About this episode
If you are looking to learn about how going carnivore can help to improve health and erase pre-existing ailments from an ex-vegan who now focuses on plant-based recovery, then this episode is for you.
Kevin switched to a plant-based diet when he began to experience kidney failure and was diagnosed as anemic with a very low white blood cell count. After switching to a vegan diet, Kevin's health issues began to improve, but no issues emerged, including a dry and flaky scalp, lapses in memory, loss of brain clarity, low semen output, low energy, and excessive loss of weight.
Eventually, Kevin jumped into a carnivore, and his health drastically improved. His story is one of perseverance and self-experimentation.
Kevin now provides one-on-one coaching for those recovering from vegan or plant-based diets. Kevin recently appeared on a podcast with Dr. Shawn Baker and is in the process of publishing his own book (How to Improve Your Health Instantly.)
