#55 The Alchemy of Adversity

Transmutation is the entire thrust of Alchemy. Taking something of low value and transmuting it into something of high value.

Alchemy is the art and science of taking your internal world into the external world.

The second law of Thermodynamics is "Increasing Entropy" this tells us that all forms of creation are moving into a state of destruction. The Alchemist utilizes this law to his advantage.

Thermodynamics tells us that all forms of new energy are derived from the destruction of previously existing physical or energetic structure.

Creation and Destruction are two opposite poles of the same dance, and you can't have one without the other.

How can you leverage your current adversity into a greater benefit?

We learn and grow the most in the crucible of challenge. Not smelling the roses and sipping the fine wine.
