About this episode
In this podcast, Pastor Jeff Christianson shares some helpful tips for Christians who want to grow in their capabilities to admonish others. We can have confidence that God's Word is sufficient to address any transgression, digression, or rebellion. When admonishing or confronting another Christian in sin, we should show the Christian
- the path the Christian is walking,
- what God says about the Christian's actions and choices, and
- the dangers of the Christian's sins. Then, we should
- ask the Christian to explain his or her actions in light of Scripture. This approach centers the confrontation on God's Word rather than the opinions of men.
