Lionel Sanders is back and setting his sights on a big performance in Nice. We talk about his mindset shift and why we'd love to see him go all-in on 70.3 Worlds.

Eagleman 70.3 delivered exciting racing, with Sam Long just getting the better of Trevor Foley and Lucy Charles-Barclay holding Chelsea Sodaro at bay from start to finish.

We preview Ironman Cairns, where Brayden Currie, Mike Phillips and Jamie Riddle lead the men's field, and Jackie Herring and Hannah Berry are set for a great race on the women's side. There's also a quick look at what to expect from Ironman Austria.
