She artfully synthesizes experiential anatomy, somatic repatterning and embodiment of deep yogic teachings as pathways to whole person healing. Leila is the author of Pathways to a Centered Body with Donna Farhi and Experiential Anatomy, Therapeutic Applications of Embodied Movement and Awareness. Leila lives near Vancouver, BC and teaches in Canada and internationally.
