What happens when a bunch of rich paranoid racists, Fred Koch included, get together at a conference? The most successful Americanist organization in its fashy little history. Also, the return of Revilo "Palindrome" Oliver and the original 'school choice' argument (spoiler: it's pretty racist)! This is part one of a two-part tale.
