In a recent mock draft by Beat Rider Matt Barrels for the New York Times, the 49ers are projected to select Edge R Usher Akim Mesador from Miami with the 27th overall pick. Mesador had an impressive 12.5 sacks and 17.5 tackles for loss last year, especially shining against top competition.
