The numbers told the story to always do. Swandals, idiots who believe in analytics. This is a numbers game with Kill avi Xander gone. Be sent. Numbers game here on Be sent Matt Brown in for Kill one more day. Two more hours. Kelly Bidlin here on the desk as well as we look over this leaderboard. Nobody's counting it. Marco Pinge is your, it's right. He's your leader. That's, uh, that's something. That's something for sure. Let you know about the conditions though. Conditions are scoreable. He has had a very rough go at his, uh, opening few tournaments here on the PGA tour. He's very, very talented. Yeah, very, very talented, but holy mackerel. He has been bad. No, he has been. So yes, just from if you, if you like to see talented players on the PGA tour, uh, this is good to see. Yeah. How to have after a very, very tough start to the season. Uh, they're, they're, they're starting off round two as well. They're firing off these guys. The Ryan Fox already out there and has birdied one again,

which like we said, birdie hole anyway. It's playing way under par. But so he moves to five under along with Bridgeman and Rory and Aaron Rye. And then there's a two stroke difference between them and everybody sitting there at three and two. And there's a lot of those guys and a lot of name guys that are still in there. I mean, Zander Chaffley is, is sitting at two under right now. He's still got four holes to play. So, you know, this, this little work would look interesting. Yeah. Here by the end of, you know, technically round one, which we had to delay into today. And we'll see what happens here in round two. Ryan Fox, one under through one for his second round already. I don't know about you. I bet I'm a couple weeks ago. Good start to the season for all Ryan Fox. So I wanted to keep your eye on here for the upcoming weeks. Oh, Ryan Fox. Now joining us here on the program. You know him. Fox sports bear best podcast. That Chris. Chris. Like he is in fact, Chris. Like how you doing, buddy? I'm, I'm doing all right. Yeah. Looking at this first round leaderboard. We were just joking off air about how you see Sheffler. He's eight shots back. And he's what the seventh choice or coach seven choice or whatever on the board.

Like, yeah, gone or gone or the ridiculous prices. It's like he's trying to say, yeah, you know what? I want to be dead last at some point in the first round and try and win tournament. Yeah, we're going to find out. As wild. We're going to find out there's some sort of like. Paulie market market out there or something. Like, you know, that he like decided that he was going to like play horrible every first round and try to come back and do something. It was tough to watch yesterday. And this is like it is, it is going to be a talking point now going into every tournament in every first round for the next six, eight, ten weeks as it should be. This is bizarre. Yeah. It is, it is very weird for a dude that is good as he is. And for this to continue. Can you have a person one of the things we talked about before you came on that we love is you are not just a one trick pony. You've got all kinds of things in your repertoire. So let's start over in soccer. We'll move to baseball and then we'll get back to football. But you like man city to win the whole premier league. Yeah. Yeah, I do. And I'm a little late to the party on this price. But I think what we've seen from Arsenal in the last few weeks and it's a turn of the calendar.

Really struggling to get wins. If you can give away a two goal lead on the road, it wolves who are going down to the championship next year. You can you can drop points anywhere else the remainder of the year. They're lead right now is five points over Manchester City. But man city has the match in hand this weekend. So so long as man city wins that that gap then becomes two points. Arsenal and man city do play. At Manchester City later in in the years and of it. Ultimately. Am I just come down to that? Man city where to win that? You could be looking to situation like we had a couple of years ago. In the premier city be Liverpool by one point. But it certainly feels like the addition of gay he is really solidified. Ventress city's back line. How long is playing as great as ever? And it feels like this title grasp of Arsenal that apparently you had all year long is slipping away. And I do think city ultimately will prevail on the end.

Yeah, we talk about it felt like this was out of reach for a while. Like also you know for a long time here. Chris and man. If I spend all NBA all star break answering questions about the you know catch me up. What if I miss it? I'm like you send in this bet to me. You texted me this bed. I'm like what did these odds shift like crazy Arsenal have been running away with this? So I'm glad to see it. I got some man city in pocket from early in the season. So that would be great. Switching over to Major League Baseball. I know you've added another season long stat future with one Oakland athletic. Yeah, Oakland athletic. Sacramento athletic Las Vegas athletic. What would they actually play in a couple of games in Vegas this year? But I bet Nick Kurtz 6 to 1 to hit 50 home versus this year. A unanimous rookie of the year last year. He looks like the legitimate professional hitter came up late last year. Had what 36 homeers. I think I'm like 400 and 380 if that's whatever it was. He looks like in that ballpark in Sacramento.

The minor league park with how the altitude really affects things there. A couple of games in Vegas could really help him. Also in that division. You're not necessarily dealing with the. All great staffs in LA. It looks like this lineup could be really good. Kurtz looks like a big time star for the A's in the at 6 to 1 hit 50 homeers. I took a shot at that. Chris, we'd love the draft here. I mean, I just can't I get enough of it. I love it as a betting vehicle. I like the fact that it is information based and reading tea leaves and trying to connect the dots. And the books don't have an inherent kind of edge over us. Because we're all getting the information at the same time and trying to decipher what's. What's going on with all of that. That's one pick. Obviously looks like it's Mendoza. It is unbeatable at this point. Can we go ahead and just close the book on that. The Raiders are going to take a quarterback as they move forward. I mean, it seems like the coaching hires are pointing in that direction. I can't imagine any sort of crazy curveball. Yeah, I can't either, although I would say.

