About this episode
Jack Elderton and Cal Goodall break down West Ham's 2-0 win over Leicester City, the first time the Hammers have won back to back Premier League games in a year. A Tomas Soucek goal and Jannik Vestergaard own goal separated Graham Potter's side from Ruud van Nistelrooy's. Jack and Cal discuss the balance found in West Ham's new Midfield 3 and the qualities James Ward-Prowse has brought to the side, Aaron Cresswell's re-emergence as an option at Centre-Back, the key difference between Potter and previous Head Coach Julen Lopetegui, as well as appraising the squad now the new Head Coach has been in charge for 2 months, asking whether several key players should be kept, loaned out or sold during the Summer as West Ham look towards another squad rebuild. These include stars Lucas Paquetá and Mohammed Kudus, players currently on loan at the London Stadium Carlos Soler and Evan Ferguson and Nayef Aguerd, who returns to the club in the summer after a successful spell on loan at Real Sociedad.
