Synopsis: We're putting our "Seneca on Hashgachah" plans on hold for now in order to address a time-sensitive topic: my insomnia. This was a hastily planned episode that I decided to make this morning, after two consecutive nights of my chronic insomnia. In this episode I articulate what I hope will be a strategy for combatting this persistent problem of mine.
