As someone who doesn't always have it figured out, I am here to let you know that you are not alone in the way that you feel.

In today's episode I talk all about what to do to get your life back on track after feeling an urge of no motivation, or feeling uninspired. We all get into little ruts of not wanting to be productive or not having a passion for our future goals. I have definitely felt this way where I missed the gym fort a few days, stopped writing things in my planner, and lost track of school assignments. So today I tell you guys how to avoid that, how to get out of it, and how to remain consistent!
