在1000多份涉及家庭暴力的离婚诉讼中，离婚主张得到支持的仅占30%。即使在法院认定存在家暴行为的案件中，也仍有24%不准予离婚。
许多受暴妇女求助警方但得不到帮助，最后惨死施暴者手中，但却未见一起职责部门因不作为或渎职被追责。
