#59 - Raising Your Body Frequency and Vibration (Mind, Emotions, Spirit)
About this episode
A low frequency or vibration is like a cancer in the body. Remove it as quickly as possible.
Epigenetics tells us that 50% of who we are is genetic. Yet genetics can be overridden by your environment and consistent habits. You are more than your genetic programming.
Current findings in Epigenetics state that up to 85-90% of who you are, are well within your control. You choose what gets turned on or off.
Habitual thoughts can be like cancer in the body. Disempowering thoughts create weakness in all areas. Process and remove them quickly.
What's more powerful? A feeling of hate, or a feeling of love? Feelings drive the frequency of your body.
Serotonin starts in the gut you must consistently eat to have a healthy microbiome in your gut. Things like drugs and alcohol play havoc with your microbiome.
Your body is a faithful soldier. When you give it the right tools and commands it will fight diligently for your cause. When you don't, it can become your greatest enemy.
