7. Navigating entrepreneurship and health issues w/ Abby Manawes
About this episode
On today’s episode, I am joined by special guest and teammate, Abby Manawes as we talk about her journey of navigating entrepreneurship and health issues. We discuss the importance of taking care of yourself and how that can benefit your business in more ways than one.
Abby is a Fort Worthian, dog mom, and wife who specializes in creating high-converting email copy specifically for 6-figure course creators and service providers. Not only is she constantly investing in her business to grow her copywriting skills, but she is also focused on creating a balanced business personally and professionally. Outside of work, she is all about healing from chronic illness through holistic healing modalities. She is also passionate about encouraging business owners to find a lifestyle balance of working hard, helping others succeed, and finding glimmers of joy outside of your work responsibilities.
In this episode about navigating entrepreneurship and health issues, we cover:
- Finding your own balance of what to share of your personal life on social media
- The power of self-reflection
- Overcoming burnout (or hopefully avoiding it altogether)
- The importance of having systems and processes in place within our businesses
- How vital it is to be intentional with our time
