About this episode
In this episode, we continue our discussion on conflict resolution. In particular, we take a closer look at handling physical and mental distress. In order to have endurance and grow in patience, we have to set our minds on the things of God and not the things of Man.
One profound key to being able to handle the stress of life in a patient manner, is to check how you are doing on setting reasonable expectations for yourself. Our Heavenly father carries the loads for us to the questions of life that He doesn't give us an explanation for. However, we have to trust that He loves us and knows all things, and therefore we can rest in not understanding it all. In time, God may show you why He allowed the difficulties to arise in your life, or He may not.
