About this episode
If you’re looking to learn about the carnivore diet, myths surrounding the fields of science and health, and much more from a carnivore researcher with 11 years worth of compiled sources, then this episode is for you.
Corey Huetter has spent the last 11 years researching and compiling a list of sources on health, science, and the carnivore diet. When Corey first started his research, he also gave up grains, starches, and sugars and switched to a saturated fat-based diet. In a short time, Corey’s allergies quickly cleared up.
As he continued to research, Corey shifted his diet fully carnivore and began eating more red meat and fasting more often. Now, Corey is the healthiest he’s ever been and he has made it his mission to share what he’s learned with as many people as possible.
Corey provides free health coaching to those who are looking to learn about the carnivore diet and more!
