97. Multiplicative System

In this episode, I am sharing my new favorite mental model: multiplicative systems.

 

As we learned in elementary school, anything multiplied by zero, equals zero. No matter how great or complex the number, if it is multiplied by zero, it will equal zero.

 

How does this apply to our lives or businesses?

 

In anything you are doing in life, no matter how hard you are working, how many people are supporting you, or how much you have succeeded in the past, if you include any 'zero' variable in that mix, the outcome will be... zero.

 

Today's focusing questions:

As you breakdown your business, can you identify any zeros?

What can you do starting today, to move that item from zero to anything above zero?
