Sean notes that if you’re building a minimum viable product (MVP), it’s best to complete development on one platform, test it, and validate its need before developing a product for both platforms. He also encourages developers to rely on data to guide their decisions during the development process. If you trust the data instead of getting wrapped up in your emotions about a decision, you’ll likely produce a more effective product.