You're the Raiders. You're. Along with the jets. The worst roster in the league. The next year's quarterback draft is. Looking to be extremely deep. I don't know if you're going to get an R. You see Jay car, Dante Moore, Julian sail it. I mean, Darryan mentioned there, there are a lot of guys next year. Who. That could be like your class of 83 quarterback draft. Like if you're the Raiders and you take Mendoza this year, which they're going to do. And you put him in that. And that roster. Like you're really. Setting him up to fail initially and hopefully he can overcome that. But if you if there's a team out there that loves Mendoza and they want to move up and wow. The Raiders with an offer and they can acquire assets and. You could take someone else and then maybe in top of the second round. You take a chance on another quarterback. And if that fails so what it's only a second round pick. But we saw the Raiders with a novelty pick. Last year at six with action, gente and that did not go well. They had the. I think the high saw Warren Sharpe just tweet out.

The highest stuff right in the league between the running backs and their offensive line. Really should have taken offence of live in there. So I think the Raiders really need to build their roster. But look, they're going to tape. They're going to take Mendoza. Hopefully a long term at work. Work out for them. The drama or the question is going to be it too. I think the one person you can eliminate for the jets is my Oga. The offensive tackle from Miami. If there's one area on the jets that they appear to be set. It is on the offensive line with with Bimbo. And I've asked you the guys that taking the first round of last couple of years. I do think if you look at the jets needs on defense with everybody they gave away. I think our Val Reese probably fits the best. Given the linebackers that the jets have and Reese's ability to kind of move around all over. That would be the pick if I were making the pick for the jets. But certainly I don't think you can go wrong if you went Bane or if you went Bailey. But I think if you look at the T-Leaves and I think the prices that are out there on that number two overall pick.

I do think that Reese probably would be the front runner there. Yeah, this is already. We've only got a few shops here that have second overall pickups already becoming a shop around situation. Because I'm staring at a minus 155 on Reese's second overall. We're all seeing a plus 120 over at Caesars. We just flashed up. So already turned it into that situation. Chris, how would you think we're going to see a lot of these edge rushers and a couple of the offensive linemen you mentioned already. Go pretty high. How would you kind of rank those guys out? Where do you what? Where did you think we see these past rushers going? I think we'll probably see Bailey go third. Actually, it would be kind of fun. Interesting and funny if the Titans did take a Rubin Bane and they go cam ward Rubin Bane two years in a row. Miami guys. But the Titans obviously went with Sol and now they're going to take a defensive guy to pair up with Jeffrey Simmons. I think it will be Baylor probably just more because of the measurables. But I think we got to stop with the whole Rubin Rubin Bane is short arm.

Sure. He is overproductive. But I think there will be NFL front offices that will that will go Bailey over him. I think the biggest question I'm going to have in terms of these defensive guys is how high does Caleb down? From Ohio State go. Like he is the definition of a do it all type football player, but we don't typically see. Safety's go that high in the drip, but he is a. He is an impact player. He is you talk to the coaches at Ohio State unbelievable locker room guy unbelievable presence unbelievable leader. Team guy he is going to go somewhere. I think and win a lot of people over. I don't. I don't think I don't hope that the label of him being a safety kind of drags him down a little bit. Because I think he's a fantastic football player. I do think in terms of the draft betting. The number two quarterback obviously will probably be Thai Simpson. I'm curious to see what type of over under no total they put on him. Because I could see him going a lot higher in the draft kind of like Michael FedEx.

You did a couple of years ago. Maybe maybe not top 10, but I could see him Simpson going potentially top 15. He had to have had some type of promise somewhere along the along the way here to turn down the NIL money. That a couple of these schools in in college football were offering him to stay. So I would expect Simpson to go a little bit higher than probably people. I think a lot of people are saying maybe he could go to the jets with the jet second first round pick. I don't I don't know if he'll be there by then. Oh, there's a good hot take there because they're going to have to put the line at one and a half first on quarterback. Yeah, I mean, I think it's a great. What Chris just said over great tidbit, right? Could take that money to come back. Usually you're getting influence from agents or hearing from teams of where this guy is going to end up. So yeah, one and a half for over under this draft position. Something to keep your eye on. You're listening to it already. But back your guy. Nusmeyer is really well when some guys too. So what I hear is the he could be maybe potentially a third quarterback taken at the end of the first round. Or someone that a team is targeting.

