三春町生まれ、郡山市で育ちの鬼生田貞雄さんの『黒い羊』という本が電子書籍化になったので読みました。最初、1953年頃に書かれた作品ですが、現在にも十分通用するすぐれた作品のように感じました。直木賞候補にもなった作家が、忘れ去られて、こういう作品が埋もれていたと知り驚きました。こういう地元の作家がいたことを知りとてもうれしいです。
