Wear Many Hats

About this episode

Aloiso Wilmoth is a DJ and Producer by the name He Valencia. He has done talks with The New School, does a radio show with Rinse and has been featured in Resident Advisor and Interview Magazine.

I came across his infamous Instagram page, MoMA PS5 through meme pages of meme pages and techno DJs to techno DJs to Azalea Banks and I’m glad I did. His stories are not for the faint hearted but if you down you down.

Aloiso rocks Supreme well, he’s more than just fits, he’s got looks and he’s always been keeping it P and we’re here for the cultural criticism.

Harry Gassel is a Design Director focused on editorial, branding and creative strategy. He is the founding editor and creative director of Talk Magazine. He was formerly art director at T: The New York Times Style Magazine and The FADER and has contributed writing to Bad Day, The FADER, GRAPHIC (kr) and The Gradient.

I met Harry after lockdown and he was one of the first few faces I saw coming from my hell hole.

How did we end up here?

Talk Magazine, I shot the back cover for Issue 4 and Harry finally decided to break his rule on coming on podcasts.

Alt Woke. A new type of art.