I know the jets obviously have a big need to quarterback and the jets on the mode. The second most valuable pick on the draft that the first pick of the second round. If obviously the first pick overall is the most valuable. With that day two first pick, you get a whole lot of trade offers and a whole lot of buzz and steam. And you can really leverage that into a lot. Bear bets podcast over Fox Sports as well. Like Chris Philly come to put a machine. Appreciate the time and good luck. Nice Chris. Take care guys. Have a great weekend. You're here because you want an edge. That's what separates listeners from winners. But let's be real mindset alone doesn't get bets home. Never getting here on feast and always great to have Chris Philly go on the program. You and I discussing on the break kind of extending the conversation with him. And the whole Thai Simpson thing not only do you believe that maybe he got word for somewhere that he was very likely to go in the first round. But also as we kind of started to connect the dots as well. You go in this draft because at least you're the consensus too in this draft. And if you wait till next year, you might be QB five or six. Yeah, you got no idea. And so if you're QB five or six next year, you might be a second or third rounder. And then you're going to be a third rounder. Yeah. And then like, yeah, you've destroyed any future financials. You know, assuming you play well again this next season, right? Like we were just talking, you know, Karen knows my right. Cool. He was like a favorite to be like a co-favoriter. You know, second on that odds board to be the number one pick back in July. Like it's a wild. How much can shift with this? Yeah. So it's that's a fun one to kind of consider there too. Because you're like, you know what? Yeah. You know what? Yeah. Yeah.

Yeah. That's a fun one to kind of consider there too. Because you're like, you know what? Yes. He came out and yeah, he turned down six million. We keep here in, you know, six million dollars from Miami and things and all and stuff like that. But it might just be because he didn't want to cost him six million dollars over the course of several seasons. Right. You know, and that's. I don't know how you are with this stuff, but it's still NFL NBA. I'm like the NIL money has changed things without a doubt. But just the way with some of the how these contracts work in the pros. I'm still usually always like to just just get in there and get the clock started as soon as you can. Like I still lean that way with a lot of these guys. So yeah, it really interesting to see how this plays out with the quarterbacks is here. Guys, head on over to vson.com. As you should every single day. That's how you should start your days just heading over to vson.com. But if you have not done so already, you can get our MLB betting guide. If you're a vson pro subscriber, if you're not, you can go in a little 999 to get going and you can get that. You talk to Jonathan Davis a little bit earlier here on the program. But you can get his all of his picks and written form over there on vson.com.

Greg Peterson is in there every single day breaking down college basketball. Zach Cohen NBA stuff is in there. We got weekend horse racing as well. No thoughts from us on the on the golf game. We couldn't do it. There's just there's too much. There's too much stuff going on here. Yeah. You just have to listen to the programs. We had our. Well, you could go to the website and get West's pre tournament thoughts. Yeah, all of our. He probably likes his position right now. All of our pre tournament. Yeah, he's on. He's got already here in this one. But again, go in vson.com as little as 999. If you're not already a vson pro subscriber, vson.com slash subscribe. Matt, I'd be lied to you if I told you I was close to get a gun. Rory, but it was just it. Well, I thought we had a good long shots this week of pretty interesting to hear. Almost all three of us be like, man, these odds are super like I'm not seeing a lot of value on these. And we kind of all three went our own different way. And the one I did think like I didn't really love the mid range. I thought there was a little bit of value on the Sheffler number and the Rory number. And it was just one of those first rounds where you're like, well, I picked the wrong guy.

Yeah. Well, so two things, well, two things went well for Rory. He got out early. And the soft conditions just accentuate. Yes. And what he does and whatever he can, his, his link then becomes even more of a weapon. Because nobody's getting run out of it. Like we're saying the balls were just plugging. You know, they were playing lift clean in place yesterday because of. Did you catch bridge of it after his post round interview? I think he was like the first person they interviewed. So like I had it on full volume. You know, what's the, what was the key to your success today? Something like that. The question. Brisbane goes, I think having not played here ever before. It was like that. That's what the weather was like yesterday. He's like, I, I've never played here before. I, these guys rely on knowing these greens so well. He's like, I just threw darts on approach and like I just rented his best. I could when I got up there. He said, just trust my catty. Yeah. I just tried, I just thought it was a shock against her. You'd never hear that. You're like, I just because I don't know as much as these guys.

Real quick. Do you play in any of the contests here at Circa, Jeff Benson, starting to kind of take in feedback from people out there on all of that? Yeah. That sounds like a dangerous game. As they go to. Yeah. So he started out yesterday with with great DC Mo people and certainly he will move in to just regular survivor people and stuff like that. And maybe even millions as well. But they're, you know, they're listening to the customers, which is good. Yeah. Can the, can the, are the contests awesome? Sure. Could they probably be improved? Probably too. There as well. So ask just kind of about how many entries people would be okay with in the in grand DC Mo. Essentially increasing from two to three or more than that or whatever or something. You know what's so great about this is, I don't have any problems with the contests. And the, I would think most of these, most people would say the same thing. So it really shows you how awesome it is by Circa, right? Like you're still at it. We don't care if I, I bet you people are not complaining. Yeah. So the fact that you're still trying to do this and get better despite people not complaining

