About this episode
Join Dr. Kiltz and special guest Jacie (Lady Carnivory) for an in-depth discussion of the carnivore diet, her health journey, the best ways to transition to an animal-based diet, and stigmas surrounding the term “carnivore.”
Jacie, known online as Lady Carnivory, is a three-year carnivore veteran and creative recipe developer. After years of struggling to meet her health and fitness goals, she transitioned to a carnivore way of eating in January 2020 and it changed her life forever.
The mental and physical health benefits she experienced from eating a zero-carb diet allowed her to pursue her big dream - competing in a fitness competition in July 2021.
Now, her passion for the carnivore lifestyle is focused on sharing her journey and helping others thrive by creating fun and easy recipes the whole family can enjoy!
In this episode you will discover:
