Have you ever struggled with your self-image and weight? External opinions and the images portrayed in the media have such a strong influence on the way we see ourselves. If you’re looking for an inspiring story about overcoming food addiction, deprivation, and many related health complications, this episode is for you.
Amber Wentworth is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner & Life Coach Specializing in Food Addiction. Amber struggled with her self-image and diet from the time she was ten years old due to teasing and bullying. Amber’s struggles with food continued well into her adult life until she started experiencing serious health complications. In July of 2017, Amber discovered the ketogenic diet which made her feel like she rediscovered food.
Amber lost over 120 lbs eating keto, but her biggest improvement was the way she felt! Amber was no longer obese or suffering from super high BP, pre-diabetes, severe acid reflux, major rosacea issues, or Reynaud’s syndrome.
In March of 2019, Amber made the full jump to carnivore. She is now off all her medications and has significantly improved her rosacea. Most importantly, Amber no longer feels like her life is controlled by food. Through the keto/carnivore diets, Amber has improved her health emotionally, mentally, and physically.
Now Amber has dedicated her life and work to guiding others so they can accomplish the same!
