We've all been there, right? Whether directly or indirectly, we all encounter at one point or another a friend, family member, coworker, neighbor - you name it, but someone in our lives who is going through something really tough. We find out that bad news - it could be an illness, a death or miscarriage, a divorce - and suddenly we  have that deer in the headlights look of “I don’t know what to say,” yet we feel we outta help. But how?
