Josh is a mechanical engineer, CrossFit-L2 trainer, and Founder of Levels, the first metabolic fitness company. Levels tracks users’ blood glucose in real time so they can maximize their diet and exercise. Prior to Levels, Josh worked for several years at SpaceX. During his time there, he led a team to develop life support systems that sustained astronauts Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley on their May 2020 trip to the International Space Station.
