A Client’s Journey Towards Self-Love and Using Prayer Intentionally

I had the privilege to interview a past client, Noordeep Kaur, whom I worked with to uncouple from both a physically and emotionally abusive marriage and show up for herself, her daughter, and her lineage in a way that will have a rippling effect in her East Indian culture as a whole.
We get deep into her transformational journey from self-doubt to self-empowerment. The journey never ends, but it gets to be a journey of self-love and acceptance of who you as at the core of your human evolution. In the end, love always prevails. Even for the abuser, we must treat them with compassion.
