Thanks for being here, buddy. Absolutely.
