Dr. Zsófia Clemens has a background in brain research, including electroencephalography, epilepsy, sleep, and memory processes. Over the last 20 years, she has been working in a clinical environment in Hungary's top institutes of neurology and neurosurgery.
In 2010 Dr. Clemens became involved in nutritional approaches to health and disease. Along with Dr. Csaba Tóth, she established ICMNI-Paleomedicina Hungary with the aim of treating chronic illnesses and doing research. Together they developed the paleolithic ketogenic diet (PKD) which they have been continuously using in the treatment of various diseases, including autoimmune diseases and cancer since 2011.
Dr. Clemens is regularly published in scientific journals and is the author of 40 original research articles.
