About this episode
As we help more and more guys quit porn, I've changed my mind on what the hardest part about quitting is.
I used to think it was consistency and falling off, and having to get back on the horse (which is still extremely difficult, to be sure).
But recently I've noticed that there's a much deeper issue...and if nobody's ever told you about it, you probably won't randomly uncover it and find success. So, let me share with you my new answer to the hardest part of quitting pornography and take what's probably in your subconscious and make it conscious...so you can grow and recover.
In this episode, we discuss:
2:04 My OLD answer to this question...
4:33 The one quote that explains my NEW answer
8:02 How to truly recover...embrace the loss!
