#8 - Unexpected Pregnancies, Step Parenting, and Finding Balance (Anonymom series)
About this episode
Welcome to my Anonymom series. Real moms talking about their deepest and darkest moments - anonymously. Anonymom episodes may consist of difficult topics including miscarriage, infertility, separation, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other potentially triggering issues. Names have been changed to protect the identity of the mom.
This episode features Anne, a mom to 3, one of whom has a biological father from Anne's previous relationship. Anne goes in depth about getting pregnant unexpectedly, having her current husband be a step father to her oldest daughter, and managing chaos associated with working outside of the home, then being a stay at home mom, and now working from home. She gives helpful advice regarding giving yourself grace as a mom, being flexible, and trying not to be so hard on ourselves.
