About this episode
Learn from Sonja Miettinen, health coach and masters student in Food and Nutrition science, about how carnivore resolved her autoimmune diseases and inspired her to help others on their health journeys.
Sonja Miettinen is a health coach and a master's student in Food and Nutrition science. Sonja critically examines conventional dietary guidelines, and uses an animal-based diet for her autoimmune conditions, to support hormonal health and to optimize her training.
Sonja has a background with multiple autoimmune diseases since a young age, and she is currently taking control of her health with animal-based nutrition. That being said, it is her experiences from childhood to adulthood dealing with autoimmune disorders, trials, and errors with different foods, and her nutrition and food science background that she hopes will help people to find inspiration and guidance on their health journeys.