is great. Grand DC Mo, in, Grand DC Mo for me, in general, the reason I don't think people should care about what the entry limits are and maybe whatever, if you want to make them five, then fine. You can make $100,000. But that's the thing. Yeah. So it's, you, you kind of know what you're getting into, right? If you're having to pull together with 10, 20 other people to form an entry, then you know you're not rich enough basically to be playing the contests. You want to be a part of it and you're going to just a part of a group. You shouldn't care if somebody does have 500K to come in and put in 500, five entries because again, you know what you're getting into, right? Like that is not you. That's never going to be you. You can't even get two entries into the thing. And so like for me, if I was part of a group and they made the entries, what are they extended it to three or five or something, I would just be like, okay, well, I mean, it is what it is. You kind of, and maybe at the end of the day, you don't, you want the super rich people coming in and throwing five entries in there. I think so. Yeah. I mean, you're right. But like I'm, I'm not, if I were, I wouldn't think I'd be overly worried about it. And frankly, I think for the rate for, for regular survivor, is anybody cracked the code,

you know, on what the perfect number of entries is yet, depending on your style of play, I think it's completely different for every single human being out there. So I really, I don't mind, I don't mind with where the numbers at currently were you, what do you do in these days? You, but are you buying, how many are you usually riding with for a year? Insurrect. Yeah. You maxed out. That's right. I wasn't sure. Yeah. I did 10 this year. I did eight the previous year, did 10 this year. I'll probably just keep doing 10. I mean, it was. I was increasing. And then I think like guilty at the same point, too, where I'm like, you know what? If I'm not going to, if I'm not going to switch up how I'm approaching some of these entries a little bit more, it's useless for me to have this many. So I dial back a bit more. Yeah. It's, so for me, and again, it's just, it's personal preference, right? It's completely personal. It's personal preference. I had always gone all in, right? So that had been my strategy was just like, I want to try to get to week 10 with everyone of my entries.

And then I'll start splitting them up. Right. Well, that was not working, obviously. So this year, I did start splitting them up or whatever. And then I made it, you know, I made it to Thanksgiving, you know, this year. And so just taking a couple different paths, which I like, but not pigeonholing myself into the one. Yeah. Into the one path, you know. And so that's probably how I'll just continue to do it moving forward, which is like, you know, it doesn't necessarily mean it's going to be five and five every single time, you know, it might be six and four, it might be seven and three, but like taking two different routes each week as opposed to just shoving every single time. I think I'm going to do four going forward. I did that this past season. I liked that because I've kind of split it up into three different paths for entries with three different paths, right? It's kind of the super chalky, super wild, and then kind of two, you know, two more down the line in between, which are often in the beginning of the season, end up being the same pick, right? Yeah. And so it's, you know, for me, I love, I love the, the contest so incredibly much.

I, you know, and I play million every year, but dude, I'm so, I'm so bad at it. I can't project what games you're going to be popular and what games are not and all of his, like I'm just so bad at every time I think like, oh, I'm going to go off the beaten path and take this one. And it like we're, we come in here and do the show with Derek and Kevin, like literally, it's like in the top five every single time, like I cannot, I cannot project, like which game is going to be popular, which game's not going to be popular? What line, you know, is and is not and all that. I'm so bad at it. So it's funny is the, that happens to be a lot too, but the, like I'll never quit millions because I love, we, we talk about survivor in the popular, overwhelming popularity. I think millions is so genius because of just the quarterly practice. Yeah. You got to run hot for a month because I, you know, I know how my NFL bedding goes, Matt, if this was a full season, I wouldn't even enter it. I wouldn't even enter it. I'm like, this is, we see it every year, you, some guy hits 76% or something like, I'm not doing that. Like you need a dream season for some to play like for that to play out. I can do it in four weeks though.

I've done it in four weeks, you know what I mean? It's, I love the, the frustration you get of, it's like you, you, you almost probably a, you probably the same thing, right? Almost every season you have a nice three, four week run, but does it happen to fall right in those four weeks? Right. What a quarter is occurring. Yeah. That's something. Yeah. It was, it was one of the other interesting things. I was talking to the guy that won the booby prize and I was like, so with one, did you make a, a strategy change to when did you make the strategy change if so and all that? So basically in the, he got into like the first few weeks and just realized he was doing not good. Yeah. And just kind of kept, kept going and kept going and then got into the second quarter and then realized like how bad he was doing and then realized in the second quarter, oh, I like could maybe win the booby prize. And so that's when he started thinking about it. But wait, I've just been trying to pick normal and I'm losing so do I, what am I, you know? No, it's these, it became this crazy mind game every week of, wait, but I've been trying

