About this episode
Much like age group athletes, swimming was something that Macca struggled with throughout his career.
This week Macca talks all about swimming and passes on his knowledge so that all triathletes, regardless of their level can benefit. Chris talks about the differences in technique between swimmers and triathletes and what triathletes should focus on as well as what you should spend your time in the water doing to improve. Chris cuts through the white noise to simply state what you need to focus on to improve your swim split.
