意大利罗马的泰斯塔修山(Monte Testaccio)，又称陶片山，是一个存留至今的古代堆填场，由近两千五百万个陶质双耳瓶的碎片堆积而成。它高54米，周长一千米，得名于"海螺壳（testae）"，或碎瓦片儿。在地中海地区，这些双耳瓶曾被用于将橄榄油由伊伯利亚省装运至罗马帝国的中心。人们把油在河流港口倒掉，把容器扔在这里。至今还有很多人慕名而来，看看在过去的漫长历史中被扔掉的碎片。