to win, but I'm losing. So how do I go about all of this and he's like, really, the only drastic shift was obviously if a line moved a million points, like you always would take the bad side of that and like, you know, all the different things like that. But mainly just kind of like kept doing what he's doing and ended up winning the whole thing. Oh, man, that is the, yeah, that is, I mean, that's the question every one of the past asses. So do I keep doing what I've been doing where I'm trying to win? It's just a full flip of switch and again, another angle to this contest right with everything. So again, Jeff's taking suggestions over there if you want to go, painting them up. College baseball and Matt Gressam, come back. A numbers game on FESEN, the sports betting network. Numbers game here on BESEN, the sports betting network, Matt Brown, Kelly, Bidlin is, uh, we had the first intermission Canada down, we're big, we're big fin, we're a big fin

desk here. That's right. Finish because we're finished then we're rooting for, uh, see what you did there. We're, we're rooting for the US not to have to go through Canada. I've, I've had a lot of bad dad jokes, uh, uh, I thought you had to say you've had a lot of a Lonnie. Like getting to where we were going with, uh, I was trying to pull up the live odds, uh, here, here we go. Finally. We've got a down one nothing, first intermission, Canada still a favorite at minus 180 on the money line and get plus 140 on Finland, uh, puck line, Canada, one and a half at plus one seventy four and a half, your live total heavily juiced to the over there. We go. If you want to take in some Olympic hockey on, well, not on right now. Intermission. That's right. We'll be on shortly. They're showing, they're showing speed skating instead. That's right. And I realize getting a price, uh, for us as well on the all A and G America parlay that we're about to review. Matt Christmas. We'll get there. Yeah. Uh, college baseball insider dot com. Will you find his great work?

Grissom on X. Matt. Grissom. How are you doing, buddy? I'm doing well. We're well underway. I'm in the tunnel of only college face ball. Oh, also. We're even on. Okay. Okay. Okay, worries. I thought that when he said I'm in a tunnel, I thought he was like actually in a tunnel. Yeah. Me too. Me too. We were talking about just fine. We'll get him back on here momentarily. We'll reconnect. No big deal. No big deal. So are all American parlay? What are we going with here? We're going. Yes. Say hockey. Should I break it? I'll just break the news already. Mhm. USA hockey. Okay. Money line. Story was making fun of me yesterday. So you're not going to lay a puck in a half at least. I'm like, no, buddy line. No, money line. You've been watching these games over time. But this is too tight. USA money line. And then LSU money line. Okay. He used to play for LSU for state money line for state money line. I used to cover FSU. It's not really the same thing. So wait, wait. So we have, we need three teams to get this.

Are we getting a positive money here? So I know these are all three big favorites. Might as one twenty five. These are three massive favorites. Like, hold on. These are three like massive favorites here. So yeah, if you want to root for our all the modders at USA, you can today minus one twenty five. Okay. So I'm going to bet this one on like my what nine leg NBA parlay last night. That was fun. Did that even get close? Well, the Nick, the Nick's lost. I don't know how many other legs lost Nick, the Nick's right away, though, killed it. Oh, okay. Yes. So that was never I think I laid the full points with the, uh, with the rockets, too, right? So I don't think that one got home. Back from that grissom here, Matt, uh, college baseball rocking and rolling through the first week of action. Does anything stand out to you so far? Yeah, I have to apologize because LSU looks to be like the real deal. And I think I told you last show that it was going to be really hard for Jay Johnson to come back and make it to Omaha after his championship run last year.

But LSU proves once again, they don't reload or they, they don't rebuild. They reload and case in Evans, a 10, eight ERA, but don't let that fool you because his Sierra is sub three still. It's early in the season. You're going to have a lot of, uh, statistical anomalies here and there, but overall LSU looks like they're very powerful on offense and the pitching staff is going to be just fine between Cooper Moore and case in Evans. Yeah, this is the, uh, way too early returns, uh, season and conversation and maybe LSU's fair map. The other way here, who, who's been the most disappointing team for you so far? I think Vanderbilt, you look at a team in Arlington that goes O and three against big 12 competition that consisted of Texas Tech, Oklahoma State and TCU. You struggle to score offensively and then you beat up on a mid major in the mid week to kind of recalibrate your offense, so to speak. I think Vanderbilt right now at 25 to one, I would completely sell that that they're,

they're so bad on offense, I don't think it's sustainable for this pitching staff to keep them in games weekend and week out. Matt, you got three different plays that people can, uh, come in and put into their account. The first one here, we got Kansas State against Auburn, where are you going with this one? Yeah, Kansas State money line. This is a team that is outscored Iowa, UConn and Penn State, Air Force 57 to 22. The offense is exploding. D Kennedy is a treat to watch. He's kind of a dark horse, Golden Spikes finalist. And then you've got Auburn, who outside of Jake Marciano, who posed a negative 276 Sierra. I don't even know how that's possible. He's, this Auburn team has struggled offensively. They beat Youngstown State 2-1 in their first two games before family play in some more runs when in 17-2 and then they play in a midweek versus Cincinnati and get blank eight nothing. I think when you're talking about a team that is going up against a very high-powered offense,

