Default: random scrolling of what the algorithm serves up

Design: prioritizing specific people to connect with or sources that truly inspire you

 

Default: meetings filling up your calendar and dictating your flow

Design: questioning the whole premise & asking if there is a better way to deliver results

 

Default: friends that no longer fit who you are

Design: contemplating what kinds of people you want in your life

 

Default: paycheck to paycheck 

Design: taking a hard look at money in versus money out and making the smart decisions

 

Default: staying in a career just because it's where you ended up

Design: believing that you CAN pivot & taking one step forward

 

Default: settling for really crappy communication with your partner, boss or friend

Design: addressing the issue, describing how it could be better, inviting a change
