About this episode
Friend of the show Jennifer Inglis shares her experiences of the whole diet/fitness world of the 80's and 90's!
CW: We discuss diet and weight loss and if this is something that takes you places you don't wanna be, we will see you next week.
Jennifer Inglis is the author of two novels, "Girls Who Wear Glasses" and "Enchanting Sarah Greenberg." She's also studied comedy writing at The Second City in Chicago. An alumna of Northern Illinois University, she earned a bachelor's degree in theater arts, and also a master's degree in teaching from National-Louis University. She formerly worked as a public school drama teacher, which meant she spent six years being ignored by tweens. In a past life, she worked in professional theater in suburban Chicago, as a playwright, actor, assistant director, and producer, despite being a classic introvert who'd rather be home reading a book. Jennifer currently lives in Chicago and, when she's not trying to dress up her cat, Daisy, in a variety of fetching hats (and failing miserably) she works as a freelance writer is currently working on her third novel.