yeah, the pitching staff may keep them in the game for the first half of it, but once we turn to bullpins, it's all over from there and I'll go with the better offense at plus money. All right, I like it, like it, uh, seven o'clock tonight on the East Coast Baylor Oregon State East Coast start time, I should say, Eastern time. That's how you say that. That's how you say that. Geez, was that a trade right? Yeah, Oregon State minus 220 on the Moneyline Baylor plus one 70 12 and a half year total for this game. You got one here, Matt. What do you bet? Yeah, I took Baylor on the Moneyline. Look, you may have seen Sports Center brag about Tyson Armstrong in his three grand slam day. Yeah, he did it all in one game. This Baylor team's hitting over a thousand OPS as a team with a 156 weighted runs created and for the non-nerds out there, that means they're 56 percent better than average as far as the team hitting. Oregon State, DAX Whitney is a good pitcher, but much like the Auburn Kansas State game,

once it turns to the bullpins, give me the better offense. I think Baylor plus 154 is too much. Matt, as we take a look here at your third pick, we've got a favorite here in Virginia Tech going up against Rutgers. I was taking a look here. Like, how's Rutgers even playing baseball? It's like 35 degrees off the Indian Journal. What are they doing? Are they playing in the high school gym, like I used to have to do? Oh, they're playing like down in Florida for like a month's year or whatever. So yeah, a lot of traveling. How did they even practice? They were in the gym, just like, you know, hitting on the basketball court, like taking infield on the basketball court or something like that. So you were going to go against them. Yeah, I'm going to fade Rutgers. Virginia Tech, and here's the thing with college baseball is it's super chalky. So rarely do you get a good Friday night guy at a price? I know minus 160 isn't a price to write home about, but you look at Brett Rinfero who I feel like he's started. He's been the hokey's ace for five

years. He is solid. He's got a 032 Sierra, which I get. It's a small sample size. But give me, give me Virginia Tech at minus 160. If they were playing, if this was an LSU, this would be minus 500 minus 350 somewhere in that ballpark. They're going against Joe Mazza on the bump for Rutgers who has a 644 Sierra. They're both comparable and weighted runs created. I think Virginia Tech's got the advantage on the mound. And with a wash on the offense, I think it's hokey's all the way. Okay, like it, Matt. And then I know you kind of did this just for us, but the big favorites you're just throwing in a parlay tonight. Yeah, that's truthfully that's one of the best ways to to win in college baseball as you take these money line favorites with Friday night guys. I was on with Sammy P and we were talking about that. Try to keep it at a two team minimum or a two team maximum. Got two aces going West Mendes for Florida State in case in Evans for LSU. Again, both these offenses look really good in opening week. I think

you're getting a little bit of less value on Florida State because Michigan had a really good opening weekend. Don't let that fool you. They're going to go up live. It's a pictures park. West Mendes is going to shove. I don't think take carry success for Michigan is sustainable. So it ended up being the Bidlin and Brown parlay. Love it. Flesh you. I'm going to I'm playing it. I'm throwing USA hockey into it. Okay, you got to make it all American. Okay, I'm fine with that. I'm fine with it. Maybe I'll do what it's worth. That was in my account before I even sent it. I've forgotten. That was the first parlay I'd put together. I'm so excited to watch this Florida State team. And Kelly Bidlin, you got to get really in the college baseball because your seminars look really good. I was Bailey. His first swing of the season was a 450-foot home run. Just an sweet swing gone. I think they're still looking for it. Well, I feel like you've come around on them even a little bit since I first bugged you about him like a month or a half ago. So, okay, now you know, you know, I put in the account on the break then. Matt, we don't,

Matt, we don't, we don't get invited to Omaha like other people at this at this network, too, but guess what if Florida State and LSU make we're going, we're going, we're going our own dime. Nobody's beating me. We're going our own dime. We'll meet you up there. Yeah, you guys, you guys need to be there. That was a blast last year. I've been a few, I've been a few times, but I hadn't been anytime soon. So I can't wait to make it back out there. And like I said, Kelly, we'll just, we'll drown ourselves in jealous. Oh, yeah, yeah. No, nobody's taking us down. College baseball insiders, Grisimond X over there on the Twitter machine. He is Matt Grisim. Appreciate the time, buddy. Good luck. Thanks, guys. Boy, listen to that old, that, that Arkansas accent takes me back. Takes me back to my younger years. Let me tell you, I didn't sound like that when I first got out here, but I, that was, that was a lot of that. There was a lot of that in this voice when I first got out. You've said that before, but you're also not the guy that like, I'm always waiting for the drunk accent to come out or something like that. Like a pen to it. It's been too long. It's been too long. It's been too long. It's been too long. Yeah, I know. It's been too long. It's even when you've had a couple. So people say it's kind of a shame, you know, it's kind of a shame. Yeah, it's kind of a shame,

