Chris has been so busy training the house down around the world that we haven't had a chance to sit down and record. But with plenty of races, there is plenty to talk about. 

We discuss the recent European Iron Man Championships which saw the current defending World Champion come up against 2-time World Champion and the results were epic. You cannot mention Frankfurt without talking about Daniela Ryf's incredible performance! We discuss the mens and womens race at Challenge Roth, Gomez making his IM debut in Cairns and even get into the Tour de France!

We hear how Chris's training is going as he prepares to make his return to racing in Penticton while taking part in the MaccaX camp in the lead up to the event.
