5 Concepts to Remember About Mental Health

Ben, Travis and Will return to discuss 5 things to remember about your mental health as May is Mental Health Awareness month. The guys begin by talking about how their weekend went and the ups and downs of life. From plumbing problems, dance recitals, picnics and helping parents the guys have done it over the past weekend. Travis talks about new merch on the website. Ben talks about the apprehension to admit we need mental health treatments sometimes. The first point is that we are not alone because God is with us, wants to be also we have the community of believers. Ben brings up all the available resources that maybe we've not tapped into or tried to help us cope with mental health issues that arise. There are a lot of people out there with expertise and skills to help you in the journey to better mental health. The discussion turns to each person's inherent value and the importance of hope.