but you know, I wish I had it. Yeah, after a few brew pops or something. You just don't have that charisma that that Grisimond does. So NFL win totals when we come back. Yeah, of course. Oh, a numbers game on fee. Send these sports betting network. Numbers. Game here. I'm missing these sports betting network. Chris, I'm talking a little college baseball with us in the accent that only works for college baseball. That works very well for college baseball. Yes. Yeah. Well, I'm talking about as far as like genuine authenticity, no matter what, actually NASCAR. It would work great for NASCAR. SEC. It worked great for NASCAR. You got to tell him to start handing cap and NASCAR. It's a good point. Yeah. We're talking a bit off air. It's just the, yeah, man, if you can get a fitting accent for a fitting sport, it just

works great. I mean, it's like people just assume because I'm from Louisiana that I like NASCAR. We just assume he likes NASCAR because he's from Arkansas. He's probably like, I've never watched a NASCAR, he's like, I've never watched a NASCAR race in my life. You know, like there's that's kind of people to me, I'm like, dude, I cannot, I can't watch more than 10 laps. Like seriously, I can't do it. Oh, man. People are just like, what do you mean? You're from the south. I'm like, that doesn't mean I like NASCAR. Yeah. You know, but don't worry. You also like, you, you hadn't seen hockey's till you were like, how many? This is true. Well, I mean, no, I saw it once a year. I saw it once a year for the Stanley Cup finals. That was it. Yeah. Yeah, once a year for the Stanley Cup finals. That was the only time it was ever on national television. And that's when you get it. You know, Xander doing well over there. Yeah, he is for under now. So thought about grabbing, grabbing a price on him earlier when we were talking. We were talking about, hey, these guys are going to make a move this morning on these easy conditions out there. He's doing it. And he did it. And he must be being a California kid too, like he's sitting there. No, no stocking cap.

Oh, my God. Xander. Look at that scorecard for Xander. Nine. Eagle to one had three bogies. And then it is five birdies on the back nine here. That is about whenever he took over this morning, by the way. So yes, we assumed that that could be the conditions and the scoring conditions and whatnot. And it, you know, one of the best players in the world went out and took advantage of that. So we'll see what happens here. That's why I'm like, you know, I don't think Scotty's necessarily going to win this thing. But like he's, he's going to, he's going to shoot four or five under in the second round today. And then, you know, maybe make things interesting over the weekend. I think, again, I think this is moving day of the tournament, right? Even these guys are starting their second round and getting now, like I'm looking at Sam Stevens. He's 300 through four. Like he's just these guys that are getting out on the course earlier, putting up low scores. Fits Patrick, Eagle to one. He's two under already for his round. So yeah, I think we're going to see some big times. Yeah, because one is one is so gettable anyway. I keep looking.

I was told you like two breakers ago. ESPN inserted the projected cut line into their scoreboard. It just gets funnier when there's, there's literally two guys. And it's rustlingly and keegan Bradley keegan. What I actually, this is nothing is keegan. I love keegan. I actually would love for one person to get cut. It would be too. It would be great. It would be funny if it was keegan. Yeah. It would be so funny if it was keegan. It would be so funny if it was keegan. Okay. We went in and looked, because by the way, friends over draftings decided to pump out win totals already. So awesome. So great. We went in, looked around, found some ones that we love. You came up with four. I came up with much more than that. Well, if you want to see where my list of likes started with like nine. I feel like I needed to narrow it down a little bit. And I went and added one more. Do you still type things in notes? Oh, yeah. Is that what I'm looking at? Oh, yeah. Type in a way in notes, yeah. Buddy. You judge me on everything. I'm going to get you. I'm going to get you. Well, I love my little notes. You need an AI assistant.

Oh, that's probably true. That's probably true. Just go in and start training your AI assistant. Okay. It's going to blow you away. You're a little to-do list. You know what he's going to do. He's just going to tell you every day what you're, what you're supposed to do. I really like to write things out and see it. No, you still, you still write it to him. And he still will be a list. But then he'll just like pop and go, hey, Kelly, do you remember to do this? And he's like, I didn't think so. But then I got, but then I got, you know what? I'm good at holding myself accountable, Matt. I don't know how a computer AI assistant is going to work with my brain, okay? Let me start with one that we both like, which is the under 10 and a half on the 49ers. Unfortunately, so do a whole lot of people because this is already out to minus 150. So that everybody looking at this 49ers team and probably having the same discussion that you and I are, which is, okay, your number one receiver's Ricky Peersaw. You probably won't have Kittle for at least half the season if ever again. And your defense outside of Bosa is non-existent. So where exactly are you going to win 11 games, especially now that you don't have a last place schedule?

Right. Exactly. This is, you're not going to have that same easy schedule that we kept warning about last year. I do think, like, there's, there's many of these. And if I was ready, I don't know about you. Let me start with this question for you. How many of these would you have fired full? Would you normally fire on a win total for if they were available to you today? I definitely would, well, I hadn't gotten to the Falcons. I definitely would have played the Falcons in the Bears and probably the J. I probably would have played three or four of these. Okay. Because I think only one or two, like, I think I really like this 49ers one, but this is one where I'm like, I'd probably wait like the price is already, like, well, we're only looking at one book, but minus 150. You're out too already. I want to see what I want to see a little bit what they're going to do in the off season, but they have major areas to address. You've got the Rams. You've got the Seahawks. I'm with you. 10 and a half. It was too easy to look at the first one to look at you. You also like the Vikings under a lot of that. I'm sure has to do with the fact that one. The division is is not bad and then two quarterback controversy.

