It's been just a short time since I experienced the profound loss of my dear father, who left us the day after Christmas in 2023. Grief has a way of reshaping our world, leaving us feeling adrift and vulnerable. In the midst of this storm, I discovered a lifeline that has been instrumental in my healing process – the 13-week Grief Share Therapy program.

This is my experience that I'd like to share as I go through this journey of healing from the loss of my Dad.
