98: The Stanford Law School Experiment with Tim Rosenberger

Tim Rosenberger is a JD/MBA student at Stanford University, where he is President of the Federalist Society. On March 9, Judge Kyle Duncan was invited to speak at Stanford Law by the Stanford Federalist Society. The title of his talk was "The Fifth Circuit in Conversation with the Supreme Court: Covid, Guns, and Twitter." Duncan was continuously interrupted and cut short by student protesters and the SLS Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
