Acquiring and Retaining Great Talent with Serial Entrepreneur Jay Bourgana
About this episode
Jay Bourgana knows a thing or two about great employees. Jay grew his real estate business from zero to $350M before acquisition. And he did it by focusing on client experience in a roundabout way... Jay knows that when you take care of your employees, they take care of your customers, so he focused NOT directly on the customer, but directly on the employee building a great place for people to work.
Today, Jay is in the business of acquiring small to mid size service businesses and in the last five years he's been involved in 32 transactions from plumbing companies, to HVAC, to IT managed service providers.