Yeah. This one I bet right now, actually. This is another year. I mean, I've been I feel like every year. I mean, they're very pro Vikings or kind of going against them. And look, I still think they have one of the better coaching staffs in the NFL. I think this roster is still set up pretty well. Besides the quarterback position, but I think that division's brutal. I think the we talked about the disappointment of the Packers last year, but I think the Packers still have a great roster. They both expect the Bears to time to take another step forward. Or I do. And the Lions. Well, they didn't make your list, buddy. Who? The Bears. They did on mine. I took the Bears over nine and a half minutes. They're all my longer lives. I think that's disrespectful. Like, I mean, I get it. It's it's like, oh, okay. I think everyone overrates this whole first place schedule thing. Whenever you don't go in and look, we we wouldn't look. I mean, they get the NFC South and whatever. NFC. So it's like, this is not. This is this is not crazy. At all.

Like with this team. So I don't know. And 10 wins. Like I actually think that they they take a step forward this year. So I mean, I'm. I'm willing to bet maybe you some alts here on this Bears team. To get to 12, maybe in 13 ones. Well, and especially if what? Especially if the Vikings go under maybe the Lions don't. Yeah, Lions take another step back, right? Even with that schedule. If the Packers same thing, right? Me and you don't really trust this team. I don't trust them after what we saw a year ago. So yeah, definitely. Well, heavy lean over on the Bears. It is on my longer list. It's just not one that I would. And by the way, that's even money. So like you're not even laying juice there on the Bears to get to 10 wins. And so this is why I'm going to. I'm going back to Louisiana here in a couple of weeks. Like I'm. I'm. If some of these numbers are still relatively close to where they are. I will. I'll put a couple of these in the account. That's right. Just to kind of finish up Vikings. I would bet right now. I really like the Falcons over six and a half. The problem is is so do other people kind of the same deals. The 49ers under. People love this Falcons over. The division is trash. There's no clear favorite in that division in my opinion.

I know everyone's going to like point to the box. But again, we. We assume Mike Evans is going to back. We don't really know. He might go decide to go test for the agency. It's still another year for an older team in the league. And I think that this Falcons team. Much better coaching staff now. And can maximize what you actually have from a from a talent aspect. So I like over six and have a lot on the Falcons. I mean, listen, you're talking about seven. They don't have to win the division. Yeah. To get a seven wins. They are. So that's. That's interesting. I think the. They're the first team I wrote down. Yeah. And then kind of started day. Okay. You're playing AFC North, NFC and NFC North. Like this is. That's going to be tough. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And NFC North. Like this is. That's going to be tough. I do think end of the day. And I bet I one of the ones I did write down Panthers under six and a half for me. I think the division. Is pretty flat with all four teams. I think we're probably still living in a world where it is Atlanta and Tampa Bay slightly above.

New Orleans and Carolina. But man, I think. Carolina. I've still got major questions about I like to under on the six and a half. I do think that there are. I think Atlanta is going to be a little better. I do like the over on them. I still love Baker Mayfield way too much. I'm some of those bucks components. I don't think they're. They're completely out of this. The Saints keep getting better. They don't lead to me an easy look to the under for the Carolina Panthers. Yeah. I played under five or I would play under five and a half on the Jets as well. I think that that is. I don't see that team competing really at all. I don't think they know what they're going to do with the quarterbacks. They're going to put some retread. I don't think. I mean, maybe if it's the only real offer Malikwillis ends up there or something. But it's more likely. You know, a geno re re re you know a re reunited situation with Geno or some sort of something like that or whatever. Yeah. I mean, it's going to. They can get some retread. And they're going to win four games again. You know, yeah, I'm with you. A chance. A chance. We see a Malikwillis or Kyler put up not really.

I'm not really counting on that. Right. Because here's the thing. I just talked about how to eat the quarterback classes next year. All you do is stink again next year. And then as long as you're in the top three, you can get a quarterback that you feel good about for your franchise next year. So, yeah, I like the Jets. I think that's a good one. Jags to get to 10 wins is even money. You and I both think the Jags are good. Yep. And a well-rounded team. Certainly like that a lot. I didn't throw it on my graphic, but it's when I wrote down two men. And how the browns get to seven wins. Somebody please tell me. So this is the. I did the. You'll be back this one as well. Yeah. I did the mental gymnastics with this one. You're like, because we said that like a week. Yeah. Well, as soon as he's come out of the browns, get to seven. How did they get to seven? Then I looked at the bonus. I'm like, man, they do have some soft opponents. But then I came all the way back around to the original question. They're still soft. They're still strong and soft themselves. Yeah. How many offensive linemen do they have coming back? Quarterback. Beasts in these sports, buddy. Network, don't go anywhere. For. For. For. For. For.

For. For.
